Excellent doctor! I was originally seeing a team of midwives for my pregnancy, but for insurance reasons I switched to Dr. Smith. I wasn’t very happy about being seen by a doctor, but she soon put me at ease, answering all of my questions and keeping me informed every step of the way. She took great care of me and my developing baby, and I am so glad that my insurance company found her. She is excellent at cervical checks. Weird to say, but not everyone is as gentle. I would recommend her 100%!

I have suffered with severe Hyperemisis Gravidarum (HG) with both of my pregnancies, but my last one definitely was a lot worse! I lost almost 40lbs in 7 weeks and wasn’t able to keep even ice chips down. If it weren’t for the care, research, and time Dr. Smith put in to help me, I know I would not have made it though. The physical toll it took on me was enough, but to also suffer mentally was completely hopeless. Dr.Smith made sure she took both into consideration. I could never repay her for the care she showed me, her assistant, and the nurses and doctors she worked with were all amazing. If you’re looking for an amazing OB/GYN I could not recommend Dr.Andrea Smith more!!

I was treated by Dr. Smith for the better part of my pregnancy (eventually I was referred elsewhere because of high-risk concerns) and she was both competent and compassionate. As I mentioned, there were high-risk factors in my pregnancy, and she took excellent care of me, was diligent, and took precautions with my safety and that of my child, for which I am incredibly grateful. She explained things thoroughly, was not condescending, and was very honest about challenges and risk factors. My baby is almost nine months old now, but I found myself thinking back to Dr. Smiths preemptive measures and how we were able to avoid certain health issues after my baby was born because of the precautions she took. I would absolutely trust her with consequent pregnancies and recommend her to other expectant mothers.

Dr. Andrea is truly an incredible Doctor, terrific friend, and just a lovely person. She help my wife and me though some difficult experiences with our first child. Between a miscarriage, difficulties conceiving, and then going through a painful pregnancy, Dr. Andrea was there to help support, encourage, and embrace us at every step. As a husband, when something goes wrong, I want to fix it. However when it came to problems with the pregnancy, I was helpless. Dr. Andrea was always there with a hug, and words of encouragement.When she delivered our son, she was our biggest cheerleader. She walked us through the entire process and we felt nothing but safe. She gave us her expert advice every step of the way, but we felt she let us be in the drivers seat of all decisions made.When we found out we were pregnant with our second child, she was one of the first people we wanted to share our good news with. She is simply wonderful.We will forever be grateful for having found Dr. Andrea, and her tremendous staff.
