I work an 11 hour shift at nights and my 1 day off throughout the week is Wednesday. I tried calling to see if they could accommodate around my schedule and told me it’s to much of a hassle on them to do anything for me.

Dr.moore is a great doctor and the ladies up front are wonderful and so funny .i always look forward to my visit

This was an awful experience. First, I have to emphasize that this review is not about Dr. Moore himself. Nor is it about ARNP Cruz who saw me. This is about the blatant unprofessional and offensive behavior of the rest. The office and examination rooms were filthy. The receptionists and other nurse/CNA/staff loudly and publicly mocked patients BY FULL NAME, discussed patients’ medications as well as their reactions to them, and made several procedure/appointment calls loudly and with no regard to who might be listening (all of us anywhere in the office). It was a HIPAA nightmare!

Dr. Moore was the first doctor that really listened to me and I so appreciate that. He is kind and supportive. It’s been a little concerning/inconvenient that my records are all hand written, and therefore non transferable to other doctors though. Vitals are also not a standard precaution. I had a visit this week and although COVID is on the rise here In Utah and masks are now mandatory- not even the receptionist was wearing one. I also overheard her talking to another patient about her stance on not wearing one and how she was appalled by people that were upset by that. I love Dr. Moore and I was really disappointed when he also took off his mask during our visit. It saddens me to say, but I won’t be going back there.

I have been coming here for a few years now and i think Dr Moore is a Great Dr, he is friendly and knowledgeable, he takes the time to sit down and talk with me and listens to what I have to say he has helped me to make good choices in my health care, the nursing staff has been friendly and helpful as well, and the staff the works up front has always been very friendly and professional with me, they have went out of their way for me more then once, and I see all the bad reviews here and I dont see the same as everyone that has been leaving bad reviews, your always going to have those who cant very pleased;, and no matter what they will never be happy, so all I can say is..Great job Dr Moore and his staff !!!Thank you for all you do..

Dr. Moore is the best. The often longer waiting times are due to the fact that he always books up, and takes longer with his patients than most physicians do. I would say he takes the correct amount of time for an issue, when most physicians breeze through in 5 minutes in a hurried manner. Im okay with waiting because of this. There is an older woman that I believe is a nurse and perhaps Dr. Moores sister. She is always wonderful, kind, helpful, etc. The rest of the office staff leaves much to be desired and I agree with the other comments about them. If you can take it, see him - hes a good, kind, physician and man.

I have gone to Dr. Moore for approximately 20 years, and have found him to be a competent doctor who will sit and visit, which is refreshing in todays world. He is quite practical in his approach to medicine, and is not quick to prescribe medicines if there are simpler solutions. His staff can be a bit disorganized, but if you can get past the formalities, they seem to be very supportive. The waits can be a little long at times, but personally, we have found it worth the wait. Sometimes there is no wait at all. Our father, who was in his 90s, loved Dr. Moore, and Dr. Moore was very patient with him each time we visited, again, never in a hurry to get him in and out of the office. I would prefer to go to Dr. Moore over many other younger Drs because of his experience and bedside manner.

I have been seeing Dr. Moore for a few years now and I couldnt recommend him more and his staff. They are so very understanding and friendly. Im gonna have my mom start seeing him.

I have been seeing Dr.More for the past 13 years. Dr. Moore is very kind, but needs to upgrade his medical knowledge and be more updated in technology. I was seeing him, because I have high blood pressure, not because he is kind, I have lots of kind people in my life. Like most of the other reviews, the staff is very..VERY unprofessional, yes, they talk bad about the patients and about Dr. Moore, they make fun of the way he talks and they mimic his demeanor. After 13 years and many test done (I have all the bills for them) not once the staff called me to tell me my results! I went in for high blood pressure, since then, I now have thyroid problems and Diabetes. Dr. More just keeps piling up the medications, not one class or guidance or explanation. Last year I got separated and my insurance stopped. Ingot on Medicaid, and Dr. Moore doesnt take Medicaid. After talking to his staff and 13 years of past history with him, they would charge me $95.00 a consultation and wouldnt refill my medications if didnt go in for a consultation!!Devastated, I started looking for another doctor. I found a younger Dr. and in 5 days, I have learned more of my condition, than I did in 13 years. I could have avoided many of these medications if I have gotten the information I needed, and my new Doctor took the time to call me and tell me the results of my tests and what I need to do to fix it. I am so grateful that this life changing event, gave me a reason to look for a new Doctor. I feel frustrated, let down and taken by Dr. Moore and his Very Unprofessional staff. Dr. Moore, I am sure you did great back in the day...is time to upgrade and get better staff, I really regret I was faithful to your practice for all these years.

Like all the other reviews, the staff has been very rude to me as well. Dr. Moore is a very nice man and is on the verge of retirement so it seems as if he has lost his zest for medical bed-side manner, considering he allows his staff to treat patients like we are a burden on their conversations about their teenage drama. I will never subject myself to the disrespectful attitude of his staff again. Tammy shouldnt be allowed answer phones for a telemarketing company, let alone for a doctors office. She doesnt even have the common courtesy to say Hello or Good Bye. She is very rude and doesnt care about Dr. Moores patients. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND ABUSE.

I would not recommend going here. The reviews about the staff are 100 percent true. It used to be worth dealing with the staff because of Dr.Moore but not anymore. You may not actual see him. I made an appointment with him but they put me with a new doctor. After asking to see him twice and waiting over an hour in the office they told me that he was seeing someone else and couldnt see me.

Worst bedside manner Ive ever experienced. He didnt even ask how are you feeling? His staff is out right rude! I thought it was just the bigger girl behind the counter, but it turns out they are all just completely uncaring and they dont care. As a doctor he is incompetent and showed to flexibility to treatment. He made me pay two co-pays! One for the test, and one for the test results. WTF right? DO NOT GO TO HIM! He is everything wrong with American Medicine.

Love Moore been going since 2009 and been very good Ive never had issues he always understands me and gives great advice never ever care to see another doctor if he retires ide be really hurt hes great guy and his staff are great women.

I gave Dr. Moore and his staff the benefit of the doubt and went in after reading these reviews. It was terrible! His staff IS rude and very snotty. They made me feel like I was a burden to them and their day. Dr. Moore was nice and I feel bad for him, his staff is loosing him patients and money and most importantly, his reputation. They are unhelpful when you call in, they know you need your medication and they go out of their way to make sure you dont get it and you have to go in.

I have to tell you I dont do a lot of reviews but to see some of these on here is just not right..i have a lot of anxiety and I was afraid of Drs..i have been coming here for over 2 years and me and my family love dr moore and the staff.dr moore is so soft spoken and makes me feel comfortable and my anxiety level is down..tammy at the front desk is always smiling and calls the day before my appts..and the nurses are so nice and its sad to see these reviews ..please come judge for yourself ...they are amazing!!!!! He always listens to me about my medication and is very friendly. Im surprised people dont rate better on this office. I always get in on time and the staff is friendly. The only thing is its hard to get a appointment that week. But it is a small office. Overall, I give them a 5.

Called the office and expirienced, a horrible phone conversation. The staff acted like i am bothering her.

The receptionist was really cruel and mean. She seemed put out and patronized me. She reminded me that they were in Salt Lake and that I was in Idaho like how dare you call. Everyone, Dont go here go to somewhere else.
