I love Dr Norris. She is the best primary care physician I have ever had. She listens, offers advice, explains to me where I can understand... I never feel rushed in her office. Also she has the best staff. They return your call in a decent time frame, friendly and you can tell the all work well together. They’re the best!

Dr Norris is one of the finest physician I have been fortunate to have care for me. As an RN, and Chaplain, I have had the opportunity to know many health professionals. She is smart, genuinely caring, listens to me and my personal assessment of my own situation, while incorporating it into her care. She has been my physician, and my friend. Without her committed care if my unusual health needs, I would not have survived. She helps me through autoimmune flares and resultant surprises. The only drawback might be that because she is so wonderful, you might need to wait to see her. But her wonderful staff, Todd and Blair get her needed information when the need is urgent. Im grateful for doctors like Dr Norris, she is on my medicaldream team that solved my mystery, didnt give up on me when others did, and has given me longer and quality of living. How can you say enough about someone like that?

Dr. Norris is a very personable caring physician. She takes the time to listen to your concerns & takes the time to answer any questions you have. She arranges lab tests while you re there, instead of asking you to come a different time before she sees you, & she always sees you within a few minutes of your arrival. I especially like the fact that she is very thorough & yet conservative about not ordering a lot of possibly unnecessary tests & procedures. Dr Norris has been my treasured physician for 15 years. For many years before that, I had gone to a male physician who did not listen, especially as I got older, and disparaged the immobilizing back problems I was having: “Just try to get more exercise”. A friend, bless her, recommended Dr Norris. She was kind and compassionate and immediately recommended a colleague. Within a few days I had a diagnosis and treatment plan, ultimately leading to life-changing surgery after several conservative treatments. Since that time I have benefited many, many times from Dr Norris’s superb care as a truly excellent physician. She listens. She is caring and understanding. She discusses options. She is professional and deeply ethical. She is well aware of current medical developments. She is exceptionally intelligent. And she has a wonderful sense of humor. I live in another state but I travel to Utah to see this doctor and will continue to do so as long as I am able.

Blair, her assistant, takes notes, looks up dates of inoculations, and is quietly an active part of the gathering. It is a smooth process for each of us to make it productive! Dr Norris’ follow up questions to my answers gets to the root of an issue. She explains the medical side to what is happening and what the options are in addressing it! If I need a referral to a GI specialist, or an orthopedic specialist, they set it up right then! Yesterday I stopped by Dr. Jennifer Norris’ office, without an appointment, because I could feel the pins and needles in my back you get before a shingles outbreak. I had to wait about 20 minutes but Dr. Norris saw me and and called in a prescription to hopefully stop the progression of the disease. I feel so much better today after taking just two pills. Granite Medical is the best and Dr. Norris is so kind, understanding, and helpful. She takes time with her patients and assures all medical needs are addressed.

Dr. Norris treats her patients like they are the most important person in her practice. My family, mom&dad&son&daughter&son-in-law, received most appropriate care and follow up with easily understandable explanations.my recommendation could be more emphatic only if there were 6 stars.

Dr Norris basically changed my life. My mother in law doesnt like doctors, but Dr. Norris won her over from the first visit. Not only did she take her time with every visit, she was thorough, took meticulous notes and she would reach out personally from home without hesitation. Any time we would have a concern she and her staff would get back to us promptly and get us in usually within 24 hours. She also works an evening clinic on Tues and Thurs, which helps tremendously with my schedule. She has also become my internist as well.

My visit with Dr. Norris went very well. This was a follow-up for Diabetes, high blood pressure and back pain.
