Doesn’t even deserve 1 star for the service I’ve received. My referral was sent over 4 months ago and I haven’t heard anything. I’ve tried calling countless times and my call is always put on hold and never answered. I can’t wait anymore and so I’ll be looking for help elsewhere.

Jeanette Sherman is kind and very easy to talk to. I have been so pleased with her care and feel like she really takes an interest in me. I would refer any family and friends to her. Her knowledge of medicine and my neurological conditions are amazing... she knows her stuff!

I would give 0 stars if I could. My primary care physician sent a referral here over 2 months ago because Im having tremors. I have called countless times and used their website to request an appointment. ONE TIME I got an actual person on the phone who put me on hold while she looked up my referral, then disconnected me. I have finally given up and am trying to find another doctor.

Don’t come here if you actually want to get some attention. You will be given one appointment and then essentially ignored for 2-3 months. My chart messages is a joke, they never answer you.

I have been on a waiting list for an appointment for 11 months with the neurology department. They call me every 2 weeks and give me excuses as to why they still cannot see me. Lately they have been offering a Virtual Visit, which is not covered by my insurance so cost wise I cannot afford this, and also how do you assess neurological conditions over a virtual visit? Every time they call me they are condescending and rude, and now they tell me that they cannot help me at all if I refuse a virtual visit. Guess I will just continue to suffer. If you want to be treated terrible, wait 11 months for an appointment just to be told they will not see you, and have a worthless virtual visit, go to the University of Utah Neurology. If not, go somewhere else.

I have been going here for at least the last 5 years or so, trying to get my migraines under control. I get a lot of migraines. They have helped me reduce the amount of migraines that I have been getting. Dr. Sherman is great, she is friendly and takes her time with me to help me reduce the amount and intensity of my migraines.

I love going to see my doctor here because of the people who work here. Like, the man who hands you your parking pass. I can’t remember his name, however, he is my favorite!

I saw Dr. Reichert for my vertigo, because I have self inflicted gun trauma to the brain. He wasnt able to resolve my issue yet but he has ordered some CT scans and an EEG test. Great Neurologist, though. Very knowledgeable.

Jeanette Sherman is my provider at the neurological center. She is very up beat and down to earth. I have cognitive issues and got lost driving to the center from mt home in Ogden and was 35 minutes late for my appointment. Even tho UofUs policy is that I would have to reschedule for show up so late, but when they went back and told her Id just barely shown up, she still saw me and was very concerned about My emotional and physical status and was very supportive. She cares for me as a person...not just a patient that fills a time slot. Shes an excellent provider I would recommend highly.

I cannot stress enough the exhaustion I felt while working with this department at the University of Utah. Though I was explicit in expressing the pain I was experiencing my practitioner did little more then prescribe medications and schedule followups with 2-3 month breaks at a time. When my symptoms persisted after a 6 month period I was told I likely had fibromyalgia or multiple sclerosis-FROM A CAR ACCIDENT in 2015.Definitely the worse experience I have had with any professionals so far. I was advised to go hang out with friends and not worry about my pain asa literal diagnosis.

I have been trying since September to get an appointment, only to be told time and time again that they are booked through the end of December (was told this yesterday by Brittney) and that they were not booking for January yet. Tried to get an appointment online today, was sent an email to call them which I did only to find out that it could be March or April before I could maybe get in! Are you kidding me? If you have a 6 month waiting list, EXPAND THE DAMN DEPARTMENT! You are having a negative impact on so many lives while nerve damage continues to get worse and worse ruining lives. Didnt ANY of the people take an oath to cause no harm? I know for me it is insult to injury since it was a surgery gone wrong (LDS hospital) to have this department cause me even more harm. I hope to get the test ran that I need before my depression from the constant severe pain and paralysis finally pushes me over the edge. If the powers that be wants me to reverse this review, do something about the absolutely awful way you treat those in need.
