My experience with donate a dental has been very pleasant I was told I need to get a few documents and I did brought them in and and I seen the dentist. They extracted my teeth at no charge. Cause I proved that I had no money coming in. I waited quite some time and they called me and said I could come get fitted for my dentures and then it would cost $450 for Lab fees. And for a smile that’s not very much sing I haven’t smiled in five years yes I had to save up some money. And the dentist recommended I get a bottom partial so the teeth would lineup and I couldn’t afford that so we went with just the upper denture however to my surprise when I arrived to that appointment they informed me that they had found some funding for my lower partial. I was so happy and the dentist that did my work was upfront with me didn’t pull no punches and I appreciate that so thank you very very much I would recommend them anywhere else would’ve been double or triple the price that I paid!!

I had my daughter go to Donated Dental after she had been beaten and abducted. Her Captors knocked out all her front teeth .We almost lost her to Human Trafficking she awoke in Atlanta GA Where she managed to escape.We are so appreciative and thankful for their help in returning her smile. She looks great and it was so reasonable. The work done there helped her in everyway.

After they told me I qualified for free dentures they told me I would have to wait a total of about a month to get them. I asked if I had to pay anything and they told me No.After a month and 1 appointment I was told it would be a 2 month wait, 1 months later and 2 appointments, I had half my teeth extracted and was told it would be another month til I was done.The next month I got the last of my teeth extracted and then was told it could (and most likely) be 5 months til I could be fitted and get my dentures made.3 months later they call and tell me they have a appointment open for me, BUT!!I have to pay $750 for lab fees to get the dentures.!!!AFTER THEY EXTRACTED ALL MY TEETH. Then they tell me. Now I have no teeth and cant afford the $750.I have a hard time eating, the extractions make me look horrible. Ive fallen into a depression.Thanks Donated Dental, you helped make my situation worse, not better.

Horrible, just horrible. They kept on turning me away, I even tried getting a appointment setup over the phone, but they just belittled me and hung up. I even went to their location and they ran me away when I just showed up and let them know that I was there requiring assistance. Now my tooth is severely abscessed and its going to be needing extraction. I went to another dentist and they told me that its extremely bad. And to save it, I need to come up with $3.9k to get it saved. And I already have lost more than enough teeth and such.

I went there for remove the wisdom tooth. All the procedures and treatments were ok and also all staff members were really courteous, specifically Lucas.I definitely have no complaints and I recommend it.

The person who I spoke to named Luke, told me by phone that they only take applicants that have pay stubs and if we are self-employed our documents are not RELIABLE really????? so just like that we do not have the opportunity. I understand there are policies but, saying that my proof of income is not reliable. What the heck???😡😡😡

I got fast free decent service. The cleaning maybe was not as good as the $1000 version at the paid for Dentist, but it was free and it did what it was supposed to. I am sad now I have insurance and a job and this dental service is no longer available to me. So then what. Quit my job for dental work, or work with missing and painful teeth. Gotta love Trumps America.

I had called to ask a simple question regarding if they accepted my insurance. I was advised by the receptionist they do not bill insurances and its pretty much pay at time of service. She was so rude and unprofessional about the simple question I had asked. Wasnt kind in anyway about what I asked. She just had the worst attitude and made me feel so uncomfortable and I had told her after my question that I had gone to donated dental before and it was just a place I felt so comfortable going just trying to tell her I enjoyed my last visit. But after the way she was talking to me I was thrown off she could have answered my question so simple and professional instead she acted so rude. I hope no one experiences the rudeness I got from her.

Donated dental is an extraordinary facility of absolutely amazing people for which I am very grateful for having found this awesome place of kind souls for saving my teeth when I had no where else to turn nor the money to pay out of pocket. If it wasn’t for them it’d cost thousands in which I could not afford and would have been dealing with a mouth full of pain and hurt to this day, the gratitude I have for everyone here I can’t even express in these texted words. Miracles happen here so if your in need of a trust worthy honest place of folks that truly care about you, your health, your teeth and your well being this certainly is the place to come to if you haven’t anyone else to turn to. Dont go here for extractions... I have had two botched extractions here. the roots broke off & were left in. when I went back to have them looked at because I was still having pain & not healing, they took xrays & told me nothings wrong, nothings there and its all in my head, go home.... I go to another dentist a year later, he took xrays and showed me the roots that were left behind on both extractions. I now have to pay over $2000 for a surgeon to fix each botched extraction because Im still having pain. I recommend roseman dental ,.... Which is a dental school, that does a great job at a reasonable price

I want it to be known how i was treated at this establishment. I understand there are certain policies, but i felt rules were not fully disclosed until i was already in that chair and money was already out of my pocket. I came in with a horrendous toothache that has been bothering me non stop for years. Got an X-ray and was told that the tooth isnt bad enough to pull. I feel if the tooth clearly has visible deep decay there should not be an issue with that request. Ive got teeth to spare. I begged and pleaded, but the employees response was quite snotty and underhanded. Exact verbatim; Well try a filling, and if that doesnt work well do a root canal. Which is around $1000.That womans response does not instill confidence in your services. So i stormed out in tears; embarrassed and insulted. With not even and offer to write me an antibiotic prescription. I went to Oral Design in Holiday and they pulled it with no complications for $150. They were a little hesitant, but couldnt say no becuase i was in serious pain. LOVE that place. Hopefully no one has to go through what i did. Have your polices, but make sure they are WELL informed before you take their money, and dont be rude.

Call them its nothing but a auto answering system thats tells you to call another number it not a dentist office

When I went to this clinic I was hoping to get a good dental job. I paid for the consultation and a second opinion, the dentist had said specifically about the tooth in question that he did not see anything and that it was fine, I was very firm in telling him that the other dentist said there is an infection in the gum and in the tooth He made me sit down again and did a little exam to check that there was indeed a problem with that tooth and the gum.Little seriousness and professionalism.

Donated Dental, I like it a lot because all the staff there is very friendly and they take care of you quickly, which is one of the things I like the most. .. they fixed almost all my teeth and I really liked the work they did for me, I had no problem .. thanks Donated Dental for your services
