Such a great dentist office! They were so cute with my 1 year old and 2 year old daughters. They got cute little capes to wear during their appointment and got to take home. My 1 year old is very shy but they made her feel very comfortable and they both had lots of fun! Mikaley & Haylie are amazing. So is Dr Trent! I highly recommend taking your kids here 👍🏼

Dr. Trent is the Bomb! He filled a cavity on my 4 yr old without a shot and made my son feel way comfortable!! He loves the dentist still and I for sure thought after this he would hate it. But thanks to Dr. Trent my son still loves ya all. This place is fantastic! Eileen is so good with kids. She explained everything and made it fun. My kids are now begging to go back to the dentist. Vanessa was also so great. There is really a team atmosphere in the office ensuring kids have really positive (instead of traumatizing) first dental experiences.

They were so amazing with my 7-year old. I was going to just send my husband in because I was so scared to watch but my little man begged me to come in so I ended up going in and the doctor was great and EILEEN WAS SO COMFORTING AND SWEET TO OUR SON!! We LOVE the staff here at Burg! Today we had Eileen as our assistant, and she was so kind and encouraging and positive. Every single Dr we have seen here as been equally amazing. Every time we come it is such a good experience.

We’ve been coming to Burg Dentistry since our oldest was 3. Each visit everyone there makes the kids not only feel welcome, but excited to get dental work done. Eileen in particular was incredibly helpful with our kids (it was our youngest’s first time so he was a little scared) in putting them at ease and enjoy being there. Will always recommend coming here.

Had to go in and get my sons cavity taken care of and Eileen and Vanessa were really great with him. They were super patient and understanding and made sure to make the experience not so scary for him! They explained what they were doing so he wasnt so scared and very gentle with him.

Great place, very welcoming and the people there are very nice. I went to get my teeth cleaned today and a girl named Cheyanne helped with that. While we were waiting for the dentist to arrive, she talked a lot and I really enjoyed it. The first Ive ever enjoyed a dental appointment :)

We were late because of traffic and they were totally accommodating! Cheyenne was great with my kiddos and made sure to help them feel comfortable, but also accountable for their own brushing and flossing!

What a wonderful experience! I took my daughter for her first dentist appointment here and they were great with her! Came in a few days ago to get my sons teeth clean. Our dental assistant was one of the meanest assistant I have ever had. I believe her name was Sierra. She didn’t care if my son was in pain or if he was comfortable and was being extremely short with us. She acted as if she HATED children. I was shocked at the way this women treats customers.

The staff here are so nice and were so great with my 6 year old daughter. Eileen and Dr.Welch were so great! They explained everything to her and showed her what things do before they do it. Which made my daughter way more comfortable and confident to sit still and get it done.

Update!! 03/17/21 A year has passed and we continue to have an amazing experience. Isa, and Bri were excellent with my son. Super kind and personable with him. Dr Segura is always amazing with my son and reassuring when we discovered that my son had a cavity. I also have to mention Keshia. She’s always super friendly and helpful. She also was able to get us in the same day for the cavity work! I continue to be impressed with all the staff. I continue to highly recommend this place and am super happy to have my son seen here.————————————————————————(Original review a year ago) We went in for my son’s second appointment today and it was a great experience as our first. Emily was great and she was super sweet to my son and super patient during my son’s teeth cleaning. She did not hesitate to answer questions and she was super personable. Dr Segura was awesome as well. He addressed my son and was playful. The office manager was great as well. I can’t remember her name. Also the clerks are always great. We had a situation where we were scheduled last Wednesday with a different doctor and she was super apologetic and she got us an appointment set right away and gave us gift cards. I am glad I went with the recommendation of a friend and took my son here. Very much pleased with the service. Very much pleased with the cleanliness and bright colors of the facility. I like the TVs on the ceiling while kids are having cleanings and check ups. Very happy. Highly recommend.

The staff and team is amazing! I am from California and my wife found Burgs online and was able to get an emergency appointment for my daughter really efficiently. They were very detailed and honest! The doctors sat down with us and explained everything which was very reassuring, I would recommend them to anyone with a child or children. You will not be disappointed!

I loved my first time experience here. My kids are 4 and 2 and had great interactions with everyone! The dental assistant, Isa, did amazing with my kids and they absolutely loved her. She was so sweet and patient with them and took her time to explain everything that was going on so that they weren’t afraid of the tools she was using.Overall, it was a great place and they had super friendly staff!

I had a great time and got to watch a movie while doing my teeth. Went by really fast and the employees are very nice, respectful, and talkative. I even got a coin, and was able to get something from a prize machine In the lobby. This place is perfect for kids and they have a play area for little kids in the lobby with toys and a tv while they wait for their teeth.

Both Cheyenne and Dr. Segura were amazing! My 8 year old son had 4 fillings done and Dr. Segura walked me through what he was doing the whole time he was very professional kind and, funny. He did a great job. Cheyenne was also very kind funny and professional she answered all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend going to this dentist for your children they are great. Not just my 8 year old goes here but my 5 year old and 1 year old also. Each time Ive been here with all my kids they have been amazing and need I say they are great with kids! 5 star all around.

We had a good experience with Burgs for the cleaning. Our child needed some dental work done on both sides of his mouth. We came back a week later to do one side. They gave us a prescription to help him stay more calm during the procedure and had him use nitrous oxide. Overall, the procedure went well but we felt the dentist was a bit impatient and it seemed like the procedure took longer than it needed to. There were several times where if the dentist had given our son a little space to breathe and relax, it would have been easier on everyone. All in all, we decided to go to a different dentist to finish the work. Burgs told us they would not finish the work unless we did general anesthesia and we did not feel comfortable with that. We had a better experience at the other local pediatric dental office and it took half the time to do the same amount of work on the other side.

Been with Burg Pediatric for over 15 years & have always had the kindest & sweetest treatment! Shout out to Sam, Eileen, & the whole crew!

Great experience. Bri is phenomenal. Our son had a bead stuck in his nose and she calmly got it out. she went above and beyond to help our family when we were very anxious. She was encouraging and reassuring with our kids and they enjoyed teeth cleaning. our two year old son isn’t always comfortable around strangers and Bri made himfeel safe. Everyone is kind and professional and made us feel safe in unsafe times.

This is the best pediatric dentist office you’ll find. Truly they are the best at what they do. My three year old hates going to the dentist and is very resistant to anything being put in his mouth. Bri was so helpful, patient and understanding. She was gentle and took the time to help my son understand what was happening. And Dr. Sorenson is the absolute best. I won’t be taking my kids to anyone else.

This place feels welcoming. Not only that, but they dont mind your age at all. You can be 18 and they still let you in. The dentist are also very positive and bubbly. Everything about this place is an amazing experience!

We had a great experience from start to finish with Isa and the rest of the office team. I had another appointment I needed to get to across town and they were able to get us in and out so quickly, I had time to spare.

We love Burg Eastgate. Great staff. We recently had Isa as our hygienist and she was amazing. My boys liked her and she didnt make them feel guilty about anything. If anything she inspired them to floss. :)

We’ve searched everywhere for a dentist office that was good with kids. My son had a lot of hard experiences and was terrified of the dentist. But burg turned that around and he actually enjoys going now! This office is amazing. Cheyanne was so nice and welcoming.

Such a cute place! Super kid friendly. Superhero themed, and they get a superhero cape of their own on their first visit. They offer sedation, which is amazing if you have a child like mine. Very happy with this dentist office!!!

We have been coming to burg dentistry for years and will never take our kids anywhere else. All the dentists are fantastic and Eileen is the BEST!!!

I’ve been taking my kids to Burg every six months for several years. The dental assistants (and dentists) are great, but what I really don’t like is that we’ve never seen the same dentist twice. It seems like it would be pretty easy to assign kids a dentist, but the priority at Burg seems to be efficiency and getting as many kids through the conveyor belt as possible. They also offer incentives for online reviews, and so I wouldn’t necessarily trust their nearly five-star average.

Cheyanne was great!! She made my daughters appointment go really well and answered all of our questions.

Our first visit at Burg Children’s Dentistry was amazing. Our 3 year old was scared about his first visit, Cheyanne was extremely patient with him and helped him end up loving the experience! I am happy we made the switch to a pediatric office for our kids.

Very rude people. I ask them if whats the right address and they confirmed it. Then when my son arrived to the location it was close. I called them again and they told me that i went to the wrong address “ they should me tell me that this location was close because they know my son has appointment” and then they create another appointment for the next month!!!!! This is supposed to be not my fault.

Doctor Nordfelt is a long time friend of the family.He and his staff and made my daughter feel comfortable.

As usual, the Dr. and the staff were: capable, empathetic, efficient, friendly (especially Eileen!) and transparent. Burg Childrens Dentistry remains one of the finest childcare organizations that Ive ever come across. Its going to be sad when my child graduates to a grown-up dentist.
