Michelle helped me resolve underlying issues that were keeping me stuck in unhelpful behaviors. This is not a place for a quick fix or a new diet. But I had done that cycle for years with temporary results and more layers of shame for my perceived failures. Learning new ways to think and act takes practice and time. I use techniques and skills Michelle taught me every day and I have seen my inner and outer life transform.

Michelle is an amazing, professional and caring clinician. She is highly trained and if you follow her recommendations and are compliant you will find yourself meeting the goals you set. I would not hesitate to send family and friends to her.

Michelle herself is a nice woman and a decent therapist when it comes to processing old issues. But she is not good at helping her clients lose weight. I spent $3000 on sessions with her and never lost a pound. Her rates are the highest Ive seen in all of SL county so youd expect her approach to work but it doesnt. An expensive lesson...
