My daughter selected this place from psychology today website based on Matt Forbes biography. I had attempted to make an appointment via appointment request on their website several times, and had called several times. Gwen doesn’t return messages or phone calls. It’s infuriating that a young person who desires help, can’t get the help they need because a business is so poorly managed.I would avoid this place, unless you want the frustration of not being able to contact them.

This place has been a wonderful find for me and my wife. Dave has been very insightful in helping us with our own self-discovery, and I have come to trust him very much. For a first time marriage counseling attendee, I can highly recommend Dave (and have done so) to any married couple, regardless of their current relationship.-Travis

I’ve had a really good experience here. The support I’ve received has been tremendously helpful in my personal life and marriage. I’d recommend to my friends.

Attended three sessions with a therapist who suddenly up and quit, forcing us to start all over again with a new therapist at their location. We chose to stay because we were promised the new therapist would have access to our notes/intake packet and able to pick up where we left off (although this didn’t prove true at all, which has caused a lot of understandable frustrations). The billing situation has been very inconsistent and we have never actually been charged on the agreed-upon dates. When asking for compensation or some form of credit while their new therapist is brought up to speed, the biller responded with, “Well, you would have to pay when starting again if you went somewhere else, so even though it was our therapist who left you high and dry, we will not refund you for any of the sessions you had or provide you credit to get our alternative therapist up to date.”

I have been going to this office and therapist since the office opened. I have always been treated with amazing respect and service. I have never had an issue with my billing and Gwen is the nicest billing agent I’ve ever dealt with. My therapist Mr. Elder seriously saved my life after a very traumatic event. I would never go anyway else again. I tried over a dozen other therapist and offices and will never go back.Ps not sure why this is not showing my name but this is posted by Gloria Roberts. I started seeing a therapist here who left without notice saying the work environment and the way Chat and Change does business was not good for her. I hadn’t been back in about 3 weeks when my card was charged $121.00 I called Gwen trying to figure out how I was being charged when I hadn’t been in 3 weeks. She claimed it was for copays and said she’d send me a break down of the charge via email and mail.I have yet to receive anything and it has almost been a week. I have called her back every day and she refuses to answer my phone calls or call me back with the voicemails I have left.DO NOT go to this office. They can not keep their staff because of the shady way they run their business and treat their clients.
