I have been going to this salon for over 15 years. It is a neighborhood-type atmosphere where everyone knows your name. Many clients have been going there for just as long if not longer. The stylists are always on time and friendly and the salon is always clean and professional. The stylists have many years of experience. Most of them lease their own space which means they actually care about their clients and their experience. I would recommend Hair Today for anyone looking for a new salon to try out.

I had my eyelashes done for the first time here by Larissa. I asked for a more noticeable but still natural looking look and she gave me just that. I walked away feeling like a million bucks because she did such a great job.

Ive never gotten a hair cut, had my nails done, been waxed, colored, etc. here. But for a decade and more, four of the women who work here did those things for my grandmother, even as she became increasingly weaker, physically and mentally, until they would have to help her to use the restroom during her appointments. I wouldnt have blamed them if theyd said my grandmother was too enfeebled to keep coming, but they never did--on the contrary, they would call me if too long passed between appointments, just to check and make sure she was ok. When either my grandmother would be too weak and ill to make it for an appointment, or, to be fair, occasionally I would forget she had one (I was the one who drove her around in the last five yrs of her life), it was never an issue, and the girls would try to refuse payment for the missed appointment, even though they were by all rights owed it. I made sure they always got paid, but it was also very kind of them to not demand it. In the last year or 18 months of my grandmothers life, with her husband dead, her friends all dead, her two children constantly worried about her care and contributing to that care despite her living in a full care facility, which wore them out and made them reluctant to put in the very demanding work of taking her anywhere; and with her physical health deteriorated to the point she could barely use a fork, never mind walking; and her mental health just sharp enough to know her surroundings and familiar people, and converse a little--under these trying conditions, the only time my grandmother got out of the facility was for her beauty treatments as she called them. But that hour or two each week helped her to feel better, maintain a grasp on time, and keep a lot more dignity than she would have without them. I never would have thought a salon or the people in it could be such am important thing in anyones life, but the people at hair today literally helped to make the last year of my grandmothers life worth living, and--considering the many difficulties--even happy, at times. You reading this probably want to know if they can match your hair color or something. As I said: I have no idea. But I know there are some genuinely good people who work there, and you will get their best efforts. In particular, Tiffany who does nails, Savannah who does pedicures, and Mattie up front at the reception desk are people go so far above and beyond, it was almost unbelievable.

All the gals are terrific. Natalie went all out. She is the bomb. She is the master beauty adviser. On lashes, coloring, everything. Even gives pointers on wardrobe. She will tell you what you need to hear, but maybe not what you want to hear. She doesnt pull any punches (especially if youre a guy).... And she lets you get away with Hot Tamales out of her jar....

I only went here once, but Larissa did an awesome job! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted :) I have an aunt who goes here for hair and eyelashes and they do a beautiful job with her too! Would definitely go here again.

Embarrassing. Unprofessional. Being a Lash Specialist myself this entire thing was MESSED UP. Never had a worse experience then this. My lashes were in a lot of pain & I called to get them removed. Mind you I was anxious but courteous over the phone. The receptionist stated she would call back to see if they can get me in. When I never received a ring back I called AGAIN. Only to have them hang up on me not once.. NOT twice.. but 6 times???Each time Im kindly pleading for them to get me in and that I need HELP. Once she realized it was me each time on the phone she HUNG UP. Im hoping your staff takes serious action & can figure out who let your team down that day. The friends I once recommended this salon to have been notified & WILL OBVIOUSLY NOT RETURNING. My lashes have never been in worse shape. Thanks.

Let’s be honest... the salon could use a bit of updating, but if you’re looking for an amazing hair stylist, Angie is your girl!! From cuts to color, she’s got you covered!! Kaydee is also superb at permanent cosmetics, reconstructive breast/areola tattooing, eyelash extensions, and nails! These 2 gals are true artists at work!!
