I have never felt more comfortable in a doctors office. Kate, Nancy, Emite and Stephanie was knowledgeable and kind. They listened to all my questions, was personable and was thorough. The entire experience with them and all the employees was just spectacular. They made me feel at ease and super welcoming. I left wanting to keep talking to them. That’s how warm they made me feel.

I had the best experience with Doctor Kate.. she’s very sweet and informal. She didn’t make me feel uncomfortable in any way. The receptionists were really sweet and helpful. Overall, the visit wasn’t expected to be so nice… I was very nervous.. my second gynecologist ever. I had to relocate and this was my first day going. I must say that I was very pleased and look forward to my future appointments!

Dr Astrid con Walter is the BEST Gynecologist I’ve had in my life. She is not only efficient but knowledgeable and compassionate! I am extremely sad that she is no longer going to be in the area. Wish her the best in her new endeavors and a wonderful life!

They were decent for a couple years but I’ll be finding a new doctor at this point. The front desk receptionist stated they were understaffed and didn’t realize my visit wasn’t covered. Tried to bill me $180 Since the front desk didn’t realize that before my appointment.Kate was super sweet and seemed compassionate. Outside of that, they haven’t had a single black doctor and the only black nurse assistant I met seemed miserable. Since that would already penned on my mind this was just the perfect reason of why I wont go back to them I don’t think it’s a coincidence. I’ll be finding an office that is more reasonable with their patients.

Everything was wonderful! I loved seeing Toca again! She is the best! She is so personable and caring. She understands your concerns and she helps you with solutions. Best of all she listens and doesnt make you feel like you are on an assembly line. I love this practice! Women helping women!

Dr. Young is an excellent doctor. I have been seeing her for almost 10 years. She takes time to listen to your concerns and doesn’t rush through the visit. She has great bedside manner and is very personable. Her care and treatment is individualized and I always feel heard. I also love that she gives you a chance to get dressed and will bring you into her office if there is more to discuss than what she’s captured in the exam room. Let’s face it, this is already like going to the dentist, actually even more invasive lol, so that extra touch really goes a long way, at least for me! The staff is also super friendly and helpful and the office is clean. They are set up for lab work right in the office, so there’s typically no need to get a script and make another appointment.

My experience with Dr. Young and their staff have been great. The front office staff was very kind and helpful. The support staff who brought me to the office to get my blood pressure was courteous and helpful. Then, Dr. Young was wonderful in checking how I was doing and care about how Im doing with my health, etc.

The PA Kate S. is just simply wonderful. Most thorough provider Ive had so far. Shes very intelligent and takes preventative care very seriously. A for sure advocate for her patients!

The medical professionals are great. I saw Kate and Kelsey on various visits. The phlebotomist is so nice as well. But I’m very dissatisfied with the billing department. They’re rude, and refused to communicate with my insurance even after they reached out three separate times. And then she proceeded to lie about how my other claims were processed. I will be finding another facility.

Dr. Young is an excellent doctor. She is highly intelligent, extremely thorough, very empathetic, and more than willing to answer all your questions. All in all a great experience!

They have a labcorp staff member in their office to get blood drawn at the same appointment; they sent me a message when my scrips were called into the pharmacy. This practice was recommended by a friend, and I’m so glad I found them!

The practice itself is very professional!The main thing that impressed me that Doctor Kathleen Skillin responds immediately,. Rockville Gynecology is a great facility. They are friendly and it is very clean and well staffed. This visit was my 2nd visit and first procedure. Dr. Young was phenomenal! She was friendly and funny and knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable. I am so satisfied with my experience of having her do my procedure. I am extremely happy that my regular gyn doctor recommended me to her for my procedure. I would recommend anyone go to this facility.

Ableist. Refused to make a new patient appointment unless you pre-register online first. Which is both ableist against those physically incapable of using a computer due to disability or find it extremely difficult (like myself). This is also classist against those who are economically disadvantaged and do not have access to a computer.When I noted this, the person just said rapidly have a wonderful day and immediately hung up on me. Did not bother to offer any alternative solution. Im glad they showed their ableist cards up front because as a disabled person, I certainly would not want to go into a doctors office that have no respect for or consideration for a person with disabilities right from the first phone call!If they absolutely INSISTED on having paperwork before an initial visit, rhey could book the visit a bit out and then mail the paperwork and have the person mail it back. But the BEST way they could handle this for a disabled person or person without a computer would be to arrange a call to ask whatever pre-registration questions were needed by phone.Instead, they just refuse to even speak one more word to you and hang up. Which makes me feel not only like they are ableist & classist, but they probably use pre-registration to weed out any kind of potential patient they dont like anyway. Including disabled persons.This review was dictated by voice via phone, in case anyone was wondering. Which does not work for computerized online forms.

Luchtefeld listened to my concerns and set out to address them by ordering a thousand tests. She even remembered me as a patient she treated over 2 years ago - and not just remembered my face and whatever may have been in my medical file. She asked about my boyfriend-turned-husband. The rest of the staff were also all very kind and moved efficiently.

I love Dr Von Walter. She has a unique ability to make you feel as if you’re the most important patient in the world to her. She retains information about your life and makes every visit effortless. My only tiny criticism is the wait time in the examination room. It’s not terribly comfortable sitting in an open gown for 30 minutes. BUT! because Dr Von Walter is so brilliant, you tend to look past the wait.

Everyone in this office is amazing! As a new patient, I had no trouble scheduling an appointment. Checking-in at the front desk was easy and quick. Most importantly, I was called back into the room ON TIME. The nurse/medical assistant asked me various questions. She was engaging and funny yet extremely knowledgable. The nurse practitioner took her time to ask questions about my health but also to answer any questions I had. I am so happy I am now a patient of theirs!

I went here at the start of covid when everything was telemed. When I needed to go in for bloodwork I was sent to labcorp. When they opened up they asked me to come into the office for my next round of bloodwork and charged me $50. While the staff treated me well during my appointments I did not appreciate being blindsided with such a large charge for bloodwork especially since I had been doing all my bloodwork at lapcopr.
