Have seen Dr. David Grossman for many years. He is exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. I am an over-70 year old - so dont need the OB part of the practice - but for well-woman check-up I would highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dorothy Lees for over 20 years. She listens and looks you in the eye and is gentle. Many years ago, she performed a surgery for me, and I was happy with the outcome and scar.I highly recommend Dr. Lee.

Dr. Diane Laurin is an exceptional OB/GYN. She is caring, professional, thorough and meticulous and has a wonderful bedside manner.

We have had nothing but good experiences over the past 20 + years as a patient. Dr. Grossman delivered both of our children. He handled complications like a pro, kept us calm and focused on the health and safety of our family.

I have been seeing Dr Laurin for nearly 20 years. She has always been courteous, professional, down to earth and trustworthy. She never seems to be in a rush to take care of me and she gets right to the point of getting the help that I need. She delivered my only son (3 girls previously) and from the time she walked in the OR (csection) to when she was all done; she was there for me. I had severe anxiety due to a previous csection mishap and she commanded me and the room to ensure I was cared for. I will be forever grateful to her for knowing her patient and ensure I had a great experience. I recommend her with the highest of regards and I appreciate and respect her as a Provider and a person. They use incorrect code to bill you. Last year they billed me for almost $1000 for a very small procedure. I called many times, eventually they changed the medical code, the bill was significantly smaller. This year, 2020, I received a new bill for the service that I had in 2018. I called their billing office, they said that the new bill is after some code update. Who knows if the new code is correct. The billing office even hang up on me, so rude. I am finding a new office. Hope this helps you.

I love the women doctors but the staff is just far too busy and phone call wait times are extensive, prescription refills take several tries to get resent. I am looking for a smaller practice after being with this one for many years.

Ive been going to this office for three years, the doctors here have guided me through two successful pregnancies. I found all of the doctors (and the RN) to be friendly, competent, and informative. The ladies at the front desk always recognize me and make me feel welcome. Ive used the call line a few times to ask questions about my pregnancy; I always hear back from them within a few hours, and their advice has been very helpful. Yes, sometimes the waits are long, but not always. I always feel comfortable visiting these doctors and entrusting my health to them. What more can you ask from a doctors office?

I was at this office for my prenatal care in my 1st and 2nd trimester. The place is clean, the waiting time is short.However the ultrasound tech who did my scans seemed inexperienced. She was not able to see my babys full spine on the scan and mind you this was a second attempt within two weeks. She added extra comments that made me nervous. The worst part the Doctors or nurse practitioner do not seem to know how to read the scans, hence whatever the ultrasound tech comments is the final say on the scan.which is scary because what if the tech did not interpret the scan correctly? You will be left a nervous wreck if they cant seem to find what they are looking for.I was then referred to Maryland perinatal. These people are amazing, after the tech did the ultrasound. Dr Huran comes in to do a quick ultrasound just to confirm the results and everything looked great.

I have been a patient of Capital Womens Care for 30+ years. Dr Elias is my doctor for GYN now but he delivered my daughters who are 26 and 30 and now also patients of this Capital Womens Care location and see Dr Laurin. I cant say enough about the excellent care that all of the doctors in the practice provide. Being a patient for so many years and going through 3 pregnancies, I have seen all of the providers and they are all very knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. The front staff and the nursing staff are very friendly and helpful in making sure my visits go smoothly from the moment I enter the office to the time I walk out the door. I highly recommend the practice and I am sure they will get you in for a visit and will give you the best ob/ gyn care in the area.

I love this practice and feel very comfortable with the physicians. Dr. Davis-Roland is great! Very thorough and really took the time to talk to me about my health. While you may be there for quite some time, the doctors are great.

I have been with this office for 5 years, and have my 2 babies delivered. The experience is super good. I will stay with them as Iong as I am in this area.

I do not recommend this practice. I was a patient there from 2014-2017.The doctors are impossible to get an appointment with, and several have left the practice over the past few years. During appointments, concerns are not addressed or are waved off as non concerns.It would be easier to climb Mount Everest than get a prescription called in or refilled. My pharmacy actually called them for a refill, which was denied. The prescription they denied has great importance due to certain medical conditions I have. This was the last straw.Since I will not go back to this practice, I called to get a copy of my chart, and was told it would cost $0.76/page. Ive never had a doctors office charge me for my own medical information. Disgusting.

I recently relocated during the middle of my pregnancy and was looking for a doctor to take over my care. I had the absolute worse experience dealing with their receptionist, Donna, regarding an appointment. When I sent my medical record over, every doctor refused to see me and I tried to explain to her that there seemed to be information missing. She was rude, talked over me, had an attitude and spoke to me as though she thought I was an idiot. The end result was that there were several pages of information missing, as I tried to tell her.I have never been treated so poorly by someone whose job it was to deliver customer service.I ended up getting an appointment with a good doctor at Georgetown University. He seemed baffled by the decision that the doctors here made. He said even though there may have been some holes in the records that were sent over, it was clear that I was seeing the same doctor for this pregnancy as I had for my first a year earlier and that if he needed any clarification he was more than capable of picking up the phone to call her.I suggest that anyone looking for a new doctor stay away from this practice!!!!!!!

I wish I could give a 0 star or negative stars. The front desk is incapable of doing anything helpful and has the worst attitude. No response would be given no matter how many times you leave the voice mail for the nurse line. This is the worst doctor office experience ever. Although doctors seem fine but the front desk and nurse are intolerable. I will never come back.

I have been a patient with Capital Womens Care for over 10 years and my mother years before that. The ONLY reason I continue to go to this practice is to see Dr. Krinn- she is an excellent Doctor and is so nice and welcoming- always makes you feel comfortable. I also signed my younger sister up as a patient as well. However, everything else about this practice is absolutely HORRIBLE. I hate going there every single time I have an appointment- the front desk staff is nothing but RUDE, and SHORT with any patient that comes in. They talk down to you and make you feel dumb when youre simply checking in for an appointment, they expect you to know what theyre thinking and they never handle a single matter with customer service. As someone who has previously worked in a Doctors office environment I find it completely and utterly appalling the way they treat us. Even when I call on the phone asking for HELP to clarify an appointment for my little sister who is unfamiliar with the process and is stranded in their waiting room- they still get an attitude over the phone and continue to treat us as idiots instead of having any heart and helping the situation. If you call to make an appointment they simple respond letting you know your Doctor is unavailable at that time and never give you an idea of WHEN they actually ARE available, they just let you guess 10 different times, how about some help and tell us when they ARE available. SO unbelievable rude, I dont recommend this practice to ANYONE and we plan on leaving as soon as we find a new doctor.

They are the worst .... attitudes and dont want to do anything you ask. Kumba is the best cna. Front desk is ok. Dr seems interested but maybe more interested in money. Rx nurse is a real jerk.

I was a patient with Capital Womens Care (CWC) for many years and I discovered numerous billing issues throughout the time I was with them. I would have left this group a long time ago but I really liked one of the doctors. I can’t put up with the unethical billing issues at this practice. I’d like all potential patients to read my review and think twice about selecting CWC.The first issue I discovered was an overpayment to CWC by my secondary insurance provider. CWC filed claims with my primary and secondary insurance company and received a full payment from each one. The secondary insurance company should have been billed the leftover balance. Instead they were billed the full amount and they overpaid by more than $1,000 because CWC did not tell the secondary insurance company they already received a payment from my primary insurance company. By the time I discovered and reported the issue, it was too late. CWC wrote it off without returning the money back to the insurance company and at this point the corporate office will neither confirm nor deny that it occurred.The second issue concerns co-pays. They routinely ask for co-pays and if you don’t know your own insurance well enough, you may make a payment for a co-pay that is not required. CWC collected too many co-pays from me that were not necessary. Instead of giving me an automatic credit or refund, CWC would write it off and keep the overpayment. If you realized that you overpaid and requested a refund, it would take months to get it back. You constantly have to keep track of your account.I asked the CWC office manager in charge of the Rockville and Germantown offices why they did not automatically give an overpayment back to the patient like other practices. She rudely responded that “CWC is not like other practices, refunds will be given only by request.” So, if you dont keep track or forget about an overpayment, they will disappear from your account. You may be wondering how they can get away with this. Unfortunately, there are no laws or regulations preventing providers from keeping an overpayment unless it’s from Medicare.In my case, the overpayment issues I discovered were old. I tried to recover the refunds but CWC’s corporate office pointed out that they are only required by law to maintain medical and financial records for 5 years. Therefore, they can neither confirm nor deny any wrongdoing because they dont have the records. However, I have a complete file of every billing statement, EOB, etc., but CWC refuses to accept my evidence and issue a refund. It appears that this unethical billing practice was condoned from the top down.

Dr. Grossman is terrible. He didnt care about his patient at all, and he referred me to some place which cost me $1000 out of pocket after insurance. I will never choose to see him again in the future.

The wait time in the room for the doctor is infinite :(
