Both my husband and myself loved dr Zhang and everyone in her clinic. They are warm, caring and patient. The happiest thing during my pregnancy was visiting Dr Zhang and I have 100% confidence in her taking care of my baby and myself.

Dr. Katie Zhang was referred to me by another doctor and has been my gynecologist for over a decade. I am a pretty sensitive and picky individual and have changed my primary care physician a couple of times, but my experience with Dr. Zhang and her staff has been phenomenal. Dr. Zhang is very knowledgeable, competent and has excellent bedside manner. The staff are friendly and efficient. Their office is always clean and bright. They truly care about my wellbeing and never suggested unnecessary visits or tests like some other doctors. I appreciate their work ethics and can absolutely trust and rely on Dr. Zhang and her staff to take good care of me for life.

This place is very bad. The doctor has no medical ethics. He only knows how to make you pay. He wont refund you if he takes too much money. The service is very poor. He doesnt do anything. He just asks a few questions and then asks you to go home. He then asks several hundred yuan. I hope what you see wont go there! After reading her, I saw a comment on the website that her medical skills were poor

If I could give zero stars I really would. I had a good experience for my annual checkup itself. But Dr. Zhang’s office billed me a copay for a visit that’s 100% covered by insurance. Fought me tooth and nail when I asked for it back after my insurance said I should not have been charged. Made me come into the office to pick up my refund when they could have mailed it.When I called for my contraceptive refill, made me come to the office again, and tried to charge me AGAIN citing this wasn’t an annual checkup. But they are the ones who insist I come in just so I can get my birth control refilled. When I called the insurance to ask about why I have to pay copay again, they (insurance) backed me up. Then Dr. Zhang tried to make my visit a medical diagnosis visit (just for birth control???) and said I need to get a film taken. This need and the reason why was never conveyed to me. Dr. Zhang only spoke to insurance, not me.Overall, Dr. Zhang gives me the impression that my wellness as a patient is not nearly as important to her as my use as an asset to bill insurance for money and charge me money for as many visits as possible. Terrible morals as a doctor.

This doctor is the best you’ll never go wrong with her she treat me like her own child I always want to stay with this doctor forever her staff is perfect and courteous and never give me a hard time even though I’m late sometimes

Dr. Zhang is very good and nice. She is kind and helpful. I had a C-section and thanks to her professional skills, I recovered very soon. It’s much better than my last C-section by another doctor. I will recommend Dr. Zhang strongly. By the way, the front desk helped me a lot. They are always ready to help. I love this office.

I love Dr. Zhang soooo much. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and very diligent. She made my pregnancy very pleasant and even after giving birth, she checked on me often and did whatever she could to make sure I was well; she delivered my third baby via c section. She is amazing! I have referred someone to her and they love her as much as I do. She is the amongst the best of the best. I am so thankful that I had such an amazing doctor to deliver my baby girl. I had no worries and felt safe and secure the entire time. In addition, her staff was great. I’m so shocked reading the bad reviews, I truly am because I am very hard to please and I have loved these people since day one. Dr. Zhang has been the only Obgyn that I am completely satisfied with. Many thanks to Dr. Zhang and her friendly and professional staff. We just had our second child delivered by her. It was best experience by far. We had the best service through all stages of pregnancy. I will highly recommend anybody seeking OBGYN.

Very good doctor. She is accomadating and helpful. Answer all our questions. Office is very clean. And the good thing about the clinic they are open on a saturday. So if your busy on the weekdays you can come on the weekends.

Dr.Zhang is amazing and so understanding 😊 she delivered my baby girl September 2016! I went in again after two years because i want to be pregnant again, Although she diagnosed me with something i suspected on before going in for my appointment she made me believe that she will help me through it!

I dont understand how Dr. Zhang still has her license with all the complaints. She is extremely rude, and has no business dealing with pregnant women. I am glad I stood up for myself and cancelled her ASAP!

I tried my best to love them. Unfortunately , they disappointed me. First, they moved without notice their clients. Second, the doctor and the staff didnt behave professionally. Instead of answering a simple question, they distorted my question and blamed on patients in a rude way. Plus, they kept telling me they would have POS every time they ask for cash, but they never got one! why?! avoid tax??

This is such a scam place. The office does. It even look like a doctors office operated as per US medical standards. The most funniest thing is saw and was shocked about was that the doctor only accepts cash or check no credit cards at all same like any mom pop Chinese restaurant. The doctored equipments and not clean at all and my be not good for hygiene purposes at all. I would recommend do not wasting ur money here at all

So bad service, crazy stuff !!! Dr. Zhang Katie was so rude with me and who seats in front of the door are so rude also. She did pop smear and after couple weeks they called me and said that I need surgery asap because my problem is so urgent. So I did an appointment for to talk face to face. And she did not talked me nice. I was tried to explain her that how I had a this problem and she answer that this america I dont care how did you get that problem )) Then I took an appointment in different doctors. They ask me my report from the fax, and I asked it from the Zhang. She said she cant give me the report because she is busy she needs to go. But first time she said me that my sitaution is so urgent and I need surgery asap. And I asked her you said me my problem is so serious, if so serious why you are not giving me my report I should send this to other doctor. So she could not answer me and said you dont want to make a surgery with me that is why you are doing like that ))) What is the hell ??? I dont belive her so for the money she wanted to make a surgery. Who does not want to get lie surgery, so dont go to her !!!

Very bad experience while taking with their staff, they even dont have little patience to talk with customer and rude over phone.

I went to Dr. Katie Y. Zhang to have my IUD (contraceptive ring) removed on 6/16/2021. After operating on me for about 20 minutes, Dr. Zhang informed me that the IUD is stuck to my uterine and will be very difficult to remove. (There was an assistant throughout the entire process.) She suggested that I undergo general anesthesia to have it removed and that I should arrange the surgery as soon as possible. I was very scared, so I agreed to the surgery right the way. After I left her office, I was bleeding and feeling a lot of pain. When I shared this news with my husband at home, he was shocked by it and suggested that I get a second opinion. I called the clinic, the doctors assistant assured me that I need the procedure and again urged me to schedule it as soon as possible. On June 23, my husband booked another gynecologist appointment for me with Dr. Eva Li, so I went to see Dr. Li. She was able to remove my IUD in under 5 minutes. Not only the procedure was painless and it also reso lved my bleeding problem.A month later, I received a medical bill from Dr. Zhangs clinic for her treatment. Not only Dr. Zhang failed to remove my IUD and caused me to bleed for a week, she also pushed for an absolutely unnecessary procedure. I truly believe that I should not be paying her for all the fear, pain and trauma that I had experienced. I called her to communicate with her, but she insisted that she should get paid. In order to avoid the harassment and potential credit issues, I paid the money. Rockville resident MayI went to Zhang Yaohua Gynecology Clinic to get the IUD (contraceptive ring) on ​​6/16/2021.
