All the doctors in this practice are helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve seen all of them throughout my pregnancy. They explain things clearly and always address all my concerns. You can also communicate with them easily through the patient portal. The office is clean and organized. I always feel comfortable in there. The sonographer is great as well. She always prints out nice pictures of my baby when we do the sonogram to check for the growth. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone who needs professional ob/gyn care.

From the very first visit with Dr. Lizardo to the follow up calls after my surgery I have had to best experience. When you need surgery you are in a vulnerable position and it means the world to have caring people around you. You cant go wrong by choosing him and Capital Womens Care.

They are the best! Doctors are caring and knowledgeable. They think outside of the box. All staff are very quick, helpful and friendly. Great communication. You can send messages through Patient portal. Its easy and sometimes very helpful.

Front desk staff in Silver Spring is very sweet and kind. They are always happy and helpful.Nurses are all very sweet. Will call back in a timely matter and help figure things out.Front desk in Rockville seem to hate their jobs. Or it’s one specific person I get. She seems to be in a bad mood constantly and gives you an attitude with the simplest questions. I also keep getting a woman name Roxanne (Roseanne) to make appointment- she is never helpful, and seems annoyed to answer the calls. Making appointments with both of them can be very unpleasant.Rockvillle office closes at 4:30pm! I have been there twice 10 minutes before to pick up a script or lab work results and the lights are turned off and no one in the front. Why does the website state 4:30pm? I work in a medical facility- we never have turned off the light 10 minutes before. We usually are there 10 minutes past. It’s inconvenient and very frustrating.

All the staff have always been so personable and helpful. I’ve enjoyed seeing some of the same faces throughout the years. I think that speaks a lot in terms of a practice. I have been attending the Rockville office for years and all the OB/GYN doctors are wonderful. Dr. Anne Shrout has been my preferred doctor. I’ve seen her through my adolescence, my three pregnancies and now into 40’s. I’m very grateful for this practice.

We had an abnormal US with not good news and they did not allow my spouse in the room for the news. I broke down and was furious with staff. Also the next week we found out I had to have a D and C due to the abnormal pregnancy and no information was provided on the paperwork needed. Also there was no information provided on what is required prior to the appointment, what to expect while we’re there, or what I need to do to prepare other than not to eat or drink. This is a tough situation and you would think staff would take the time to prepare couples for what they are going to experience not just physically but walk them through what is needed. We are going into this tomorrow not knowing if my husband will be able to be there for me or due to Covid I have to have this traumatic experience on my own without family support. Covid is no excuse for poor medical or customer service. These aren’t my only issues with this clinic just the biggest ones!

I always feel comfortable at Capital Women’s Care. My Dr that I like left and the Dr I got in replacement was even better. I never have to wait long for my appointments and everyone in the office is always pleasant and helpful.

I did not have a regular gynecologist. I contacted Capital Women’s Care. I was scheduled with Dr. Resta. I went in for a routine visit. I ended up having surgery a few weeks later. Every step of the way .. pre-opt, surgery, and after care, Capital Women’s Care were consummate professionals. Dr.Resta... He was unbelievable. He really alleviated my fears and concerns. Really educated me to make the right medical decision for me. Allowed me to reach out with questions or concerns I had about my procedure. And he responded quickly! My surgical nurse let me know that Dr. Resta was her doctor as well. Saying from the nurses point of view , he was one of the best! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a gynecological doctor. He is top notch.

Been a patient of Dr. Band’s for almost 30 years. Could not imagine seeing another doctor. Most offices want to get you in and out, but CWC takes the time to listen to its patients and provide information best suited for you.

I recently gave birth to my son and it was an amazing experience all the drs at capital women’s care are amazing my birthing dr was Dr.sine she was amazing and patient and I could not have asked for a better doctor I really thank them for everything! Recommend going to them!

Dr. Resta is AWESOME! He makes me feel at ease when discussing my health concerns.

Dr. Resta is by far the best GYN I have had. I have been with him for about 12 years and there is no one that I feel gives better care he has caught health issues that others missed and has always been caring ,compassionate and understanding, there is so much more great things I can say but the bottom line is when it comes to mine gynecological health I trust no one more than him. The staff at Capital women’s care at Rockville and Silver spring have also been kind , patient and respectful they are truly the best.

Ive been seeing Dr B. for almost 30 years and Ive always gone to the Silver Spring office. Now that I have moved to Germantown, I went to the Rockville office. Staff was just as great! Nice, friendly, personable and on time. Its nice to know you can visit your doctor in different locations and still get the same great care!

Dr Lizardo is legit the best ever. I’ve always had bad experience in the past, but since meeting him I can’t say enough great things about him. Office staff are great as well.

I see Dr. Anne Shrout at the Rockville location. Dr. Anne Shrout is the doctor to see at this practice. Been with her for over 10 years now. She’s caring, knowledgeable, and competent. The nurses are also exceptional. The front desk staff are courteous and competent.What’s nice about the Rockville location is if you need blood work or mammogram there is a LabCorp and an Imaging Center in same building. There is also a pharmacy in building. Great location!
