I should have posted this review a while back, but was initially waiting to make sure nothing went wrong with my eyes.Im VERY happy with the results. I was initially a bit hesitant to make such a major life change, but I had lasik done on both eyes here in December 2019, after being quite nearsighted and needing to wear glasses or contacts all my life. My eyes were stable but Im >50 so was needing reading glasses anyway. The doctors were great, the prices were competitive, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. My recovery from the surgery was pretty quick (lots of eyedrops for the first month or two) and the results were fantastic! Distances are clearer than glasses and contacts, and I dont have to wear glasses except for reading up close, as expected.They have a guarantee in case your eyes need a touch-up procedure, but that was not necessary for me...everything worked well the first time!I highly recommend LasikPlus!

I had my procedure on Friday the 7th. The surgery was quick and the doctor lets you know exactly what is going to happen each step of the way. My eyes felt pretty healed after two days. I can already see clearly except everything seems to be a little bit brighter than usual. Now just waiting for my 1st month check in. I’m so excited to never have to wear glasses or look for my lost glasses. I did the lifetime plan so I feel very re-assured if something goes wrong that I can call them back.

Going to LasikPlus in Rockville has been such an amazing experience! ALL the staff, doctors, and the surgeon were welcoming, informative, kind, and helpful! I had this done yesterday afternoon and I am here this morning for my check up and I can tell you that my eyes do not hurt and I CAN SEE WONDERFULLY without contacts or glasses!!! The environment and staff are super friendly which was the reason why I ended up choosing LasikPlus over others in the area. On the day of my procedure, I was in and out in less than 2 hours and Dr. Summerfield was a pretty cool guy that took me through the whole process. I’m currently on Day 3 after the surgery and enjoying clear vision and about to check what my vision is right now! I highly recommend because I am also currently not experiencing any side effects!! Everyone is different but so far 10/10!

I initially tried to schedule with the Columbia office but the Rockville office had a more flexible schedule for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with them. They were very helpful from start to end! The procedure can be a little uncomfortable right after completion but I was completely prepared to it - thanks to the wonderful staff.

I came for a consult on a Monday and was in surgery by Tuesday afternoon. The worst part of my experience was the drive home, but that’s to be expected after having any surgery. Staff, doctors and facilities are great and very efficient. I loved being able to get in contact with doctors as needed. I was even pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from my surgeon in the evening after my surgery. Price and convenience really were a driving factor in choosing LASIKPlus.I’m so happy with my decision. Having surgery really has been life changing.

After looking at what other reviewers have said, I can confirm that everything is accurate. The staff is great, the Doctors are fantastic and enjoy what they do. Went in for a check to see if I qualified for the operation. After being approved and talking with the doctor, I was able to get the operation done as soon as the next day. The phone service for their scheduling is also great and fast. When it came time to the actual operation, the only slight discomfort I felt is when they inserted a device to keep my eyes open. After that it was a breeze, you dont even feel the laser. Then following up after 3 days, it was evaluated that I could already see 20/20, and also even further to 20/15. The lasers are up to date, and the pricing is fair. With all this being said, I can confidently say if youre looking for a lasik surgery, this is the place to go.

Came in on a Friday, 15 minute procedure was able to see 20/20 when I walked out the door. Very nice staff and Dr. they were able to workout a payment plan with no interest with Care credit, currently at my next day follow up had to take a 4 hour nap after procedure yesterday but as long as you follow the post-op directions everything should go great. So far Im very pleased with the results, looking forward to not wearing glasses and being able to see when I workout!

So I finally made the decision to get Lasik, and I do not regret it! The staff here, first off, make me feel welcomed and at ease about the whole procedure. Great staff quick painless procedure I would recommend for active people to do this late in the day. And is you have them use scuba goggles to take your showers for the first few days. Other then that follow the clear directions your given and everything will work out just fine!!!
