Thanks First Family for providing a long term companion for our parents that is also medically trained to do more then minimal care. It was nice to know we had a specific person that could do special tasks such as run to the store, or pickup carryout on her way to taking care of our parents. It was nice to hear our mom would get excited when your aid arrived daily and they developed a nice relationship over the months.Also, a special thanks to Nancy for your unwavering patience during times of stress and difficulty with our family. Your medical knowledge was especially helpful to us understanding our parents situations. Thanks for accompanying them to medical appointments and translating what the Dr. said to me and my siblings.
