My son had his first appointment at All Star Pediatric Dentistry back in May. I couldnt have asked for a better experience! The whole process went smoothly and efficiently. Dr. Chang and the kind staff were welcoming and gentle with my son who was very nervous. They helped him feel comfortable and safe. When he received his dental goody bag and sticker at the end, he was all smiles. Highly recommend!

This was my daughter’s first time getting a filling at 6 years old and she was very nervous, but the staff and Dr. Phan were so friendly and efficient that she didn’t even complain or cry one bit! We came a little early but they took us in almost immediately and we were done in about 20 minutes. The teamwork in this office was amazing! I would highly recommend this practice!!

When I first see all five stars, I had doubt. Especially after the not very pleasant experience with the other pediatric dentistry, which also has a fairly good google review. But All Star proved I was wrong. All the staffs, hygienist, and Dr. Phan are above and beyond. Dr. Phan are very patient and explained everything very well. The communications are smooth, the front desk response to email etc in a timely manner. The charge are transparent with no hidden fee. Now, all my other two friends are bringing their kids to All Star. Highly recommended.

I see huge improvement in my 6 yr old daughter tooth and gum health which I was struggling to find with other expensive dentists in the area. Great location. Ample parking. The entrance is on the side of the building so no need of entering through front entrance. If you cant find, look for the jewelry shop and next to the jewelry shop is the entrance. When I enter, I surprised how bright and modern the office looks like. My 10-year old got treatment for her decay of tooth with Dr. Phan and Dr. Chang. They were both very helpful and have great interaction with kids. Both of them I believe are very well trained and I will definitely be coming back!

I got this dentist location through my insurance provider. I took my 4 years son for the first time and I was little worried about how my son will react facing dentist, but it was great experience for both of us, staffs over here were very courteous and very well trained to handle kids so they are not scared. The place itself was very clean and spacious and kids friendly which keeps your kids exciting and relaxed.

Dr Chang and Mrs. Brenda were amazing my son had his first dental cleaning he’s 3 years old and they made experience so much fun and enjoyable for my son and I. We have already set up his next appointment! All the gifts he received were great too! My son told everyone he saw the Doctor and was all smiles! I just want to give the dental techs, doc and front receptionist at All Star Pediatric Dentistry in Rockville a huge shout out for their awesomeness! The front receptionist was super welcoming and greeted us at the front door. She took us to our private room where the doc and dental tech were waiting. The doc was super amazing and kept my usually scared kiddo calm and actually engaged in the whole cleaning. Then techs had to take pics of his teeth and did such a great job distracting him and getting the job done. 😃 I can’t recommend this office enough. 👏

This is the best dental office I have EVER been to! From the time we walked in up until we left, there was nothing but smiles coming from the staff and all of my children. They were even able to see my daughter in an emergency situation with no hassel and no appointment. The waiting room is very kid friendly with games, small colorful furniture and BOOKS! The children absolutely loved seeing their name in lights. (They welcomed the children with a board that highlighted their names.) Highly recommend!!!!!UPDATE: They allowed the children to take home ceiling tiles and paint them. They look awesome and it makes their patients feel like part of a family environment.

Today was my 11 year old sons 1st visit at All Star Pediatric dental office. The visit was awesome. Dr. Phan and our hygienist ( Dawn ) was extremely helpful with explaining the prodecures to my son and I - from X-rays to extracting a cracked tooth. When my daughter was 2, she had a difficult dentist and he was very abrupt with her. To this day, my daughter does not want any bubblegum flavored anything (that was the flouride flavor).She had 1 more dentist that didnt work out due to their xray not fitting her.All star have listened to all the nuances that i asked of them. No bubblegum flavor anything. Due to the trauma she had with her past dentist, my daughter needs gas, they have flavored and flavorless and it is covered by md healthy smiles. They have made my daughter excited to go to the dentist. I couldnt recommend them enough.

For a while now, I have been looking for a good pediatric dentist. I am happy I found All-Star Pediatric Dentistry. I didnt have a problem making a schedule for my two kids. The lady that I spoke with was friendly and accommodating. We registered online so when we got to the office we dont have to fill out a lot of forms anymore. The day before our appointment the office called us to confirm. She also went through the covid-19 policy that the office has. When we got to the front of the office, we have to call them to let us in. They took our temperature and gave us hand sanitizer. The waiting area is clean and wide open. They have kids chairs and tables. Also, have cute wallpaper. They have a holiday backdrop which our family took pictures of. At the back, they have a big cleaning area for patients then they have small rooms too. The cleaning area has nice and educational wallpaper and two TV. Dr. Chang and staff were nice and friendly. The kids enjoyed their dentist appointment. I highly recommend this pediatric dentistry to everyone who has kids.

We came to All Star Pediatric Dentistry to get a second opinion regarding my daughter’s condition. I was so glad that we did because Dr. Chang was very professional and their whole staff as well. The office was very clean, the equipment are all modern and they limit the allowed patients inside so they really adhere to strict covid protocols. My daughter J.E. is 3 1/2 years old and after having a not so pleasant experience with xray at the other dental office, she even told me that she likes this office better than the other one! This was because the doctor and staff really took great care of her and she had a more pleasant experience in the way they did her xray this time. Dr. Chang explained to us clearly and in a very professional way what my daughter’s needs are and our overall first time visit to their office was a positive one. We would definitely highly recommend them.

Love this place. Love the Saturday hours. Covid procedures were thorough and easy to follow. They do a good job with my son (MD). He went from screaming and afraid because of our first dentist to totally comfortable a year later because of how great they are he knew it wasnt going to be scary anymore.

My children LOVE this office. Both Dr. Phan and Dr. Chang are amazing with children. The decor is beautiful and welcoming, making my children feel comfortable and relaxed. (I say this because before contacting All Star I contacted another dental office in the area and I was never able to speak to anyone. Found this practice on Yelp and so happy I did! My 5 year old was a 1st timer and they were so patient with him. My 10 year old was so nervous because he had a terrible experience with another dentist but they made him feel comfortable and all went well. They are especially doing well with Covid restrictions and followibg CDC guidelines. Only one family at a time, temperatures and sanitizer as you walk in , and wiping all surfaces. Our child needed to see a dentist during COVID and we were very reassured by the precautions in place at All Star. The staff were wearing 2 masks and a face shield, they only allow one patient in the clinic at a time and they checked temperatures outside before you enter the clinic. Aside from that they were great with our child and very organized, and having Saturday hours is so fantastic. Highly recommended.

Happy kiddo happy teeth! We just moved to the area, and both kiddos were due for a check up plus my son needed dental paperwork filled out for school. I filled out the appointment request online, and before I finish filling out patient info for both kids, they called back and set us up. Super simple!The location is easy to find, on the far right side of the building with their own entrance. Parking available right in the front. They don’t allow anyone in the waiting room, and definitely made us feel comfortable with all the COVID precautions they are taking. Temperature check at the door with hand sanitizers provided, everyone wears masks plus face shield.Dr. Chang was super personable and fun with the kids. My 3 year old was a little nervous, but she totally just talked to her and her check up was over before we know it.Thank you for the awesome service!!
