Efficient and diverse ; practice comprised of a nice mix of generations and with a male NP to compliment The provider. office contracts a large lab phlebodomist who practices in a tiny space 1floor below but makes the best of what he has to work with.pleasantly, both providers are saavy navigating the office EMR/EHR but wish front desk had IT end use support phone number readily available or had a slightly broader understanding of typical glitches an average patient who delays logging into the app will experience (ie: remedies for hyperlinked invitation emails to be opened WEEKS after visit meaning portal access will likely be expired .... )

They have alway acomendated me with what I need. Ive had office visits, physical exams and wth these trying times Ive done virtual visits. Last year I had an Orthopedic problem with my neck but I couldnt get an appointment with eather of the two Orthopedics I have used. I saw Dr Jalli and she prescribed a couple of things and gave me advice. When I was able to see my Orthopedist he said what she gave was exactly what he would have given me.This year 2020 I had a fever in July and with Covid-19 I thought I might have it. I was able to get a virtual exam within a hour of calling. I talked to the Nurse Practioner and explained my symptoms. He did not think I had Covid but gave me a prescription to get tested. He was looking for something else that might cause my mild fever. When I did another virtual appointment the following Monday I showed Dr. Jalli a spot on my leg. She identified it as Lyme disease. She prescribed the antibiotics and followed medication requirements. Within 3 days I was back to normal. My Covid tests came back negative. It was very comforting to get the diagnosis and recover so fast. Lyme disease can be very problematic if not discovered and treated quickly, I was thankful to get that from Dr. Jalli.
