The staff is pleasant and professional, and for my first appt about a month ago, they took me the same day for what I was afraid was a retinal tear (it wasn’t thank goodness!), so I wasn’t going to complain about the long wait time, because I figured it was because they fit me in. Today I went for a follow up, and it was the same deal, unfortunately. The waiting room is small, and you have to play musical chairs because it is packed. I got there a few minutes early, and still waited over an hour to be seen by the first doc. Then another 20 minutes for the second. I’m not sure why it takes two. I was about to tell them I was leaving when they called me. He said to come back in a year for a routine check up. As nice as they are, that just won’t be happening.

Others are very accurate in saying the appointment wait time is pretty much ridiculous, that being said however, Dr. Yee is AMAZING. His office fit me in for an emergency appointment after a few visits to my opthamologists office. He was very thorough, ran many tests as I had a freak thing happen to ensure he was not missing something. I had to stop a medication I was taking, and slowly my 20/400 vision corrected itself back to 20/80. While it may take a while to get into the back to see him, hes worth the wait. You kind of need your eyes...

This is not a well run organization. The appointment was for 10am and we didn’t see the doctor and until 12:15pm and that was after we made a big stink about the wait. Liked the doctor but we won’t be back because of the the fact that there is no respect in the office for their patients time.

Be prepared to wait and wait some more. The waiting room is packed even first thing in the morning.Someone comes out and puts drops on your eyes in the waiting room which is kind of gross.

The previous reviews are not kidding about wait time! I respect the doctor I go to see but it seems the wait time gets worse and worse as the years go on. My most recent visit was a total wait time of a bit over 2 hours.
