I had a really great experience. The optician was knowledgeable, professional and thorough and she gave me a referral for a specialist that I needed. The sales people were very friendly. They gave me helpful recommendations for frames without being at all pushy. Highly transparent in explaining each option and cost. I will for sure return here in the future!

SAT 4/29/2017 my husband had an appointment at CVS , 10AM for a new pair of progressive transition eyeglasses. The appointment was confirmed TWICE during the week. However, when he arrived for his appointment, on time, NOBODY WAS THERE to attend him!!!! This is not the first time we had a problem with CVS and after many, many years were switching to another pharmacy.

I ordered glasses and a two year warrantee. I return to get some service under warrantee. When I call a month later to get the lenses that were paid for by my warrantee, the old company working under CVS title was not in business any longer and the new company that has replaced the previous group has no records of the patients from the old company.....I think one should avoid that entire setup, past present and future.If this is how the previous co managed the their records and the new co did not consider to get records of the patients with warrantees and or at least have a forwarding address for the other co. so the atients can do the leg work to continue the service of previously paid agreements, then what happens next whne these new gys bail out and disappear. Steer clear of this entire operation.
