This review is specifically about Jessica, our dog trainer. Jessica is FANTASTIC to work with. She was wonderful with our dog, Luna and understood her and her needs very well. She was very professional and transparent during the initial assessment and helped me work out the right training plan for my budget and goals. We decided to do a few months of 1:1 training and the transformation in my relationship with my dog, the new tools I learned, and Lunas responsiveness has been unbelievable. Jessicas methods really accelerated the process and have set us up for a more fulfilling relationship with Luna. Shes also simply a fun and lovely person to be around!

I had a great experience with my dog training sessions. From the introductory session, and throughout the training sessions, the trainers were very knowledgeable and helpful. The techniques and commands we learned started working right away. I would recommend DogiZones trainers to anyone!

I took my dog in for a grooming and these SOBs ruined my dogs coat!!I called ahead of time to make sure they had someone qualified to work on long thick coats. They claimed to be experienced. When I picked up my dog, this is what I got (see pictures). His cost was uneven and choppy. Even worse we’re bald spots on his back. These types of spots are caused from aggressive combing with a metal brush. The fur begins to tear from the skin and will NEVER grow back.Of course these animals took no responsibility and claimed my dog was already balding. This place needs to be shutdown. Take your pet there only if you hate your dog.

Best place for boarding and daycare in MoCo in my opinion. My dog is fairly shy around others but he cant wait to get in there every time we go to drop him off. Theyre extremely busy, so I use the text messaging number to contact them for scheduling, questions, pick up, and to check in when Im boarding my dog. Theyre really wonderful - my dog does the Personalized Play option and definitely counts down til he can go back :) would recommend 100%!!

Lulu W has been at Dogizone for the last 5 years. She was one of the first dogs to go to daycare. The team is so good to her. She is excited to go to daycare everyday. She has gone through their training and she occasionally boards. The team is responsive and professional. I enjoy seeing their growth. It is well deserved!

We brought our golden retriever, Cooper, to DogiZone at 6 months old for the two week dog training camp. This is when we met Milton Meta. Milton is most knowledgeable about obedience training and has taught us how to work with Cooper. When we have questions about training, Milton is always available. I could not have such a sweet dog without the wisdom shared by Milton. I highly recommend Dogizone and Milton. He is simply the best!!

The training staff for their university program are very knowledgeable. We worked a lot with Candice, and she had some really good tips. It can be a bit expensive because you pay for everything upfront. Daycare is a good option if you have a surgically fixed well mannered dog because they have client cameras where you can watch what they are doing. Would be fe en better if the class times for university were just a little longer or a little less expensive.

DogiZone is amazing. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are. I love the staff and their method. And, of course, having our dog trained makes all our lives so much better, including the dog. Thank you Jessica!

Took my dog here today for a groom for the first time. He is typically very picky and groomers have a hard time giving him a cut and bath. He came out looking wonderful and they said he was a very good boy which is not a typical groomer report for him. He was also very excited and happy for the rest of the day where normally he would be very sullen after a cut. The groomer was wonderful and I would highly recommend this place.

While they provide needed services for dog owners, they should be more careful about the information they provide during writeups, when they say that one can be shown around anytime without an appointment, then should stand by it without resorting to silly excuses of why you cant.Beware of a non refundable deposit!Otherwise seems like a good place to have around.

I have been taking my two English mastiffs Sadie and Diva to playcademy and get baths for yearsThe girls are always excited to go and the staff always does a good job.

So far our experience with DogiZone has been great. We have 1 dog in private training and a puppy in the University Program. The training experience for both dogs has been wonderful. Would definitely recommend taking you fur family member there.

We been taking our dog to DogiZone for the past two year and we loved it but after his last stay in July while we was on vacation he got kennel cough. When we called to see if any other dogs had kennel cough symptoms they said no that is hard to believe giving amount of dogs they have in kennel and they said they going to reimburse for the vet bill that I am still waiting for the past two week.So I guess they like any other business quick to take your money but when time comes to give back they not so quick. Very disappointed how they handled it.

My pup is normally shy around other people and in public places but perks up with excitement when we pull into the DogiZone parking lot. She loves her visits. The staff is friendly, helpful, and communicative - I have the confidence that someone is always keeping an eye on my pup while she’s in their care.

We enrolled our dog in day camp to help him be less distracted and over-excited when meeting new dogs and people. Camp was great, he learned so much and he loved going. He’d get so excited when he saw the building each morning! Would highly recommend, especially if your dog is energetic and challenging to train.

Our now 3 month old lab LOVES the puppy classes! Great socialization and the trainers teach the humans great ways to train. Worth the time and money. They are adhering to safe social distance during class so we feel comfortable being in a group setting.

Years ago I brought my puppy to training here and they were amazing. Now I am coming back with a rescue adult dog and again everyone is amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and make you and your dog feel comfortable. Everyone is very friendly and eager to help.

Took my 1yr old puppy to doggiezone yesterday with the hopes this would be a positive experience for her. However, when I picked her up I found out THEY DID NOT FEED HER THE WHOLE DAY. They lied to me about feeding her because the “logs” said they did but when I got her food containers back they were still intact. I questioned this at the front and was told they they would get back to me via text. Got a text later saying that yes it’s true that they did not feed her and apologized. I emailed requesting a supervisor call me and when I spoke to her, she did not know what happened. I asked how is it the logs say she was fed but actually wasn’t? How do I know this isn’t done to other dogs? She had no idea. Was told that it would get looked into and never got a call back. Unfortunately I cannot trust this place again, felt genuinely hurt for my puppy.

Cappy loves going and loves getting groomed during the week.He has come out of his shell and loves people now and watches them all the time. He has come into his own. No longer the shy puppy he was.Groomers are excellent with his coat. The staff is excellent and it is always clean and friendly

I was referred here by a close friend. When I first got my dog in June 2020, we would take her to PetSmart but we werent really happy but after our friend suggested DogiZone, we thought we would try it out. Starting from the first phone call, I knew their customer service was top tier. EVERY time I called, the person on the phone was always so polite and answered every question I had. We signed my dog up for Playcademy and that has helped my puppy so much!! She was always so wound up and could never focus whenever we would try and train her but ever since DogiZone, shes been so attentive and well behaved. DogiZone sends us a report card every Friday that she goes to Playcademy and its always so detailed and they add pics and videos. Its always so sweet to see my dog playing and whats going on. 10/10 would recommend to people. I already told a bunch of my dog mom friends. One of the pictures I added is my dog impatiently waiting by the door on Friday morning cause she knows thats the day we go to DogiZone. She whines until I get ready and rushes me lol she loves it there

I have been using the DogiZone for years. From the initial training of a somewhat unruly rescue to boarding and grooming. This is an exceptional facility with very talented staff. They made my dog better and continue to train me to be the best pet-parent possible. Dont give it a second thought to board, groom or train your dog at Dogizone.

DogiZone is amazing! We started off by working with Jessica for individual training for our rescue dog. He has made so much progress and now attends group classes. He was reactive to other dogs and is now able to attend class with 6-7 other dogs with no issues. We have also used DogiZones grooming services a couple of times now. They are very professional and know how to work with our nervous Chihuahua mix.

We love Dogizone! The people who answer the phones always go above and beyond!!! Jessica is our personal trainer but Milton George and Candace have been a teaching the university classes the past year we have attended. I am thrilled with my dogs progress. Jessica has really gone above any beyond answering all my questions and she really really loves dogs and it shows! I rescued a 1 year old boxer pit who is filled with energy. They have helped us more then I could ever imagine! It’s not just training the dog it has really taught me how to work with my dog and his different behaviors... if you are wondering if this place is worth it.. it 100% is! I highly recommend you call them right now and set up a consult with one of their many fine dog trainers!Also they offer grooming services that we have used for my dogs nails super easy to schedule and they took less then 5 minutes and his nails looked amazing!

Very impressed with the attention to detail, care and enthusiasm through the entire introductory and assessment process for daycare/boarding. Dog came home exhausted- hard to achieve for a cattle dog!

Stay is always pleasant able to assist with pets or paperwork always clean fresh. Its a little pricey if you compare to other similar places. I love Dogizone, have had dogs for years but we got a new pup and figured we both could use training. I really enjoy the classes. The instructor s are great, friendly and helpful. The instructions are clear and they work with you to get techniques down. They give you time to ask questions and to address individual problems. I am really happy and have enrolled for a second round of group classes

Dogizone was great! They took us in last minute. We got a tour of the facility the same day. The team was wonderful with both my huskys as I took a tour. Then my puppy had a wonderful daycare stay with a friendly team who took very good care of her! I was able to drop her off early in the morning before an early workday start. Look forward to continue working with Dogizone and recommend their services to anyone looking for friendly and accommodating doggy care : )

We have a few friends that bring their dogs to that place and have never had any problems. They keep telling us that people that work and doggy zone are caring, sweet, love animals and stay vigilant. Our dog suffers from anxiety, he will freak out with places he doesnt know. Today we went to doggy zone for his 1st grooming appointment and it was perfect. I truly understand why our friends love this place. They were so understanding, polite, sweet and professional. You guys are amazing, keep it up!

This was the first time I left my not-yet 2 yr old small dog to board anywhere. She is my first dog, and the idea of leaving her with non-family members, was upsetting. My dog is groomed at Dogizone regularly and has also been left for daycare a few times, and my experiences were always positive. I just picked my dog up from a 4 1/2 day stay at Dogizone, and while she was extremely happy and excited to see me, she seems like herself - so I’m thinking it must have gone ok for her. I texted for updated and always got a response.

Just a great place for dogs. All levels of staff are excellent, and the price is affordable. Buddy goes once a week just for general play, and even with that hes a better behaved dog at home

We were SO happy with DogiZone. This was our first time every boarding our two pups and were extremely nervous about it - the team members at DogiZone completely alleviated all of our concerns. They responded to every text within a few minutes and sent updates about our pups daily. We loved getting the report card, and know our dogs had a great time as theyre still snoozing away a day later! My only suggestion would be to allow pet parents to bring blankets for the dogs that smell like home, as I was concerned that they would be more comfortable while adjusting.

I came back for more training of my 225 pound Mastiff. Jessica has been awesome. She clearly knows what she’s doing and is able to handle my Mastiff like a kitten. Jessica makes training fun and educational. She is an absolute gem.

Pupdate 3/28: I am very excited because my owner talked to Candice and I will now be a student at Day School Camp! I will miss my owner when she drops me off but I think this will be very fun and I will learn things and meet new friends. 🐾---------------------------------------------------------------------------------I want my owner to take me here but she said she needs more money! 🐶 I want to do the Day School Camp so I can learn more training. I met Candice for the evaluation thing, and she is very nice! 🐾

Henry had his first visit to the groomer at DogiZone. The groomer was very professional and made certain she was perfectly clear on the way we wanted him cut. The price was very competitive and I was extremely pleased with outcome! He will be back.

I bring my dog for daycare time with other doggies, and boarding. The team LOVES dogs, has cameras for me to check in and responds to inquiries and just general check ins promptly. Always get a happy, tired dog at pick up. They offer grooming services too.

Today was my first dog training consultation at Dogizone. And that session has given me hope....hope that my 4year old Lab/Pit will become a gentleman so that my condo association won’t ask me to leave. Seriously, my trainer is awesome, she and I connected because she could relate to my fears and situation. She helped me design a program to meet Joey’s needs and my budget. I am sincerely GRATEFUL!!!!

My dog is a 15 year old senior rescue and not easy to handle. Dogizone has been very sensitive to her difficulties and manages to get her cleaned up and groomed with minimum drama. I am very grateful and though Peppy Rose may not know it, she is too.

Tilly (Goldendoodle) hated her first doggy daycare experience elsewhere; she was trapped inside all day. She loves DogiZone! That DogiZone primarily keeps the dogs outside is awesome! Tilly gets to play in good sized spaces all day, and comes home happy! The staff is lovely, and you can tell they love dogs!

Updated to reaffirm the 2 star rating. I had good luck with grooming here in the past, even though boarding was not a good fit. However, my experiences have gotten much worse over the past half-year or so.Im not sure if theyre understaffed or what but Ive had consistent communication problems with the front staff that make it impossible for me to continue using DogiZone services.

Ive been a DogiZone client for years and have used several services: board & train, daycare, boarding, and University/unlimited group training. I trust them implicitly with my guy. Boarding: prior to COVID I traveled regularly for work and have begun again. He is always happy to be dropped off and happy, healthy, and well cared for when I return. No issues with special instructions, including after unexpected tooth extractions during a dental cleaning. They follow the rather detailed vet orders precisely. Hes a pretty happy go lucky dog, but still 95 lbs of knuckleheaded boxer and they do great with him.Daycare: Hes too lazy for daycare these days, lol, but always had a great experience with it.Training: I cant say enough great things about their training department! The entire team is great, and Jessica & George are phenomenal. They are so knowledgeable and know how to bring out the best in each dog and owner! Board & train or classes arent a magic bullet; you have to put in the work. But they have the skills and expertise to help you with the hard stuff and the fun stuff.Great company that focuses on the customer and most importantly, the dog!

I am really happy with this service. Our little guy had his first day here today and we received a video and report of his day. I really felt like I was sending him to a school, where his learning and playing would be nourished and supported. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Dogizone!

We’ve had a great experience with the trainers at Dogizone. Our puppy had worms and we had to wait until she was worm free to enroll her into training classes. Despite not formally being enrolled in any program with Dogizone, Candace always returned my calls and gave advice on how to handle certain issues we were having. We are now officially in the training program and have been very happy with the classes and all the trainers.

The group at dogizone really invest in each dog, they are super knowledgeable and love that they do an evaluation to get to know your dog and provide them with the best experience. Every person from reception to trainers have been great to work with!

Drop off was a bit confusing I had. They didn’t really tell me what’s going on and front desk lady gave me additude made me uncomfortable to drop off my dog.

We love this place. We have an aggressive rescue, and they train, support and do what works. Its an an incredible company.

Have been taking out dogs here for almost 2 years and have only had great experiences. Web cams are really nice to check up on the dog throughout the day. The trainers are amazing! We trained with Jessica and she was extremely helpful. She answered our many questions and gave us several things to work on that really helped. I looked forward to each training session because the insights into the behaviors and corrections to our dogs behavior was incredible. We have also have boarded our dogs here for several days and have been happy with how they are still playing with dogs even while were away. They also do a great job of giving the dogs play time and rest time which I am super thankful for. Really dont have anything bad to say. Would recommend this place to just about anyone with dogs.

After a lot of scheduling difficulties and having my dog cut and needing emergency veterinary attention at my prior groomer I decided to try Dogi Zone and I am so happy I did. Easy scheduling, awesome Covid procedures in place, and a friendly and professional staff who even helped me identify an emerging skin condition in my pup. We will definitely be back.

I brought our 4.5 month old puppy in for a free evaluation day of daycare and I was impressed by Dogizone! They made sure to let me know what the day would look like when I dropped her off and then gave me an update and explained pricing when I picked her up. I got a report card the next day in my email with a couple pictures, a video, and a quick summary of how she did.She seemed to love the trainers and she was so tired out when she got home! We purchased a package and have scheduled three more days of daycare! I wish they had an app so I could more easily purchase packages and schedule days, but its not a big deal to call/email them. I think once we settle on a weekly schedule, we will just book several weeks at a time.

We have had a great experience with daycare at DogiZone. We have been taking our dog once a week for 2 years now. The staff are extremely nice and responsive, you can tell they love the dogs too. The main reason we take our dog is so she can burn off energy. I can watch her playing with other dogs on the webcam, she comes home exhausted. The best part is that she is thrilled when we arrive so I know she loves to go to daycare.

We send our puppy here almost everyday. He wont eat breakfast at the house if he knows he is going to daycare because he gets too excited.

Dogizone provides top notch service! We have been bringing our one dog here for daycare services for years and have been so impressed with the care provided by the staff. DZ recently updated their facilities and now have a beautiful outdoor area for the dogs to enjoy 365 days a year! We have also been extremely impressed with the professional service provided by all of the staff at DZ. The training staff (shout out to Jessica!) have been wonderful helping us with our two rescue dogs and are extremely knowable about training practices that work!

My large breed dog was very excited to play for a day at Dogizone and she received specialized attention and praise there. We picked up our pup after a long fun day of running, playing and eating!

I have a 5 month old St. Bernard who is already 70lbs, quickly approaching my weight and size. I needed him to go to training so I wouldnt be dragged across the street behind him during walks. We opted for a two week train and board program with Jessica. We brought him home and he was so well behaved!! Jessica really did a great job teaching him everything we discussed during the initial evaluation (and more). He no longer barks or throws temper tantrums when we eat. He listens to us and he no longer pulls during walks. The two weeks really changed his attitude towards training. He is obviously still a crazy puppy, but when I need him to focus and act appropriately, he listens and thats all we couldve asked for. Jessica kept up with us throughout the two weeks and sent lots of updates and pictures. Really great experience for our puppy and us! Totally recommend to anyone!!

Dogizone is phenomenal! My dog Sammy has anxiety issues due to mistreatment before I got him. Dogizone has always been very careful with him and respected his needs. Ive also boarded him and my other dogs their, used their training, and grooming services. All with no complaints at all.Theyve also been really careful and diligent about hygiene with Covid-19 which is awesome!

We do drop in daycare 1-3 days per week for our 2 Saint Bernards to keep them socialized and give them new friends to play with. They love their days at Dogizone!

From the owner to the receptionist, everyone here is incredibly friendly, attentive and accommodating. Someone is always available to answer your questions. Gail has been especially helpful.My financial limitations were easily reconciled with a payment arrangement. Andrew made sure that my arrangement worked for ME.My 115 lb. German Shepherd was groomed in 4 hours on a next day appointment! It was reasonably priced and he came home very proudly looking and smelling great; with nails clipped.The training is the best Ive encountered and Ive been taking dogs to obedience class for 30 years. Terrance is a former DC K9 cop and police dog trainer of 27 years. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and, most importantly, patient. He is training me so I may best train my dog. Weve seen him once a week for the last few months and, thanks to his patience, encouragement, knowledge and incredible acumen, we are making great strides. Next week we are introducing group classes into our regimen.No matter what you require for your dog, you cant go wrong here.

I think the one year membership is a pretty decent deal. It ends up being like $10 a class if you truly take advantage of it.

We started going to Dogizone recently in order to focus on training our new puppy who is super cute but loves to bite our flesh over any toy/snack/chew treat/whatever they make for puppies. We had a free consult with Jessica and have continued with lessons with her. The change in our puppy has been very obvious to us after only two lessons. We have a long way to go still since our little guy is just staring out and hes so young. However, all of us are quickly enjoying the lessons, gaining trust in our trainer and I feel very positive about having gone here. Ill be sure to update any reviews as time goes by but so far things are going very well and we have Dogizone to thank!

It’s an incredible place, with professional people that really care about dogs. I know that my dog will be well taken care of when I drop him off for DayCare. The staff is very friendly and treat each dog as if they were their own. Their communication is extremely prompt and very friendly. I highly recommend DogiZone and I appreciate all they do. My dog is always happy to go there and always happy coming out. I have used multiple different types of services (DayCare, Private Training, Training Classes), and have never been disappointed by the stellar service received!

My very shy puppy feels very much at home at DogiZone. They are helping me out while I need somebody to watch her during the day for a few weeks. My puppy looks forward to going here every morning and is happy and tired from playing each evening when I pick her up. I can tell she has fun and loves her time here! She has even become more outgoing and less afraid of strangers since I started bringing her! Sophie says thank you!EDIT: The first time I brought my puppy here, she had a lot of fun and looked forward to going daily, but got very sick with kennel cough after about 4 days there. I asked the staff if she was coughing and they said no, even though she was gasping for breath when I picked her up and took her right to the emergency vet. Although I was shocked, as they seem very strict on making sure all pets are up to date on their shots, I was impressed with the way this was handled, that they were able to reimburse the entire large vet bill due to the $2/day mandatory coverage.Since they did the right thing, I was okay with her going back a few months later when the person who normally watches her was unavailable. Each day, sophie urgently needed to use the bathroom when I picked her up, and was very thirsty as if she had not been provided water. Each day she would drink a full bowl of water when she came home. Very disappointing!

My mom has been taking her dogs to DogiZone for years now, I just moved back to the area and took my Westie in for a grooming and wow, all around a wonderful experience. Everyone there is so professional, kind and accommodating. Every staff member there is truly a dog lover and you can see and feel it. I can also tell my dog enjoyed it there because she was so trusting and content when the groomer brought her out; not an ounce of fear. Thank you DogiZone!

Not only has my dog transformed under their care but so have I.I was a bumbling fool when it came to dog training and I have a new confidence in my ability to not only train but to care for my dog.If you show up, listen or take notes, and do the homework then you can succeed. Just paying for the classes isnt enough, you have to bring the effort so that you and your dog can accomplish the curriculum. That being said, you will be guided and aided by the most qualified staff I have ever had the pleasure of working with.There is infinitely more to say about DogiZone but I won’t make this too much longer. I appreciate their business model. Terrance was a brilliant trainer and I highly recommend his skills to anyone. I think their facilities are well maintained and welcoming. Weve been taking our pup to doggie zone since she was about 9 weeks old (now 11 months). Shes been boarded there, we use doggy day care and the group training classes. Weve always been very happy and so has she. The staff is professional and nice and for a puppy who is very attached to her mommy, she doesnt seem to come home distraught. Weve got more boarding coming up soon! Can highly recommend them.

I brought our dog in for a grooming appointment. Things didnt go perfectly but the way they resolved it and their customer service, listening skills, helpful attitude, and kindness was amazing. I will be coming back because this is a company that cares about the dogs in their care and their customers! $70 for a bath?! Save your money. Other than that, high quality.

Look no further this will be your dogs favorite place! Our high energy pup LOVES doggie day care. It satisfies his need to play with other dogs and helps him get out his craziness, especially during a time we cannot safely hang with our neighbors and friends (and their dogs). We also recently kept him there for a two week training boot camp. It truly gave him the jumpstart he needed on training and now his training sessions with us at home are a breeze and actually enjoyable time spent. All of the staff here are wonderful and you can tell they care about every dog they meet and a positive customer service experience. See you soon Dogizone.

My 6 month old puppy and I were visiting family in MD for a couple of months and had the opportunity to schedule private trainings with Jessica while we were there. I was so impressed by her knowledge, professionalism, and training methods that Im hoping to continue with her using Zoom from across the country!

Our Bernedoodle had a great grooming experience. He came back happy and super cute!
