Dr. Pham is the best ENT doctor I have ever met, well actually the best doctor ever. She literally saved me from suffering 3 years ago, she brilliantly performed surgery and I still feel great. She saved me again few weeks ago for a different issue. Don’t waste your time with any other doctors, go to Dr. Pham. And her staff is super nice and efficient

Dr. Pham is a specially gifted, highly intelligent, sharp-witted, efficient, calm, very knowledgeable and skillful, high performing, understanding, and caring ENT doctor, surgeon, and person. You will not go wrong with her as your doctor. She is a master of her field. She has a great memory. This kind of doctor is rare to find or come upon. She has great time management and is always on time. She really is the whole package. There is nothing that she cannot handle. She is my lifesaver doctor. When I went to her, she quickly assessed my situation thoroughly and losing no time, she wrote a report that passed the preauthorization for the insurance immediately in a great imaging center she told me to go to, so that I could get a CT scan done on my sinuses on the same day after my appointment with her. That was the first time a doctors report passed the preauthorization this fast for me. It was impressive. It usually took weeks for the preauthorization to approve when other doctors had me go to do CT scans or other work. And the imaging center Dr. Pham referred me to was very professional, efficient, with great facility and staff. Dr. Pham follows up and always calls back very quickly. She always thinks and plans ahead for the patient and their needs. She gives clear instructions. So through the whole process, I felt that she supported us through every step of the way. The balloon sinuplasty procedure she did on me was done incredibly and very skillfully. She gave very clear instructions from the beginning to end. She cured me of chronic sinusitis that exacerbated my asthma, for I had chronic and especially thick mucus in my sinuses that would not go away. Now, I can finally breathe clearly and my sinuses look good and healthy, and it feels amazing! I feel secure to tell her of my concerns and she will listen to them, answer my questions, and give wise guidance. What she prescribes or not prescribes, she will explain it clearly, and she will take the patients concerns into account. She truly cares for her patients. I trust Dr. Pham, she is truly an amazing doctor and person all-around! She is hands down a five star doctor! I strongly recommend her to everyone!

Dr. Pham has truly been the best thing to have happened to me!!As a former college athlete who had broken my nose I spent 2 years without the ability to breathe and sleep properly before I finally saw Dr. Pham. Before seeing her Id seen 8 other ENTs who wished to upsell me into a septoplasty, and was ultimately pushed into seeing one who worsened my injury by performing the wrong procedure.After seeing the previous doctor I saw 12 others over the course of a year, none of whom could reverse the damage hed done leaving me in serious pain and unable to play sports anywhere near the level I wanted to.Dr. Phams existence was only made known to me upon the recommendation of Dr. Jerome Schwartz of the Feldman ENT Group to whom I absolutely have to express my most extremely sincere thanks!Dr. Pham took more than 45minutes on 2 separate occasions to listen to my concerns and apprehensions in light of the former surgery, extensively explained her plan to reverse the former operations effects, and took on the task of widening my nasal bones back outward so I could finally breathe again!! During the procedure she was very accommodating; I am EXTREMELY trypanophobic -- I REALLY HATE NEEDLES -- so she took the time to sedate me in other ways and after the procedure after 2 YEARS(!) I can FINALLY breathe again! Dr Pham is the best ENT doctor you can find in whole DMV area. I have been having issues with sinuses my whole life and tired to go to multiple doctors in DMV area. She is the most knowledgeable professional and caring doctor I ever met. She was very helpful with my problem and I see that she is genuinely cares about her patients. I cant thank her enough for all her help and recommend her as one of the best ENT doctors out there.

I just went through deviated septum and turbinate reduction surgery. Dr. Pham was great! She had great bedside manners, explained the whole process and was there during all of my daily calls to ensure what I was going through was normal. Today I had my post-op appointment and afterwards I was able to breath through my nose and smell for what felt like the first time in my life. What a difference! It was like being reborn again. I was in need of a pediatric ENT since my baby was tongue and lip tied. She took me as on add on and expected to wait forever but she squeezed me in. She was very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. Office and staff were great. Follow ups were great and now my baby is doing well! Id recommend her to anyone!
