Great group of physicians. My family has been seeing Dr Phyllis Shreiner since many years. She is excellent. Front office are also nice and welcoming.

This office got me addicted to Effexor and then refused to refill my prescription when my insurance changed. Now I’m going through severe withdrawals while I try to find another doctor who will fill the prescription. A possible side effect of withdrawal is suicidal tendencies, and they know this.

Dr. Medhane is one of the best doctors Ive ever had! When I left the area for 6 years, I was so happy that she was still practicing when I returned!

I have gone to Physician Associates for several years. I have seen many of their physicians since they are willing to fit me in when there is an emergency. I have been extremely happy with the practice. I will continue to use them for their exceptional service and awesome staff.

This was my first time going to this practice so i did an initial check up. As a healthy 28 year old with no prior health conditions, the check up was excessive. The doctor did not go over any of the test he was to perform beforehand. I still dont even know what was done to be honest. I was hooked up to an EKG machine without warning and Im pretty sure my prostate is fine but they checked that anyway, again, with no warning. Afterwards I received 3 separate bills from labcorp and one from the actual doctors office. Nobody told me I was to receive bills from labcorp. The theme here is very poor communication and for a medical practice, you can see it doesnt work well. They even charged me for going 20 minutes over the appointment even tho I was waiting IN THE EXAM ROOM for much longer than that.

I had such a bad experience here that I canceled my appointment and found another practice closer to home. The doctors are competent, but the front desk staff is not very helpful, and some of them routinely forget to remind patients of important things like fasting. Their central scheduling department is also incredibly rude.

The worst doctors office ever! Everyone here is always mad, they have no bedside manner.

I have never left a bad review on anything. But if there is a way to put 0 star, I would love to do so. Dont go unless you want to pay out of pocket for non-sense, unaware tests!!!!!! The office is so messed up and the doctor charged me for my fully covered annual checkup!? I have to call hundreds of times and explained to different receptionists about their fault over and over again. And its been over 2 and a half months, they still havent fixed their own problem. This clinic is really bad organized. Dont go unless you want to pay out of pocket for non-sense, unaware tests!!!!!!

I rarely leave review comments for anything. But I have to do this one because I was too mad about their policies for billing patients. I went to do a annual physical examination which should be covered 100% by my medical insurance. When I received the invoice two months later, I was charged for an office visit and annual routine check up. I called the office and the staff said, if you discuss any issues with your doctor you will get charged for an office office as well. I was like, I went to do an annual physical and the doctor asked me how I feel of course I am going to answer how I was feeling. I was not sick at all but thought about mentioning minor things like my back pains or frequent bathroom visits during the nights which I thought was the purpose of the physical check up. The staff responded, yes, if you discussed things like this with your doctor, this is considered an office visit. So what she suggests basically is to shut up during the physical examination. I was so mad that I am going to switch my family doctor and will never go there again. They are just not reasonable. STAY AWAY from this place unless you have a lot of money to waste!!!!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been going here for almost 10 years with my entire family for my anual general physical exams and for my gyno exams, and the customer service has only gotten worse. My daily prescription was put on hold AGAIN, after I requested multiple times to be told in advance when I needed to schedule an appointment so this wouldnt happen. The front desk woman told me thats not their job. I chose to go to a small clinic and stick to the same doctors so I would get personalized care, and instead I am told that they have hundreds of customers and cant be bothered to give me a call letting me know they are denying the pharmacys request for a refill. On top of that lack of care, the front desk personnel are rude and inattentive. You have one less customer now, and I hope you lose many more because you dont know what quality patient care means.

Ive been using Physicians Associates for over twenty years. The care I received has always been excellent. I never recall having any problems and the Physicians have always given me an appropriate amount of time and attention when I visit.

Doctors are nice at this place but the front staff is horrible. I was never informed on the snow day that my appointment is cancelled. I ended up driving there and found out on my own that office is closed. Next day I called again to make appointment and the lady who picked up my call was very unprofessional. They had my cell phone number and they never bothered to call me on that number. There was no apology or regret. I have been going to this office for past many years and their staff is always rude and unprofessional.

David has taken my calls a few times seems to be very unreliable and does not follow through at all. I do not know who he is but he should not be answering the calls.

Dr Medhane, Dr Kundapur, Dr McNamara, & Dr Jaffe are some of the best doctors around. Smart, intelligent and caring. I highly recommend Physicians Associates!

Professional office and honors appointment times. Both my husband and I like our doctors a lot as well.

The staff is not helpful and the billing office is always not responsive. They have been dealing with my billing issue for at least three months and I still got no reply yet
