I have been going to Dr.Win for years now and she is amazing. She is kind,compassionate, professional, and I can tell she genuinely cares when I talk to her about any issues I am having. She is a great doctor and I recommend her to anyone that needs a primary care doctor. She does make you a priority and can take care of any health issues. She is great!

I absolutely adore this practice and Dr. Win! She listens and is so thorough with everything, and I feel the safest Ive ever felt with a physician because she definitely doesnt shrug anything off, like most physicians have. Shes wonderful, to the point but will spend time with you, and her staff is so easy to deal with. The entire practice is so efficient, I can call them for something and Dr. Win has it addressed within the hour! Theyre a gem!

Dr. Win has been my physician for several years. She genuinely cares about her patients and works with them to optimize their well being. The office staff are pleasant and professional.

As part of regular blood work she noticed some minimum level ofunexpected counts. She straight said I having luekemia without even doing a second round of blood work or saying in a better way to see a hematologist for further analysis. The whole one month was a night mare for me until I visited the hematologist n got to knows its a basic infection n luekemia which a primary care would have identified by performing second round of blood work.

Horrible experience at this office. Dr. Win didnt spend any time listening to my concerns but was rushing me out of my consultation as fast as she could, then made me come back into the office for a 5 minute consultation where she did told me nothing of importance, then charged that visit as a separate consultation. This doctors office is only trying to rip off patients, and take their money for unnecessary visits.

Dr. Winn was so knowledgeable about my issues. I have had Hypertension for over 20 years and it has never been under control she stepped right in and gave me a routine that I have only been using for a lil over a week and I feel the results already, also she checked on me throughout the week to see how I was feeling.She comes highly recommended

After she got my mom’s routine blood test results that indicated anemia she called the emergency right away then called to my mom and told her that she needs the immediate hospitalization. Dr. Allison Win was highly recommended as a primary care doctor. I have been to her facility a couple of times now and my experience in this office is worth taking the time to write this review.Very attentive and efficient staff. I recently went for a follow up and it seemed like they already knew who I was. I did not have to explain much since they remembered me from 2 months ago and was told they will sign in for me. They are on point with their patient wait time because one of them came to me and acknowledged the fact that 5 mins had passed since the time of my appointment. That was right when I was having thoughts that maybe my appointment was for a later time. The staff are very respectful of your time and that is very important to me.Dr. Allison definitely makes me feel cared for. I noticed that she is a great listener and genuinely wants to hear what you have to say with no interruptions. There is no doubt that her expertise cured me of a health issue that I had for a while and overall has helped me improved my performance in everyday life. Now we are working on another health issues that I did not know I had. This is because she took her time to ask and care for me. All this while she continues to monitor my high cholesterol, which is another health risk she is helping me overcome.Over all Dr. Allison and her staff have the qualities anyone will want as their health care provider.

Ive been seeing Dr. Win for my primary care treatment since early 2016. She is highly competent, as well as compassionate, and she is always willing to run tests or refer to a specialist when something is wrong. If I have an illness or injury and need to see her quickly, I dont think I have ever needed to wait more than a day to get in to see her, and more commonly,I have been able to come in on the same day. I see many people complaining about her office staff, but I have never had anything but pleasant interactions with them. They can be a bit quiet, perhaps reserved, but I have always found them to be helpful and responsive to requests.

Changing doctors. She was nice when I first met her but my second visit was rushed. It seemed like she did not care or wanted to listen to my concerns. I should not feel judged when I’m asking questions about my health. Seems like it’s all for the insurance money

Doctor is great, not pushy like most. Wait times have been good (not bad). I appreciate the option for blood work in the office. I only knock one star b/c the staff is inconsistent. Somedays so nice and sometimes they wont even look you in the eye.

I have been seeing Dr Allison Win for a couple of years now. She is knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, and I have been satisfied with the service provided. She explains well and asks to take tests when you have concern about something. The staff at the office are nice too. Have not had any negative experiences. One concern is that the the lady who took my blood out was chewing gum throughout the process, and to me that is a bit unprofessional.

I saw Dr. Win at my old family practice and followed her when she opened her own practice near my job. Dr. Win always takes the time to explain and answer all my questions. She has gone out of her way, even following up with me after hours and on weekends when I have had issues. I love the staff there - theyre considerate, kind and patient (no pun!) as well as the personalized care I get from her. She offers a holistic sense of healthcare and treatment options as sometimes I prefer that measure, and goes above and beyond to make sure Im healthy and fully informed on my health and treatment options. Highly recommended!

If zero was an option I would give her a zero. I have had it with this so called dr. Poor knowledge and even poorer customer service. She wants Patients to come in and see her for anything and everything just so she can rip you off. It doesn’t matter what but you have to go in for anything and everything. Even to give you a result that says negative. I still signed up with her against the negative recommendations so I will take the blame on that. The only thing that attracted me was the location in terms of distance. Well I would rather drive long to get to the right doctor with integrity than a business women who forgot the oath she did on her graduation day. Her assistants are no more than her puppets with no brain of their own. Never again so called dr. I have been fooled enough. Thanks for nothing. My suggestion is read through all the feedbacks given by other towards the bottom before you sign up!

Horrible experience: The staff at this practice is very rude and inconsistent. I have had issues with co-pays, referrals and recently medical records. Dr. Allison Win is an excellent but her staff is so unbearable. I have now switched to a different medical office. As a new patient only being here for a year I have never ever been this disrespected.

She is a great Doctor love how she treats everyone. She takes the appropriate time with patients and makes you feel really comfortable!

Nice and patient. Understand when to transfer

I’m not a person write a review often, but my horrible experience at Win’s office left me angry enough to write this review. She is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen in my life. I was told that I MUST come for a follow-up visit to hear blood work result, which is completely unnecessary. When we got there, she didn’t even know why I was there for. We asked her back you made us come back, then she checked the history and started to go over the test result. Her explanation was poor and unclear about the result which makes me more confused when we went over the result, and just tried to rush through and did not listen to any of my concerns/questions, which ended up finding no new issue. I got upset because of her unprofessional attitude and arrogant bedside manner when I voiced my concern, she tried to let us out of the office in hurry, hiding from the office and gave us the referral for another doctor. She just wants to make a profit and definitely one of the must stay away, uncaring, unprofessional in the field.
