From the day we walked in to that office in September 2017, it has been nothing but great service. Very supportive staff, you have a doctor that actually treat you like family and not just as a random patient. It has been a long journey for us but they were with us, we laugh and cried together. You can tell that the love and the support is genuine...that’s what I called a Good Doctor. Fertility is something that our community overlook, people have no compassion these days and treat you like a disabled; the Montgomery Fertility center staff never made me feel like a was worthless, if anything they had faith I would become a mother. Pricing if anything is below the market... trust me I did my research. As a returned customer you get great discount which was a plus. This is the only clinic that when you feel like your world is turning upside down, you can walk in without an appointment to your doctor’s office and let it all out. As a registered nurse and a patient, i can guarantee you the treatment there is outstanding . Don’t get me wrong, there is no perfect place on this earth and this is why they’re working harder every day to improve patient satisfaction. I will recommend you guys to anyone, love you all😘😘😘😘

My husband and I had been to Shady Grove Fertility Center and we cannot describe the horrific treatment we received there. By chance and the grace of God we came across Dr. Famuyiwa and after almost a year of disappointments she guided us and literally has given us a miracle. Not only does she stay current on all the latest trends but she is very hands on. During our first meeting she didnt even know we were physicians and treated us so kindly when we told her that we were also in the medical field she became a mentor. Not only would I say she is one of few physicians left out there that is not money hungry but she is a genuine human being that treats all patients the same. I have sat in her waiting room just seeing anxious couples go in and happy couples come out. I wondered if that would ever be me. Because she is honest and genuinely caring she is blessed with this gift of giving people a family. This is no joke. She does not give false hope. She is very realistic and cares for the female not just the end result. I have seen many physicians professionally and personally and I am honored to call her my mentor, friend and now family. Thank you to the entire staff.

By far the most INCOMPETENT practice Ive ever been to. I have spent the last SIX months trying to have my medication correctly filled after coming to the appointment with my medical records and prescription dosing and administration guidelines from my previous RE who had successfully treated me for 2+ years. I spoke to both the Dr and her medical resident who clearly understood the prescription request. Ive called the office 40 times trying to get the RX correct. Shes sent me for more bloodwork but not called with the results. Shes insisted I come back in for an appointment because its been so long since I was seen. IF THE MEDICATION WAS CORRECTLY PRESCRIBED AT MY INITIAL APPOINTMENT I WOULDNT NEED ANOTHER ONE! Furthermore, my FIRST appointment with her involved 4+ students who were to start working with her. Theres nothing like a pap smear in front of a live studio audience. Im disgusted by the inadequacy. Look elsewhere.

Unprofessional and disorganized practice. My wife and I scheduled an appointment through ZocDoc. We received an e-mail confirmation of the appointment. We printed out paperwork and filled it out at home. We decided to call ahead and confirm the appointment time. We were informed that they did not have us in their system and would need to re-schedule for a different day. Keep in mind, both my wife and I took time off work in anticipation of the consultation. Avoid this practice.

My experience at the Montgomery Fertility Center was great! “Everyone was very nice, Caring, smiling and laughing with you which is good atmosphere for patients. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the promptness and professional care given to me by Dr. Famuyiwa. she will sit down and explain the process and procedure with you from the begining to the end.she will talk to you has sister and friend. My experience at the Montgomery Fertility Center was great! The facility is beautiful, clean, well- organized, and the staff there are very professional with a touch of kindness and a down to earth, happy disposition. Dr. Famuyiwa allowed me to explain what my needs are, and she took the time to sit down and educate me about everything from the initial proceedings, the actual procedure, and follow-up. As a nurse myself, I really appreciated the attention to detail and the medical expertise that she shared with me as a patient. I will continue to tell my family and friends about her because and Im sure that they will be impressed because my family and friends too have high expectations for great customer service. I will continue to maintain my relationship with Dr. Famuyiwa for OB/GYN services as well; great job guys!!

She always not only gives us professional advice but listens to our thoughts. Thanks to her, we feel secure and never lose our hope during treatments on the skin (for me, it was tough). am expecting babies; I can not thank her enough for the treatment and the care I received.I was always thankful that I always listened to this story how to proceed with the treatment. My personal experience with Dr. Famuyiwa and her work team has been exceptional. Dr. Famuyiwa is a scholar in her specialty. Dr. Famuyiwa took care of my pregnancy during the first semester. Your wise decisions and advice helped to maintain my pregnancy.
