We faced a sudden diagnosis of aggressive cancer where speed to determine the correct course of treatment was critical. Its not an exaggeration to say the Dr. Mark moved mountains for us. His urgency and care on our behalf was such a comfort to our entire family during this challenging and unfamiliar time. His experience and obvious expertise gave us confidence that we were going to start the healing with the best approach possible. He evaluated the CT scan and did an immediate biopsy to pinpoint exactly what we were dealing with. I am so grateful that Dr. Mark was there for us, advocating on our behalf and guiding us with patience and thoroughness.

I have gone to this office 4 different times. My last visit was the WORST Dr. visit of my life. The Dr. and his staff had not gotten pre-authority for my scans, so they could bill me and my insurance for the scan. I called the entire week before to ensure they had approval. The office manager told me they would take care of it and of course never did. I had to get a scan before my insurance was going to run out and I had been diagnosed with cancer. Alexander Mark stated to my face “ I am not going to be able to make money off this so why would I do it”. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNKIND, INHUMAN, RUDE. His staff proceeded to treat me with zero respect even though this was not my error. To top it off, he has the nerve to bill my insurance and me!!!!!! I pray no one is EVER treated that way, please take your hard earned money to a practice that actually cares about their patients lives.Christie Fleming

Dr. Mark was wonderful. He makes a great and efficient effort to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible. Hes also very precise. I was very grateful that he took considerable time to tell me what the MRI revealed and also for his friendly demeanor. I had a negative experience at a different place, a long time ago, when getting an MRI. This experience was the opposite and if I ever need another MRI I am coming back to Dr. Mark. Thank you Dr. Mark!
