I guess its great if you already know how the system works in Maryland, but Im having a bad experience with greenhealthdocs. They havent answered my simple text questions and, after waiting on hold, the person who answered the phone couldnt explain why, if I paid greenhealthdocs.com $200.00 a week ago and have been approved by the state, I cant print a temp. ID card and call the dispensary. Like the website offers.This has been going on for days. If youre new to medical cannabis I DONT RECOMMEND.

Once I actually got to meet with the doctor through a telehealth consult, it was perfectly fine. However, I had a significant problem with scheduling the appointment. Somehow the appointment got changed without my input, so I spent an hour on the phone when I originally scheduled the appointment trying to get the attention of the doctor doing the visits. I got no response to multiple chat input to try to resolve why I was not on the schedule for when I originally made the appointment. When the doctor finally sent me the telephone number for the call center to resolve the scheduling problem, I got a very rude customer service agent who essentially refused to acknowledge that they could have changed my appointment without input from me. She then promised to have a supervisor call me back to resolve what had happened and the supervisor never called me back. While the appointment with the doctor when it finally happened was fine, the process to find out why and when my appointment was rescheduled wasted a lot of my time and was incredibly frustrating. If you are going to have a totally virtual process for conducting these visits with Green Health Docs, you need a backup process so that when problems arise, there is someone to talk to to resolve the problem.

The Doctor was very, very helpful and kind. Recertification was short and simple. She even took the care to remind me to renew my State soon too as theyre running 6 weeks. Kudos for this Doctor and service 👏

Fantastic program that offers telemedicine appointments. Following a Mental Health Crisis, I went and spoke with the staff at Green Health to help me explore ways of coping with my crippling anxiety, panic attacks, and suicidal ideations. I found the support I needed with this friendly and non judgemental group. They reminded me that my feelings were normal and that they would provide me with any support I needed.I felt as though I could be more open and honest about what was happening than I could with my PCP who didn’t want to understand the problem.I am comfortable now expressing my limitations, my fears, my pain in authentic ways without embarrassment or shame.Contact them if you need help finding ways to relieve yourself of the pain and burdens the world places on each of us.

Had my first Telehealth visit. Excellent. Straightforward and quick approval then with the MMCM

So I saw them live a little over a year ago and by telemed video chat for my renewal. Yes, only in Maryland is your cannabis card good for four years but the exam only one! So I learned this from the dispensary people -- the states computer system said that my certification had expired over a month ago. Well, better for the certification to expire than the patient, especially when its me!Their website is well organized. I signed up for an appointment the next day and then spent a little time completing my registration and uploading some relevant medical documents. My doc uses MYCHART, so I printed a few pages, scanned them along with my ID and uploaded them as .pdf and .jpeg files.The next day I logged in to the link they sent me. I had to use the help phone. My appointment was early and the documents hadnt been sent to the doctor. The help person was actually helpful, the doc got the docs and the exam/interview was professional and to the point.Oh, and these guys give a real discount to veterans for the initial exam.As for renewals, everyone charges the same -- OK, the place that claims to have the lowest fee in the state knocks off a whole buck! Since I had no problems with the state from my initial Green Health Docs, I figured it was cheap insurance. Besides, since I am retired military that leaves me $29 ahead!So now Im good for another year, and Ill be going back in, oh, about a year or so!

The process was very smooth, quick, and to the point. By the time the call was over my certification was ready to be printed out from the Maryland Website.

I had a telemedicine appointment with Dr. Lindsay Erdmann and everything went perfectly smoothly! The whole certification appointment was done in literally 2 minutes (and it wouldve been 1 minute if I had not had audio issues that I quickly resolved). I already had my MMCC approval and number and already submitted proof of my condition to Green Health Docs, so the appointment was really quick and easy. The doctor was completely professional and asked me if I had any concerns or questions. All in all, Id definitely recommend Green Health Docs to anyone wanting to get their legal Medical Marijuana card!

Had an online appointment to get my medical card receritifed (I was originally certified by a different doctor, but wanted to try the online appointments). I provided all necessary paperwork, including documentation of chronic dysmenorrhea that was treated for 2 years with a hydrocodone prescription. I show up to my online appointment on time with all the necessary paperwork submitted, and no one shows up for my appointment! I get a message saying I needed to call the office regarding my certification. According to the doctor who I was supposed to have an appointment with, severe dysmenorrhea wasn’t a chronic enough condition despite having to be on hydrocodone every time I was on my period. I didn’t even have the chance to speak to the doctor over the phone. The day after, I made an in person appointment with my intial doctor and got certified within the next 18 hours. 5 days later I get a call from green docs from a completely different doctor calling to inform me that I actually do qualify and the original doctor made a mistake when looking at my paperwork. Seriously? I’m not even sure how the initial doctor got away with calling my severe dysmenorrhea not a chronic condition, I am unable to function for 1 week every month because of debilitating period pain, and I’ve been dealing with it for 10 years, and taking literal opioids to treat it. I’m very put off by this whole experiance with green docs and very frustrated I didn’t even receive the call sooner that I did qualify, as I could have saved myself $50. The communication was lacking and I didn’t even get the chance to speak with a doctor for my initial $200 deposit. They weren’t even interested in speaking to me. If this was my first attempt to get certified I might not be so put off, but that whole time I was simply looking for receritification, for a chronic condition. It truly felt like they thought that my pain wasn’t real. If you suffer from chronic period pains or pain associated with having a uterus, go somewhere else. At least I got my $200 back.

My provider, Immaculata, was thorough, reviewed my medical records & medications, asked questions about my conditions, asked about my quality of life and was extremely empathic. As a former nurse, I was delighted by the care I received and would recommend Green Health to anyone interested in a comprehensive & thorough evaluation with a staff that is friendly & eager to answer all your questions.

I showed up for my appointment and was immediately greeted by the receptionist. I filled out a form and then saw the doctor. Then I was referred to another office where two ladies helped me with the rest of the process.Overall, I was very impressed with how professional, timely and clean this office is. Not very professional or organized at all compared to the last company I saw. But they got the job done so I guess I can’t complain. Was in and out pretty quickly but the doctor barely even flipped thru my medical records which is a little concerning in my opinion. Also my appointment confirmation email gave me the name of a completely different doctor than who was actually there

I never write reviews but I dont want someone whos in a similar situation as me to go through what I did. They say $200 goes towards multiple aspects of this process, including the entire reason why I chose this practice: they said they offered guidance and education for medical usage. This is a medical visit and I expect medical advice regarding the use of medical cannabis. What I wasnt expecting was the nurse practitioner telling me: no I wont give you advice, Im not risking my license for you. I work independently, not under these people, so its not worth me losing my license by risking giving you medical advice. No. I was very taken aback, and realized how wrong and unprofessional it was in the hours and days since. I also have a well documented genetic condition that causes daily chronic pain and muscle spasms, both of which were also documented. But she told me I dont know it, Im not going to take the time to see what it is, Ive already gone through school and Im not spending time learning about new conditions. Besides being very unprofessional, it ignored my medical documentation from Hopkins. Was approved for other condition thankfully but I completely regret coming here for this process. Waste of money that could have gone to someone in a practice that actually provided a medical service that includes more than checking boxes on a screen (she didnt even perform the physical exam) and being intensely rude and unhelpful. So disappointing. I feared disagreeing or pushing it farther than I did in the moment out of fear of my application being rejected. So if you are looking for a place that will provide help and guidance with answers to your questions on medical usage, this isnt it; all theyll tell you to do is take a picture of a poster in their waiting room.

The staff are super friendly and helped me feel relaxed. I suffer from severe anxiety but the staff and Nurse Practitioner put me at ease. The whole process was quick and painless. Would definitely recommend this location!

The check-in process was easy and quick. However, the doctor didn’t spend much time with me and barely even looked at the medical documents I brought along (that they requested). When she saw the dose of pain medication I was on (which is not a lot compared to some other people with chronic pain), she stated, “Wow, that’s a big dose!” I felt as though she was not the best physician I had ever seen (and I’m an RN) and she was just trying to rush me through.

With proper qualified medical documentation, it was unbelievably fast and helpful towards becoming legally registered for medical cannabis products. The extensive information available makes me even more of a believer of natural herbs for medicinal use. Green Health is a great place to help you find a naturally healthy feeling.
