Doctor Cohen is amazing.! About 8 years ago I got a lower face and neck lift by different plastic surgeon. A week after the surgery my face looked the same as before . The surgeon redid the surgery and it was so painful that I clenched my jaw and ended up with TMJ. I had to go to a dental specialist and get braces! It was a nightmare ,to make the a long story short there was no difference in my face from Before & After those two face lifts. I said never again. Doctor Cohen said he could make me look 10 to 15 years younger under local and it would be less painful and I would get much better results. He didnt lie ! Doctor Cohen is confident, honest, tells it like it is no sugar coating, plus he has charisma. I trust him fully. He did a wonderful job, I got a lower face and neck left and yes I do look a lot younger and the recovery was minimal I was driving 3 days later. I went to doctor Cohen for a revision. I had a breast augmentation gone wrong nine months before. He not only fixed my problems ( which were extensive ) he was patient, explained all that would be done, how, why and when. The surgery went so smoothly, from the front desk to his nurses and assistant. Everyone was warm, kind and knowledgeable. Putting me at ease after my first bad experience was not easy but they all pulled it off beautifully. The main proof was in the result which I am so happy with! I recommend Dr. Cohen to everyone, he’s amazing!

Highly competent in his work and immensely proficient with his bedside manner. Love my results! I bruise quite easily but there is very little swelling for me to convalesce from. In addition to prices that are already very reasonable, Dr. Cohen was even gracious enough to honor 15 units extra of my Xeomin, free of charge, on account of our need to abruptly reschedule my appointment. Dr. Barry Cohen helped to save my life during the early Covid pandemic days. March 2020, my dermatologist diagnosed early-stage Melanoma cancer on my right shin; 3 attempts to get it all not successful & a skin graft necessary by a reconstructive surgeon. Id had face/neck/eyelift by Dr. Cohen: 1st in 2011, 2nd time 8 years later. I was extremely happy w/ my results. Youll read the same excellent reviews for other plastic surgeons, but you wont read this: Fri.Apr 3rd, I asked Dr. C for help: I needed more skin removed+skin graft asap. At that time, plastic surgeons offices/elective surgeries were shut down during Pandemic. Mon.Apr 6th, Dr. C opened & staffed his office for me, and performed the surgery/skin graft - FREE - 10 mins after BCBS said Dr. C was out of network and so they wouldnt pay. When you are deciding on your plastic surgeon, Dr. Cohen does excellent work, with a heart of gold. He truly cares about his patients. I believe the bad reviews below are fraudulent.

Barry cohen destroyed my face then plied me with an a lot of treatments that were not relevant to the disaster he created. He distracted me with services that often injured me and other areas of my face. I know it’s hard, you are in such a vulnerable, paraliized state. He needs to be stopped. I want to die everyday of my life because of what he did to me and how he walked out on helping me. Don’t be fooled. He is not on your side. No matter what he says. Go to another plastic surgeon or several and slmd malpractice lawyers. Don’t be fooled. He is not on your side.

My wife went to Dr. Cohen just 5 weeks ago for Asian Rhinoplasty. We were actually looking into another local plastic surgeon in Rockville with very good reviews but one of our close friends had already used Dr. Cohen and her results were fantastic. So we decided to consult with Dr. Cohen instead. Turned out to be a great choice. The end result was excellent. He is a true professional in every sense. His record of performing without mistakes is flawless. The price was better than most other surgeons. The office is beautiful and the staff is friendly, just like Dr. Cohen himself. If youre looking for plastic surgery, Dr. Cohen is the way to go.

I got my surgery done about 5 to 6 years ago and he did GREAT job. I have recommend him to my family and friends he also use my picture on before and after treatment. I would do it again!

Will never ever go to this doctor even it’s for free. I did my lipo and breast implant 10 months ago and the result is just to look disgusting. Im still paying my pochedure now having to pay another pochedure to fix the breasts. At the consultation he was nice and seeming awesome I was so trusting and happy to decide my choice. But now after been through the journey of pain and terrible left breast looking, I’m jsut so disappointed and beating myself over and over again for going to him. We tried and agreed on 210 cc at the consultation meeting but then he did 190 for some reason, we agreed on remove my chin implant he didn’t do it even they wrote a medical neccesary note for it and charged my medical flex account for it. The lipo was liek a joke because nothing look differnt when I raise my oncern he said he’d redo if I’m not happy. Now he won’t care to take care of his work not my breasts, not my lipo not chin remove or whatsoever. I am constantly depressed when I think about it. Not everyone is rich to pay twice for soemthing that’s not done right esp. thousands of dollars. This cosmetic pochedure puts me in hardship because iether I live in pain and looking terrible or pay again fix it somewhere else. VERY DISTRESSED!

Got rhinoplasty done and he did an amazing job. Going into procedure staff was very nice and helped calm my nerves. many people I know have come to dr. Cohen for rhinoplasty and everyone that comes to him look amazing!!

I went on a Groupon and was very impressed that Dr. Cohen responded to my email questions personally. Neither he nor his office tried to sell me anything, so I had to call them when I decided I wanted to look into liposuction. To the people who say he has so many bad reviews - please show where. I went to the State of MD, and I reviewed 103 cases involving Dr. Cohen. Almost all of the cases have him as the plaintiff, not the defendant. There is 1 (one) medical malpractice case - and there is nothing medical in it. It is about discrimination - and it was dismissed! I do not know Dr Cohen, and am just doing my homework. If you are going to say nasty things about anyone - especially a doctor - please show some facts. If he has done many bad jobs, show the lawsuits. Show a judgement. Give a name. The only thing I can find is an outstanding traffic ticket. Im going to probably have him do my procedures.
