The people are always nice and they always give my daughter a gift at the end but there’s always at least a 20 min wait before we’re taken back and then about a 5-10 min wait to be seen by the actual dentist.

Dr. Modarres is the most talented dexterous dentist I have ever seen. He spent a great amount of time treating me in one session, so carefully and considerately. He saved two of my teeth so skillfully by joining them together to support each other while a previous dentist had told me that the two teeth should be pulled out and implanted and that she was so sorry to tell me this bad news. Dr. Modarres is one of the best dentists I have ever encountered. He is very empathetic and professional. His skill is no less than superior. Most importantly, he is very conscientious and does not lie to you that you have 20 cavities at your first visit. In fact, he is the first dentist who told me that Im in good shape. He does the cleaning personally, and I assure you that you wouldnt receive this sort of service from your ordinary dental tech. His staffs are cordial and welcomes any questions you ask. The personal service you receive from Dr. Modarres is excellent. It starts with Monica at the front desk, the dental hygienist, and then Dr. Modarres who make you feel welcomed. They also care about your dental health. They never encourage you to get something you dont need to make extra money. I have been going to Dr Modarres since he took over the practice of the previous dentist. Every visit is a good experience. He and his staff are personable, professional and on time. They also participate in many of the dental plans which benefit so many patients.

Very pleased with the care I get at Dr. Modarres Office. I need to get 2 crowns and Dr Modarres always explains the procedure and why the work needs to be done. He is very friendly and has a good sense of humor. Office staff and hygienist are great too. It took me awhile to find another dentist after I changed dental insurance. I can say that as long as Dr. Modarres is practicing...I will continue to go to him. I also love that they send you reminder texts and/or emails about your appt.

I needed an implant and wanted to go to a Dentist that would put me to sleep. Dr. Modarres asked that I give him a chance to do the implant. I was so nervous but put my faith in Dr. Modarres. I am currently awaiting the final procedure. All of the major work was completed and I am so pleased that I agreed to let Dr. Modarres do the implant. In the future, I will have all my dental work completed with Dr. Modarres. I have always had a problem with the numbing of my mouth. Dr. Modarres gets my mouth numb with just one shot. Highly recommend Dr. Modarres to any one with a sensitive mouth.

I have not seen a dentist for over 7 years, although I had double dental insurance, with one of them being a Cadillac type. Since I am type 1 diabetic, my dental health is not the best. After one of my molar teeth with cap fell off, I was forced to find a dentist. I, recently had appointment with Mondarres with apprehension. My goal was to determine how to save the rest of my teeth. Mondarres evaluated the conditions of all my teeth and considered by overall health as a older woman. He came up with an overall plan on addressing all my dental needs, while considering the affectsof my diabetes and other health issues. He is a fantastic dentist you can depend on to evaluate and come up with a plan to save your teeth, even if it includes sending you to oral surgeon for an implant as oppose doing it himself! I am a happy person because I found the right dentist, whose goal is not just making more money. In todays environment that is what we all want.

I have a hard time finding a dentist, orthodontist, endodontist, you name it, that I can trust. After a recent issue, which caused me to have to bounce back and forth between 3 different dental professionals, I finally got fed up with conflicting consultations and went to see Dr. Modarres for the first time. He was highly recommended by a colleague.What a breath of fresh air. He quickly handled my issue, explained why his approach would work, and very logically showed me why all of the other approaches that were suggested to me were not going to work. Without this fourth consultation (yes I was that skeptical about what every other oral surgeon & endodontist told me), I couldve been in serious trouble. He saved me thousands of dollars on unnecessary procedures that wouldve essentially backfired.Ive finally found someone I can trust. Hes smart, funny, trustworthy and has my best interest in mind. When other consultations seemed like an effort to drain my wallet, he just wanted to help me. I cant tell you what a relief it was to find him.He even emailed me from his personal email to check on how I was doing between procedures and appointments! I traveled nearly an hour to get to him, and will never think twice about doing it again. Dont go anywhere else.

He removed the cap on one tooth and fitted the tooth with a temporary cap. i walked out of the office at 10:38 am.
