Ive been with North Dental Rockville for at least 20 years, starting with Dr. Falk, now Dr. Lam. Very caring, friendly and skillful dentists and staffs.North Dental office is not only caring for my entire family but also my siblings families. We are all happy with their care and service. I always enjoy my appointments at North Rockville Dental. Paula is an extremely-thorough hygienist, and I walk out feeling like my teeth are sparkling! I haven’t needed any major dental work in a while, but Dr. Lam has taken care of several root canals over the years, and they’ve never given me any trouble afterwards.All safety precautions are being followed right now. You call from the parking lot to let them know you are there. Christian calls to let you know when you can come right in- no sitting in a waiting room with other patients. Even though everyone working there is in protective gear, a friendly atmosphere prevails.

Our whole family has been receiving excellent and comprehensive dental care at North Rockville Dental for over 17 years (we began with Dr. Falk and have continued with Dr. Lam :-) I can vouch for the quality of dental care at this facility and everything from the procedures to the follow-up and billing have been flawless. We like North Rockville Dental so much that my wife and I continue to use them as our dentist even after we moved away from the Rockville area to Delaware after we retired. The 2-hour drive is well worth the great dental care and service we receive from Dr. Lam at North Rockville Dental.

Dr Lam is very professional and sophisticated in modern dentistry. He is careful to operate in a manner to avoid pain which he did well with me in grinding down a decayed tooth after a cap came off. I have been a patient at North Rockville Dental for many years and have always been happy with the my experiences there. Dr Lam is an excellent dentist and very thorough and personable. Last year when I was about to leave the country in 4 days I broke a tooth. I was able to call Dr Lam at home after hours and he squeezed me in to his schedule the next day to repair my tooth before my trip. The dental hygienists are also very good and friendly. The whole office runs like a well oiled machine. I have never been disappointed. Highly recommended!

I found this location because of the rave reviews and decided to give it a chance. This is my 4th time getting service and I dont have any complaints. I always schedule for 8:00 am and never have a long wait time (the longest has been 4 mins). Ive had 3 cleanings and a procedure. Each cleaning has been with a different technician but all of them have been friendly. Christian at the front desk, is very friendly and professional. This is the only dentist Ive had the thoroughly checks my neck, jaws and tongue (Ive never asked what they were looking for). After the cleaning the Doctor comes in and checks their work (maybe...I dont know) but he does come in and do a thorough exam as well. Everyone is friendly, professional and efficient. No complaints here!

Dont go if you value your time.When I set the apt with this dentistry they asked me if I had traveled recently and I told them yes. They decided to booked the apt for a week out.I get to the office parking lot and they ask me covid questions again, and I again let them know that I had traveled recently. They still asked me to come up to the office and said they would just take my temperatureI get up to the office, they take my temperature, and everything checks out fine. Then they suddenly decide they dont want to see me just because of the travel issue...If youre like 90% of the populace of Moco then you have a busy schedule and time is infinitely more important than any other resource you haveHere I sit writing this review because my schedule is screwed and Ill now have to invest even more time finding a new denistry and setting a new apt. All due to a simple issue that could have been easily avoided if this place had handled things differently with their schedulingMy hope is this review helps save your time by letting you avoid last minute chaos0/5 stars

Dr. Lam is a first rate dentist and his office and staff reflect it.

I already like this dental practice and have been going for many years, but just went for a cavity filling today and was extremely happy with the level of care and safety precautions in place to deal with covid19. There was only one patient allowed in at a time, and I had to answer questions about possible symptoms and get my temperature taken. There were new plexiglas barriers around the receptionist desk, the receptionist was wearing a mask, and the dentist and dental assistant were both wearing faces shields and respirators. Despite that, everyone was still friendly and nice.

I think the staff is excellent. Christian is great at the front desk and tries to accommodate me as soon as possible when I have to reschedule an appointment. Paula is my favorite hygienist and I dont know what I will do when she retires. Dr Lam is awesome!

As usual, I arrived on time for my appointment and was seen on time by Dr Lam. I had cavities in two teeth, which he cleaned and filled. I experienced no pain during the procedure, because of local anesthetic. He also filled depressions on several teeth (no decay) and smoothed them nicely. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient.

I was about to leave for Rockville after a weekend in New York City when I started to feel tooth pain and was uncertain what to do. I called Dr Lams office for advice and got excellent guidance; take acetaminophen and well see you in Rockville. Very early the next morning and with the skillful help of the receptionists, Dr. Lam was able to see me and he concluded that a root canal was needed. He called a specialist, made an emergency appointment for me, and I was hugely relieved to have the situation taken care of by 9 am. The care and advice I received from North Rockville Dental was superb and Im so grateful!

Since my former dentist was a 45-minute drive from work, I was looking for a dentist nearby work. A close friend recommended me to check out North Rockville Dental, which is less than 5-minute commute from work. Having a severe latex allergy, I was relieved that North Rockville Dental is a latex-free office. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. During my visits, I went through a thorough cleaning, routine dental x-rays, veneer/crown evaluation, and recommendations for dental-related issues. The cleaning and dental work appointments are each typically an hour in duration.

I was very pleased. I liked Dr. Lamb very much and quickly gained confidence that he knew what he was talking about and knew what he was doing.
