The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Dr. Jackliss was thorough, warm and friendly. He understood my problem immediately and allowed me to ask questions and listened to me without pushing an agenda. It has been a while since I have had such confidence in a dentist. His experience and thoughtful gentle manner put me at ease.

I have been going to this practice for about 3 years and have always been impressed with every aspect of it; the office is well-run, the front desk staff are always friendly, the hygienists are great, and both dentists are really fantastic in both their demeanor and their skills. I was there just prior to the pandemic so had an appt made for this week already. My experience was impeccable from start to finish; there was no one in the waiting room when I arrived, and they took my temp and asked screening questions immediately. I was taken back within 2 minutes and both the dentist and hygienist were friendly and professional. They wore extensive protective equipment, which made me feel safe (hopefully they did too!)I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Ghassan Jackalis really took care of me. Usually, I hate going to the dentist, but my visits have so quick, easy, and pain free. He just got magical hands. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I felt safe! Thats my major rating criteria these days. This was a routine semi-annual visit without x-rays being done. As always, the staff was friendly and competent. I arrived five minutes before my appointment time and was the only client in the waiting room (which I had been expecting). The office is, of course, tricked out with new protective gear - shields up separating the reception area staff from the clients, transparent drapes hang at each examining room door. The dental care staff - techs and DDS - all wear protective gear head to foot. One thing I didnt know to expect was rinsing my mouth with a disinfectant pre exam. Happily, the disinfectant tasted pleasant like green apple!

I returned to White Flint Dental Associates for my routine Dental Hygiene appointment. They are taking many precautions during this pandemic (temperature check, face shields, counter shield, masks, limits in waiting room, etc.). There was a new dental hygienist, Claudia. She was excellent and thorough and performed X-rays. Dr Jacklis followed with a dental examination. Dr. Jacklis was pleasant and has a lot of experience. It was all good.

Dentist and Hygienist is always ready at appointment time. Also they are very competent, friendly and personable.Office is accessible to meet needs of my wife who uses a wheelchair. (Restroom in office is not accessible; however there is an accessible restroom in the building on the ground level.)

The staff is friendly. Hygienist and dentist are thorough. The office instituted practices to prevent spread of COVID-19. I felt safe from the virus.

Dr. Phillips in Kensington, MD was my dentist when I moved to this area until he retired. I was not pleased with the dentist who took over his practice. Then one day a coworker told me that the dentist hygienists who worked for Dr. Phillips worked at White Flint and I have been there every since. Becky has cared for my teeth for 20 years and the dentist do a great job too.

Well I was under the impression that I had an appointment with Dr. Allick, but I was told that he doesnt work on Tuesday. I have known Dr. Allick for a very long time & have followed him every time he moves his office. I have been wanting to talk to him about an issue that I have with my teeth since my last appointment, which was in July. So far Ive been going back & forth with a girl who I think handles billing. Ive always been able to see & speak to Dr. Allick in the past so Im not sure whats going on. The only reason I go there is because of him, so if hes not going to be there every time I go, I guess Ill have to find another dentist. Other than that I dont have a problem with anyone else who works there. Everyone is very helpful & pleasant.

Dr Allick does great work and has an excellent bed side manner. He gives near painless Novocain injections. He is our familys all time best dentist ever. He can fix just about any dental problem. I went to Dr. Jacklis for the first time. He was referred to me by another dr who just does root canals.When I arrived to dr. Jacklis I was nervous one because i needed two caps and was worried that they would look artificial. I was so pleased to see that it was a perfect match.Dr. Jacklis makes sure you are comfortable, talks you through what he is doing and actually has a sense of humor!!He is very affordable and takes insurance as well.The girls that work the front desk are very nice and patient.I would highly recommend going to Dr. Jacklis.Love my choppers doc!!!
