I have been going here for 8 years. Today they fit me in at the last minute to replace an old broken crown and doctor Day was so sweet and her assistant Kenna is amazing too. The office is very clean and well-maintained and the front desk is always willing to find the perfect appointment time and give a friendly smile. I would highly recommend them.

Had work done in February. Didnt get the bill until the end of July. Lizza called and bullied us about our past due balance in early August. Our due date on the only bill we did receive is 8/18. We called several times in between February to May to see if they had a bill for us and we kept getting told were waiting on insurance. Clearly this offices billing system needs some work. Also, Lizza seriously needs to work on her customer service and people skills. Dont go to this office unless you feel like being bullied for a billing issue on their end.

Everyone in the office is welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is amazing. I can’t wait to go back for my next cleaning!

Our family loves the way the people at Dr Dowdle’s dental office treat us with kindness!They remember my name and greet me as I walk in the door. Today I was in for my regular cleaning and sweet Kayley made me feel welcome, remembering me from my last visit. I don’t think anyone really wants to go to the dentist but Dr Dowdle has a kind friendly manner and makes me relax and I appreciate his honesty in recommending only what I really need. I had an issue over the weekend and called them first thing Monday morning and they made room in the schedule for me that day.When I came in, they treated me as I was their only patient. I then had to go back the next day (waiting on a partial for repair) and again, I felt like I was the only patient they had.Dr. Dowdle had taken the time to talk with me and make sure I was great before leaving his office.The staff checking in and out are awesome and answered every question I had.I have been using Rose Creek for all our families dental needs and they have been outstanding, not just this visit.I am extremely happy that my family and I found Rose Creek Dental.

What an experience! One day Im in for the 6 month checkup, next day Im in for a cavity and a lingual frenulum (tongue tied) procedure. Between the gas, movie overhead, mouth forced open, I was still able to carry on with their conversation. Amazing what they understand when trying to communicate even if my answers were mintes later. No one likes the dentist! My experience was entertaining and the next thing I know....they were kicking me out! And for a bonus!...... they sent me home with letter with permission to whine and complain for 1 week post dental treatment. Great service, great staff with all the entertainment included! See ya in 6 months!!

Everyone at Rose Creek Dental is so nice! They are super patient. I have a really sensitive gag reflex and they did everything they could to make sure I was still comfortable. We dont live near them anymore, but still travel to go to them. I would definitely recommend them!!!

I have been going for 5 years now. Love it! I moved to Pleasant Grove and I still make the trip.

Horrible experience! Doesn’t value patients time. My 8-year-old was scheduled to have both an exam AND cavity filled (a full hour scheduled). Dr. Dowdle examined her and started the process of Nitrous. I had to wait 3 ½ hour while he bounced in between us and other patients. When I asked him about this, he said she was considered an emergency appt. Yet, I waited 3 weeks to get in and was assured I was schedule with enough time to complete the exam/cavity filling. Dr. Dowdle’s assistant informed me that “he is very popular, and waiting is common but worth it.” Why would it be worth it to wait, while my daughter is on Nitrous, falling asleep on the table just to be seen by someone who doesn’t value my time or the time of his other patients? I know that it doesn’t take more than 30 minutes to fill a cavity. Why make an 8-year-old stay on Nitrous Oxide for that long? Why when she was scheduled with ample amount of time? Unprofessional and obviously too busy to care about his individual patients.

Well to start off I REALLY LOVE THIS OFFICE. Dr Dowdle and his staff is so friendly!! I seriously get along with everyone!! I got a cavity filled and reassured me that it was a small cavity “which is was” him and his assistant! Shan! They talked the whole time and they were just so funny! Dr Dowdle loves to talk! Even though he knows you can’t talk! He got my filling done so fast! I will be going to him for the rest of my life and so will my kids! “When I have them”

Been going to Dr. Dowdle for 8+ years now. I have had extensive dental work in the past due to multiple sports accidents (make your kids wear a mouth guard) and have seen 7+ dentists in the past. Dr. Dowdle has been the best dentist, hands down. Hes also been very good with my children. He has even seen my children after hours in emergencies. I cant recommend him any higher than five stars, or I would.

The service is excellent here. I would highly recommend them. Unfortunately, my wifes insurance is not covered here, but we will change that for next year.

I have been going to see Doctor Dowdle for a while, which is why this review makes me so sad. They now have far to many patients. (Because Doctor Dowdle himself, is a great doctor) Unfortunately scheduling with them has become a nightmare. Sadly, its not worth it to wait if you cant get a cavity fixed until September when you had your apointment in June. I also had an appointment scheduled and was notified the day before that the new doctor in the office didnt take my insurance. And now im on a waitlist if someone decides to cancel. I get it, I have a crazy schedule too, but I took work off to be able to make my appointment and was treated without sympathy. Ive tried to be patient, but after so many fustrating experiences with their office, it makes it really hard. If you have a busy schedule or forsee yourself having a dental emergency I do not reccomend Rose Creek Dental. Hopefully they make a change soon.

Visits are quick and convenient. I like all the hygienists and Dr. Dowdle is friendly and honest. Nice group.

My family of 6 has been with Rose Creek Dental for over 4 years now and we have never been dissatisfied with the service. Dr Dowdle came to our rescue late at night when our 6 year old knocked out his newly permanent teeth. He made it as comforting and easy as possible for us and our son and worked until midnight with our son. We have really appreciated him as a family dentist! No need for a pediatric dentist for us. Dr Dowdle has fulfilled all our families dental needs sufficiently and professionally. For us, just as important as the dentist is so is the staff of dental office! The staff at Rose Creek Dental is amazing! The office manager is always there to answer questions...The dental assistants are so kind and personable to us all. Dr. Danzy who removes wisdom teeth on Fridays --you cant get better in Utah! He made for less swelling in my teenage sons wisdom teeth removal. I would highly recommend Rose Creek Dental to any family!

Dr Dowdle and his team at Rose Creek Dental are AMAZING!! My husband and I have been seeing Dowdle in Riverton for preventative and routine care for over 4 years and have never had a dentist we loved so much! After my daughter kicked out my front 4 teeth doing a cartwheel, Dowdle was able to completely restore my teeth/smile and it is PERFECT!!! It was a tedious process, but Dowdle knew the best endo & periodontists and he did all of the cosmetic work himself. The level of care and compassion they offered could not be better!! I recently moved to Idaho and had to fly back for my final appointment. Dowdle agreed to come in on his day off to coordinate with my schedule. Additionally, when my flight was delayed and I missed my appointment, him and his team stayed late at the office until 7:30pm to make sure my teeth were perfect before returning to Idaho!! They are all ROCKSTARS at Rose Creek Dental and I appreciate them so much!

My regular dentist wanted to charge me $75 for rescheduling on a day that I had an emergency come up. So, even though my child had just had his exam, we decided to go to a new dentist for the fillings. My previous dentist would not provide Dr. Dowdle with the x-rays, so Dr. Dowdle offered to do new x-rays at no charge. Now Im glad my old dentist did this because Dr. Dowdle discovered two other cavities that the old dentist missed! After filling the cavities, Dr. Dowdle personally called the next day to make sure my child was doing well. That was a pleasant surprise :)
