The worst Customer Care I have ever experienced. I would not take a stray dog to this place!!! My husband went to have a partial (flipper) made for his front teeth, because his old one broke. Everything was fine until it was time to try them on. The new flipper did not fit and the teeth were way to long and buck toothed. The dentist that did the fitting said he did not want to touch them and he would have to reschedule with the dentist that did the mold - Jared Hemmert. My husband waited a week to get an appointment and when he went in they filed the teeth down a little and shoved them in his mouth. My husband questioned about the fit and the look of the teeth and was told the mold probably broke, he asked for them to be remade and was told No and they are good enough. They are what they are. Dental appliances cost a lot of money and 90% came out of our pocket. Regardless of who pays...for that kind of money I expect to walk out feeling good about the product and not looking like bugs bunny. If this is good enough for them I would highly encourage everyone to look somewhere else for a dentist who has some pride in their work and actually care about their patients.

Would highly recommend!!! Staff was very friendly,knowledgeable,atmosphere was welcoming and warm. They gave me tips on how to brush better.Even billing was nice they got all my insurance info looked up beforehand.Thanks Young family dental for giving excellent service we will be coming to you for many years to come!!!

I go here because I don’t have dental insurance and I love using their in-house insurance plan. It’s affordable and keeps me going to the dentist regularly, getting my needed teeth cleanings and x-rays at an affordable price. I feel like the staff is honest which is important to me. Corisa is the best hygienist! She’s gentle and I always feel good and clean after my appointments! 😁

Called to make an appointment the person who answered. The person who answered truly hated the business with her cavalier f... y.. attitude. Went to back to Abundant Dental. Were they treat me like a person not there piggy bank for the ........ for family.

I just had my first teeth cleaning experience here & worked with Alondra, Dr. Pung & Roxy and they were all amazing!! They were friendly, kind, patient and they were very gentle with my mouth. I have sensitive spots and they did amazing to not hurt me! Thank you very much for the great service I received. I will be back!!

Young Family Dental has been one of the best dentist offices I’ve ever been to. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Baylee is a wonderful dental assistant and Dr. Workman is an awesome dentist! Definitely recommend.

Do not go here. ITS THE WORST Went in for a tooth that ached. The assist starts putting in the X-ray on the wrong side. I said it’s on the upper right. She said I’m doing a whole examination I said just need my tooth that hurts fix. She still took it after I said it wasn’t needed. Then the dentist comes and starts talking about ever tooth but the one that hurts. Then tell me he can’t do anything. I said please what can I do it hurt. I suggested what to do. Then there was no treatment plan after. The assistant was rude making it so I ended up leaving crying cuz these people up front and dentist and assistant didn’t want to help. This assistant also prior to these put in a bronze tooth while waiting for a crown. Without my knowledge I went to get it fix to white and she treated me like dirt and gave me a high one that she said was all she could do.BOTH TIMES I LEFT IN TEARS. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS YOU’RE JUST A NUMBER TOTHEM

They were provided excellent care and dental service. I was so happy to find out they were covered by Medicaid as well. Dr. Peloton did a great job and Baylee was a very sweet dental assistant there. I loved the service. I highly recommend them!

They dida crown for me. It lasted about 6 months it came off twice. The second time they had to pull the rotten root. I lost a lot of bone. The tooth next to it hurts and bleeds. Im afraid that I will also loose it. I have contacted them but got no response.

We love Young Family Dental. Our family has been to both the Riverton and the Orem location. They are really good with small children. They have a clean waiting room and toys and T.V. to keep children entertained. I am always able to get an appointment quickly when needed. Overall exceptional service from the staff and dentists. Okay I am so impressed with the service I received at Young Family Dental today! I called this morning cause I was feeling some sharp pain in my tooth. Its a Friday so I was sure Id be stuck with pain all weekend. However, the lady Lisa was so kind and she square me in in under 2 hours. After my arrival I was brought back to the chair and these 2 young assistants Alondra and Arely made me so comfortable dispite the pain I was in. Then to top it off Dr. Hemmert found my problem so quickly and was able to help me with a solution. Im happy 😊

I hate the dentist thats why i waited 10 years to visit one. They were amazing and made it so easy painless and from what i can tell very affordable. Since i dont have dental ins. they had a payment plan and programs to help with payments. Best place by far. Thanks again for the work you did for me. I highly recommend them.

One star is generous. I wouldnt go here if it were my only option. Over a year ago I started receiving bills for things my insurance did cover and I had to approve prior to receiving. Well I didnt aporove ANYTHING that wasnt covered by the insurnace and it was done anyway (I didnt know it wasnt coveres because they never told me....and I never authorized it.) I have tried to work with their office manger who lacks any sort of responsibility or customer service. She finally decided to send said bill to collections. I have NEVER been more appalled at the dishonest and out right attempt to deny responsibility as I have with this company. Be careful...but more important GO ELSEWHERE.

Leh has been my hygienist for the last few times and she is extremely nice and helpful! She is thorough in cleaning my teeth. I have very sensitive teeth and she was very deep in cleaning without hurting my teeth at all!! I loved it! She is also very positive and understanding. I love her!!

Loved the service here at Young Family Dental got a root canal after having tons of pain and they were quick to get me I . The dentists assistant Alondra was super thoughtful and helpful. She made sure I wasn’t In any pain. Dr. Hemmert was quick to find the issue and the root canal was done fast and painlessly.

I came into to get my cleaning after 2 years and they did amazing on my teeth. Leah was my hygienist and she assessed all my needs while being gentle and professional. We will definitely be coming back for routine check ups and further dental work!

EDIT: Do Not give this place your business! I am so glad I trusted my gut and switched dentists. They tried to tell me I had 16 cavities and it turns out I only have 4! I went from almost giving them $1571 after insurance for my whole treatment to only having to pay $130 after insurance at Silverwolf Dental in Riverton. DO NOT GIVE YOUNG FAMILY YOUR BUSINESS.They overcharge for their services compared to other local dentists, the receptionist complains about getting accurate pricing, the dentist doesnt seem happy to be there at all, 3 stars because the dental hygienist is fantastic.

My family loves Young Family Dental, specifically the Riverton location. Everyone is so kind and friendly, especially Alondra. She is so kind and helpful! She makes every visit more pleasant and less stressful. I highly recommend Young Family Dental!

I felt that great care and respect was shown to me and my family. Warm, caring environment, along with a professional atmosphere made for a very pleasant experience at the dentist. We will be back.

I visited Young Family Dental in Riverton as a new patient looking to get a new retainer after mine had broken. There was misdirection and poor communication from the reception staff as they ended up fitting me and giving me the wrong kind of retainer. I did not once get a direct answer of We do not make wire retainers until after they had given me the wrong thing and set up my invoice to pay. I feel incredibly misled and unheard. Poor communication and zero help getting what I needed. Will not recommend.

Just had my wisdom teeth out here about 5 minutes ago. So easy, so fast, and so incredible! I was really impressed with the hygienist, Tammy, the assistants, Chelsea (x2), and Dr. Workman. I was so scared, but they made it so slick and easy. I cannot recommend them enough! 7/5 stars

Poor customer service, questionable billing practices and a revolving door of different dentists is what you can expect. I had been a patient for several years and the quality of service has been on a steady decline. I could go on and on about all the reasons, but I want to keep it short so people will read this and avoid the problems that I and many others have experienced.

They did a great job fixing my daughter’s broken tooth. They were great with reassuring her and making her feel comfortable as she was apprehensive. Dr. Young and Alejandra were great!

I give this place two stars because the ladies who work in these offices are caring, polite, and compassionate. However, as for the treatment I didn’t care for it. The doctor that I saw, the couple of times I visited this practice, just seemed to want to get things done fast and get paid without caring for the results. I had a filling changed and the doctor drilled down my tooth making a huge hole when the filling needed to placed on the side not on top. This place is convenient and they will put you in their schedule last minute. Yet, what you save in money now might cost you later.

I havent been to a dentist office is about three years, but this office helped me to relax and kindly explained treatment that I needed and payments. They helped take the stress away.

I don’t know how you guys have 4.6 stars on Google I came in for a basic cleaning that is in the flyer and you recommended a deep cleaning that requires anesthesia and all that when I took him somewhere else and they did not recommend all that because you guys want to upsell I don’t know how you guys work but everybody please be careful of the app sales for things that they’re not actually going on with your teeth these guys will get you !!

Our family of seven have been seen for wisdom teeth, root canals, cavities, and regular cleaning at several of the locations since we moved to Utah a couple of years ago. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Alyssa L. was a wonderful dental assistant with such a positive and welcoming personality!! She has great work ethic and great bedside manners. I have a son with severe anxiety when it comes to needles but somehow they are the ONLY dentist office that he has been okay with. They even managed to pull his wisdom teeth while he was awake (but sedated). I love going here and plan to take my family to Young Family Dental for many years to come!

I am a person who reads reviews quite extensively. I have just had a EXCELLENT experience with extensive cleaning at Young Family Dental Riverton with Leah. She was very gental with the shots and I was amazed at how detailed and thorough she did my procedures. I will come back to her and request her every time.

These guys have been amazing to work with. They have help my family in ways I never expected so thank you so much. The workers are awesome esp sweet Bella always a sweetheart to my crazy kids lol. Dr Hemmert is an amazing doc who cares about his patients and make sure their ok.
