Very strange insurance billing. Patient beware.Office address does not match billing address,Billing address does not match mailing address,Doctor’s name does not match billing doctor’s name,Insurance unable to pay % of the claim since none of the information matches.Try to pay bill in office,Office is unable to take money to pay bill,Something strange is happening here.
