This office is unsanitary and should be reported. The Medical assistant brought me to a room that was dirty. When I stood in the hall to wait for her to clean it, she said I had to wait in the dirty room. The office filed my claim incorrectly and even though they stated they would refile, ins has no updated claim. The doctor wanted me to schedule my next appt and I couldnt even get the front desk to schedule it for me when I checked out! GO somewhere, anywhere else but here! This is a TX Health Physicians office.
