Eyebrows look amazing I wont do any other technique now that I have experience eyebrow threading.

Place was fully packed with only one person working. Lady in glasses was very slow. Didnt pay attention to what she was doing. More focused on watching tv than getting the job done. Waited over 40min just because she couldnt stop watching TV. Wanted to juss leave but I already wasted so much time waiting..Such a mess ....

Poor quality work. The lady was on her phone and talking the whole time. My eyebrows are uneven and when I told her she said it was hard to do them because my hair is curly. I’ve never had this issue before. Her name started with a N and she wore glasses

I have been going here for years and Neelam is the best and wont go anywhere else because I dont trust anyone else. Recommend to all

I did my eyebrows here and omg the girl with glasses is so unprofessional, while she was doing my eyebrows she was on her phone, she paused so many times, she’s so rude, and rough on your face. I told her to clean out my eyebrows and she thin them out and they didn’t even look the same one the thinner than the other. Never ever again first time here and last. Please be aware her name starts with an N.

I’d rate them a 0 if I could. The lady in the glasses messed my eyebrows up really bad, and it was on purpose because i kept telling her to only do a clean up and she answered with “I know” very rude she kept scraping the thread against my face that it ripped 4 times. Very unprofessional lady. She didn’t even let us know that their was an extra fee to use card. DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE BY THE LADY IN GLASSES!!!

Love this place! I live closer to other threading places but ALWAYS come here. They always have my eyebrows looking perfect!!!

The ladies that do my eyebrows are nice and courteous. The waiting area is clean and there is no long wait time. Oh! When the TV is working they have cool movies/ song videos. Definitely suggest coming here. I been coming here for a year and no complaints.

I recommend Rita, my first time w/her & she is great! She is there Thursdays and Fridays 9am-7pm. She gave me a tip on how to grow/darken my brows (organic coconut oil) Ive been threading for years and no one has ever told me. Call before you head over 😉

For $7 you cant beat it. When it hurts thats how you know they are doing their job. Very fast. 10 min tops. Good clean job.

I had my eyebrows threaded for the first time 3 days ago, I went to Newlook eyebrow threading and I couldnt be happier with the way they came out! I didnt catch the ladys name but she was older and wore glasses. I gave it 4 stars because I ended up breaking out a little not sure if it was the irritation of being a first timer or if something went wrong but all in all, my results were AMAZING! I will definitely be returning whenever I need them done again. Good work ladies!

I am coming here for second time.. they do great eyebrow shapes. It’s near wallmart so people can shop and come here for threading it saves time for moms like us. 😉. Do try with Neelam, she does the way it looks best on you.

First time, went during my lunch and didnt have to wait. Was nervous about pain but the lady was very light handed and my eyebrows look great!

I love it here, I have my favorite girl and she is amazing.

They are always rude to me for no apparent reason. I have been going here since they opened and kept going because sometimes (rarely) they have someone who is really good and it’s convenient. However I am officially done with this place. I tell them don’t thin my eyebrows out, and they get mad; and start scraping my skin harder, almost on purpose. Then they watch tv while doing your eyebrows and act like they dont even want to do them. This woman in glasses today absolutely butchered my eyebrows today and made them uneven and thinned them after i specifically said do not thin them out. They definitely need an attitude adjustment in that place; but if you’re looking for a $6 job go here; it’s apparent why it’s $6.

I would give zero stars but I cant, I took my girlfriend to this place so she can have her eyebrows done, lights went out for about 10min and instead of fixing the problem they continued using just a celllphone flashlight, her eyebrows were messed up and not done correctly at all. Had to go to another place to have them fixed.

I went to this place for the 5th time enjoyed all other visits prior to the one yesterday 3/11/2017. I went in at about 6pm or so I should have gotten her name but she is one that wears glasses. Hope her manager reads this review. If I had an experience like this previously with the other girls I would have never went back. The other girls are gentle on the eyes and this employee tugs the skin and really stretches in an unprofessional manner. Who wants their skin stretched and then to top it off she complains to her other employees. So I then told her you stretch the skin way to much. She replied with well how do you expect to do it right so informed her that the lady right here does it gently and you are way to rough on stretching the skin out. I couldnt even make eye contact with her, I was very unpleased just payed her kindly with no disrespect but no tip. Just for her unpleasantness and unprofessional manner in this business of trying to thread but not thinking how horrible it is to stretch the eye area the way she did. I will never return to this place again.

I had a lip threading and was very unhappy. She went way too high, up to my nose, and all the way out to my cheek. A much bigger area than I needed done. I would not recommend this place.
