Nicole is fabulous! Understood what I wanted and executed the cut beautifully. And her scalp massage was exactly what I needed.

Ive Been coming here for over 17 years. Its always a great experience and I get compliments on my hair cut almost weekly from total strangers! My stylist Nicole takes her time with me and makes me feel like a queen when I am in her chair, even offering me a hand massage while I am resting in her rinsing bowl with a hot towel on my head!This salon is very unusual in that all the professionals get along really well and you wont see any cattiness or underhandedness between them so if my regular stylist Nicole is out of town, or I cant get on her schedule for some reason, I can schedule with one of the other ladies and they support each other in this. Nicole will pass on my color formula so that I can have the best experience possible. They are each beautiful Individuals and together and an even more wonderful group of Talented women! I would highly recommend Palazzo to you!
