Amazing service. My hair stylist was Angie. This was my first time going to the Local hair salon, near Albertsons. They made me feel welcome and at home. Did an amazing job with my hair, I wanted something a little different for the summer and that’s exactly what they did. Would definitely recommend coming here because would love to come again soon!!

The manager is wonderful! She educated me so much about my specific hair type and what care it needs! I want to say her name was Nidia or Lidia not sure but shes gave me a cut and suggested a shampoo and conditioner for my hair which I love. This is definitely my go to for hair styling!

I was happy to get an appointment for a haircut. Very covid compliant. And got a super cute cut which is hard to do as I have curly hair. Also got my daughters hair cut. Great prices, great service.

Alexis has been doing my hair for three to four years now. I was happy to hear that she transferred over to this salon. She has always been patient and kind when it comes to knowing how to approach new challenges. Ive sent many people her way and have yet to hear complaints.This salon has a good variety of high quality products like Matrix and Pravana, making my life a whole lot easier! The salon is in somewhat of a random area, next to Albertsons, but its definitely worth checking out!

Cut all my hair very short

The worst haircut I have ever had!!! I had to go to another salon to re-cut it. I will never go to this salon again!

I like most of the stylists there. I know of one who I do not prefer!

This is where I go when I need a haircut or perm. I only ask for one person & the name she is known by is Yuni. Shes the manager of the salon. Such a sweet young lady too! 👍😃

I wish I remembered her name. But the woman that did my hair was awesome. She fixed what the previous person did amd made the cut perfect, I actually want to do my hair now.

So I decided to try this place out for the first time today. I made an appointment and specifically asked for just a brown root touch up, over the phone and in person, however the stylist did everything but that. She died my blonde hair to a terrible grey color which I didn’t ask for what so ever and my roots were bright golden yellow.... I was so upset I CRIED because I felt so ugly. Moral of the story, do not waste your time here, there are plenty of other amazing salons in downtown Redlands that know what they’re doing. So upsetting. :(

I have been going to this HairMasters for over 4 years. Jennifer is the greatest for me. But ALL the operators are absolutely the friendliest & nicest ladies. It doesnt matter who you are or your reason for coming they treat every person coming thru their door as if theyve known them for a long time. Warm & welcoming. I have yet to ever see or hear anyone leave there without a smile or bad words. I cant say enough about these wonderful ladies. No I do not work there. I stumbled across them after having a horrible & upsetting experience with my hair from another place. Just talking over the phone they were calming me. Once I got there, they fixed someone elses mistake & its been history ever since. I truly dont know where Id ever go if anything were to happen to this place or these ladies. Im not young, Im picky & I wont let just anyone touch my hair. Thank you HairMasters of Redlands, CA 😊👍👍💜

Normally, Alicia does a tremendous job everytime I go. On Sunday, Alicia booked all day. I needed a fresh cut for my date to the LA Opera and gourmet dinner at Le Petit Paris. Kevin did my cut and he styled it in a way that synced with my outfit and look. My date and me loved it! Thank you Hairmasters Redlands!

I went in for a regular trim and its really the easiest thing to do. She cut more inches than I wanted, and she completely ruined my hair. There is no shape left, my hair looks limp and lifeless and theres no way to fix it now. They also write that the hairwash is included with the cut, so I got one, but they charged me $4 extra for conditioner? Last I checked, most hair washes include conditioner. And if it was going to be extra, I should be notified about it before they do it. They dont even dry your hair to show you what it looks like after the cut (apparently thats another $15 which is more than half the cost of a haircut). Horrible cheats, even if you think youre going to get a harmless trim I suggest you go somewhere else.

I ABOSUTLEY LOVED IT (coming from a girl who hasnt cut her hair for 4 years). Ive always had long hair and now I wanted it to be cut just a little below the shoulders. My stylist was Yuni (I REALLY RECOMMEND HER) and she did what I asked for and gave me a lot of tips. Before she did anything to my hair, she talked to me about what I wanted exactly (hairline, how much to trim, layering, etc). Yuni wasnt one of those stylists who messed up your hair, She listened and gave me what I loved. She was very nice and fun to talk with. I love my hair rn and I am definitely coming back next year for my yearly trims Im gonna start.

They messed up my hair, the sides of the fade doesnt look equal and i asked them to make it 0 fade, but they did 1 and i had to pay $43 for face waxing but it said 12.50 at the counter. They shouldve told me about the pricing before.
