Kelsey did an amazing job on a color correction for me, in half the time it took my previous stylist to make me look like Strawberry Shortcake. My hair looks amazing! The salon was clean. Everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

If you have curly hair, you know how hard it is to find someone who can successfully work with your curls. Kelsey gave me the best haircut and I’m in love with my curls again. If you need your curls polished, she is the one you need to go to!

When we first walked in we were greeted with warm smiles which was perfect because our teenage son was nervous about cutting his hair that he had let grow out for a year. The stylist, Annica, did a fabulous job finding a fashion forward style that would still allow him to have long hair but with layers. She was kind and caring which made him feel at ease. Thank you Annica and thank you Harlo & State Salon. We will be back.

Had my hair done by Jezzie. My hair looks terrific! Everyone was friendly. I highly recommend Jezzie. She does beautiful work, current haircuts and great color!

I give only 2 stars because I am not happy with my hair at all. Everything else about my experience at Harlo & State was great. I went in for a consultation with my stylist, showed her what I wanted to do. She said it’d be easy. My appointment was the next day. I went in and explained how the last lady who dyed my hair gave me highlights instead of balayage like I wanted. But I understood it’s a process going blonde, So I waited a year for my hair to grow out so I can do balayage. Long story short, Annica gave me highlights! And not good ones. Wish I would have said something to her about it while there. But even if I did would she be able to fix it without charging? Not sure but I’d definitely give them another shot, just not that stylist.The first picture is what I got. It’s not blended well. It’s splotchy. Looks nowhere near what I wanted.The second picture is what I showed my stylist.

I love this salon. Its not pretentious at all. Cool peeps. Great place to chill and come out looking FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

Best microblading ever! Felicia dis microblading for my Mom and myself, she was professional and helpful. She walked us thru the whole procedure and showed us everything she used. I felt so comfortable and she was very nice and funny!
