I actually found this place when I was searching Groupon for a deal with good hairdresser.. I by chance got an appointment with Alesia . I was ready for a change but was little skeptical and nervous too.. she did so so amazing job with my hair that I am getting loads and loads of compliments.. The place is also very pretty, clean and they do great job.. I would love to go back to her ...

I feel bad about this review but I’m very upset with how my hair turned out and something needs to be said. I’m not going to mention any names because the stylist who did my hair was very friendly and I wouldn’t want to jeopardize anyone’s career in any way. I went in for a cut and a balayage and ended up with an unblended, blotchy, fried disaster with uneven layers and chunks of blonde where there shouldn’t be. I don’t understand how someone who went to school and claims they can do a balayage could’ve done this to my hair. I just wasted my money and have to spend way more money to get it corrected. I hope this review is read by the staff and I hope the stylist who did my hair doesn’t attempt a balayage on anyone else. I honest think I could’ve done a better job myself than the “professional” who should’ve known what she was doing.

Highly disappointed!!! My 13 year old daughter went in for blonde highlights. We were quoted $145-$160. We were DUMBFOUNDED when we were told the price was $245!!!!😱 We were told that because she had a lot of hair that the extra costs were due to more product even though my daughter left with the majority of the front of her hair being blonde and the back almost entirely untouched! Soooo utterly upset! NEVER before in my life have I ever paid that much for a hair color! We will NOT be returning!

Came here for the first time & it was great! The salon is very cute, and Kim is awesome!! Ive been hair stylist shopping for a while now and I finally found someone who can cut my hair the way I like, Which is normally hard for stylist to do, due to it being naturally curly. Very happy with my new cut! Highly recommended her!

Alesia did an AMAZING job on my hair, I have very sensitive skin and usually get a bad reaction when dying my hair but with her that wasnt the case. I let her know ahead of time about my skin sensitivity and she made sure to use the right products. Alesia is the reason ill be coming back. #Period.

This is a great salon. Corinne did my hair and she did a great job. They offer you a refreshment when you come in and give you a tour the first time you arrive. I had a Groupon offer and I loved this salon so much this will now be my regular salon. It is very organized and pretty inside and everyone is very friendly.

I have been going to Laura for 3 years and absolutely love her work! In the past years I have had really bad experience with other people working on my hair so I was iffy at first! laura interacts with you and is very honest, and well from going from trusting no one with my hair to trusting someone for 3 years tells you right there shes is fabulous at what she does! I highly recommend her for color corrections, hair cuts, washes, honestly, you name it she has your back!

You can go to yelp to read my experience. Basically Jaimie didnt know what she was doing when she colored my hair. The owner of the shop talked in circles about trying to fix the problem, said she would call back but never did, and said Jaimie would repair my hair under supervision of the other owner. Give me a break, you should have competent staff who can work on their own. This isnt kindergarten. Anyway, save your time, money and hair and just pass this place up, its a joke.

Ill try to keep it short. I came in for a pixie cut and I have curly hair. The stylist , Kim, says that it would make my hair look like a helmet or a ball if I cut it that short. That should keep it shoulder length and thin it out should be better. I still told her I wanted the pixie cut. She said we would talk more after she washed my hair. Like washing my hair was going to wash the desire for that style out of my head. When I showed her the style I wanted she was visibly mad and annoyed. I should have gotten up and left at that point. Her attitude scared my into agreeing to just cut it at my shoulder and thinning it. She tells me not every style is for every hair even after I showed her some African-American pixie cuts. She said it takes too much time to take care of it and if I had the money to buy all the products needed for the maintenance. She cut my hair in an asymetrical bob with the back very short. Didnt she said it would curl up if it was too short? That wasnt even the style that I agreed . She did what she wanted. All this time she keeps saying that the next time I come in and if I still want the pixie cut she would do it. When I saw myself I was so sad and humiliated I just couldnt stop myself from crying. This ia the first time I have ever cried about my hair. She asked if I liked it. I told her it was done correctly but it wasnt what I wanted, I had that style about 5 years ago and didnt want it again. She kept saying to make an appointment for her to change it. I was paying and the manager saw me crying and she was just saying that it looked nice. There was no concern that I was so disappointed and uncomfortable. And again this stylist says to make another appointment and that not all hairstyle are for everyone. I think she is crazy if she thinks Im coming back. I have never been so embarrassed, humiliated, bullied, and mistreated because my hair is not straight. Im usually very happy about my hair. I dont want to touch it or look at it. It has taken most of what was left of my day to stop crying. If you have curly hair go somewhere else. If you still go I wish you all the luck of the world and hopefully you arent treated like I was.
