Im not one to write reviews very often but this one deserves it. I completely understand how it is about returns and not being able to find an item. I wasnt rude and didnt argue, it is what it is. BUT to say, You must of purchased it from Sephora (heres the kicker) or stole it. In front of my 13 year old daughter is downright unprofessional. Im without words that she had the nerve to say this. Sad part is I still purchased my items after she said that, and didnt steal it. Andie was the manager that said that.Update: Gabby and Done (I know I spelled her name wrong) were so kind and sweet when they heard what happen. They are the reason why Im still a customer.

Great experience there’s a worker by the name of Kate she needs a promotion. She’s is really good at what she does and she honestly A truly nice worker and willing to help and answer any questions. And points you to the best product that actually works. I couldn’t believe that everything that she advised me to do actually worked and it’s been less than two days and I see a difference. Usually workers try to sell you stuff and no she actually pointed me to the greatest product that they have and I love it I’m gonna definitely go back and ask for her again. To help me on other Products She knows her stuff.

The store limits customers in case it gets busy, which I appreciate because I have always wanted to be at least 6 feet away from everyone in the first place!

Some staff members are always rude and have attitude. When my wife walked in the store no one greeted her nor acknowledged her. This isn’t the first time either. One of the usual employees is this white lady on the bigger side. She always seems to have an attitude or doesn’t acknowledge you. Very disappointed.

The grweter and all the associates were very helpful and due to this pandemic they were out of stock. Here we go online a smart suggestion from associate..thank you be blessed

Bought a nice brow pencil when I opened it...it was empty had to drive 45 mins round trip to exchange it. Wasnt happy about that but at least the staff handled it well and gave me no issue to replace the item.

I’ve been getting my hair cut in the salon here for two years and never had an issue until yesterday. I used to have Sam cut my hair and she always did an amazing job. She stopped working here almost a year ago, I want to say. So I just started making appointments with the first stylist available based on my schedule.I went in yesterday for an appointment I had booked a week ago. It was scheduled for 3pm with Morgan, so I got there ten minutes early. I wasn’t greeted by anyone in the salon. Someone who worked the floor actually told the salon employees that I was there for my appointment. She then offered for me to take a seat and wait because Morgan was still with her client.Morgan was still washing the client’s hair when I got there and she then sat her down to blow dry her hair. I waited 30 minutes and was never once acknowledged by Morgan. I actually walked out after exactly 30 minutes of waiting. It was so rude that I wasn’t acknowledged and at least told by Morgan that she was running late and it would be x minutes before she got to me. I would’ve shopped to pass the time as I need new makeup. Not to mention, I was sitting on the other side of the divider that separates Morgan’s station and the waiting area. She didn’t speak a word to her client the entire 30 minutes I was sitting there. That and her not acknowledging me was enough for me to walk out and decide that I will never be back.It was so inconvenient as I had to alter my entire schedule for my appointment. I also had to drive 20 minutes to the store. What a waste of my time. Although I love this Ulta, I won’t be back to even buy makeup here.*Update, 5/30/2019* I sent an email to the response from Ulta below but never received a response.

Ulta is a Go to for virtually any face, hair, skin product or fragrance you could desire. Employees are helpful & often make good suggestions (or alternate product ideas - when they are out of stock). Terrific place for gift buying and self indulging to pamper yourself with a new product (or two, three, four - always finding fun new products to try).

Very clean and well organized. The reason I would give it 4 out of 5 is because anytime I have an actual makeup question, it feels as if theyre just trying to sell me the latest item instead of whats best for me and my needs.

The manager Andrea was super sweet and helpful! She went out of her way to check for products I wanted and was very accommodating. Great guest service!

I called to get more information about the reward point and Shelby helped me. She was very helpful and she game good feedback on the Ulta app.

Called Miranda about J LO new perfume (Promise) Ulta had it and I could use my 20% off coupon with a free J LO gift bag she saved it until I got there because it was the last one! Thank you Miranda and Ulta.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. Had really good advice, the employees are really knowledgeable about their products and even though the prices are high they have really good deals and the coupons help. Will be visiting more often.

I got my eyebrows waxed here today, and she literally took off all my eyebrows, after telling her and sharing that i had been growing them out! She made them pencil thin, her point of reference to me was awful, she drew boxy eyebrows on me and then proceeded to wax them all off and leave a line. Do not get your eyebrows done here! Your first hint should be not to get them done in the middle of a store, but I’m an idiot. My second hint should have been that the other “cosmetologist or whatever” Was reprimanding her for not bringing her license in, ... ugh!!! Im so unhappy with my line eyebrows

Well organized, it seems they have everything here. I particularly enjoyed the Dyson display. Put there for the men who go there, like myself. There were a few of us lined up hoping to get a chance to play with it, expecting nothing short of Dyson magic. Thankfully the line is so long we all get our time, and Dyson? Youve delivered. Never have I wanted a hair dryer until then. Its the only product Ive convinced the lady she needed at a beauty store. Thank you. Also, more beard care products would be fantastic.

I forgot the girls name, but she said to ask for ththe tall skinny one in the MAC section. Anyway,! She was VERY nice. I was looking for a foundation and she matched me and did my makeup in like 10 minutes and I was very happy. Thank you.

Not sure what to think about this place. My beauty consultant was nice...but of course if she wanted my business 😉, but the overall feeling of the store was like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman when she wanted to buy a nice outfit. Im not a hooker not was I dressed like one, but I think we all know what it feels like to be judged. Not my type of service. Nice and clean store but, I can find a nice and clean store with down to earth consultants somewhere else.

Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable, about the higher end products and the drug store products. Which is really helpful for college students (like myself). Its a judge free zone to try makeup styles you normally wouldnt. They often have sales and coupons, which you can check out on their app

I had the most incredible time here and I owe it all to the service! I am not much of one to spend time on my makeup, so going in a makeup store can be daunting. However, one of the associates helped walk me through all the items that I requested. She did not try to push anything on me and was open to getting me the best items not just a certain price or brand! I was incredible impressed by the service and help here! 10/10

I recently switched to shopping at Ulta because I liked their rewards program better than Sephora. Unfortunately Ive never been able to find anyone to help me when I have questions, yet they are always around offering help when I dont need it. 🤷🏾‍♀️ The employees dont know anything about makeup when it comes to deeper skin tones. The lady trying to help me find my shade thought I was Golden despite it being VERY light and intended maybe for a tanned person. Aside from their employees not being around or very helpful, they are all very nice. I appreciate the return policy and their reward system there. I just wish they had more women with deeper skin tones working there who understood my makeup concerns/problems.

A very knowledgeable Jeanette Bare Minerals helped me. Very patient with drawing my eyebrows & searched for the best colors & gave me tips to have the best eyebrows. I went back again for more products. I drew my sisters eyebrows she loved them. She got the same products I did. Two happy ladies walked out of ULTA.

All but 1 or 2 of the girls who work here are so dull, stale, and lifeless. They walk around like theyre better than everyone & dont seem like they really care to be of any help. I also never get my points when I purchase things. I give them my phone number & my points never show up. I like this Ulta & I go here because its my local one but the service needs some improvement.

I went in for the IT products and the Brush. I asked if they could give me the discounted price for a similar brush....... manager said NO first come first served. I think if I was dressed up the outcome could have been different. Bummer....🥺 they lost a customer.

Took a minute to get someones help, but only becuase they were all working so hard with everyone else.Im patient so I didnt mind however I am pregnant so the wait had me a little uncomfortable when i needed to use the restroom. It turned out this location has a restroom and was really clean. Thank goodness for that. The trip overall was great once I got the help. Thank you ulta!

Worst experience turned into the Best experience ever!!!! Three days before my wedding and I walked out in tears due to my hair practically being black.( went in for a rich light brown) called spoke with store manager who then gave me to Megan . Not only was the experience literally day and night from the prior day but my hair was transformed!!! Make sure you ask for Megan!!! You will be so blown away by not only her skills but her manager like attitude ( which I was very surprised she wasnt the salon manager) overall a nightmare experience turned into a dream ! Im so excited for my wedding day beautiful hair!!

There was no type of customer service, I roamed around for 20 minutes, I wasnt even acknowledged, they were out of many nyx items, and other things as well, eye liner, eye lashes were barely there, everything was missing, I wish I could just get rid of the gift cards and get something else like sephora or Mac and go to Macys anywhere but ulta, it was not a very helpful or pleasant experience maybe I should give the cards to someone I dont care for and let them have a horrible time looking for make up with no help.

I love this location. However the girls hover even when youre not a young kid. Otherwise theyre great they removed and I think its so cute!

The store itself is ok my issue is with their new store pick up feature. If I wanted to wait around all day for my item to be picked I could just go in and do the shopping myself lol. If your excuse is “we get more than 50 a day” then don’t offer that feature at your store. The point is to be able to shop online and be able to walk in and just grab your order. Quick and easy. Not wait all day for the email that it’s ready for 3 items 😑

Staff saw me looking on lower shelves for hypoallergenic products. The ladies who work there Basically hovered over me like I was stealing. They even had the undercover security follow me around the store. I bought almost $100 of product. Ill never go back! Disgusted!

The manager who had black hair I didn’t see her name is super rude she gave attitude because I made a purchase with a gift card and cash and said your account will be noted since you want all you cash back first then the rest on a gift card and she was super bad with customer service and the tone came off super bad the other manager who is blonde is super sweet and nice earlier in there I had seen the manager and the cashier asked for assistance again the black haired one looked and didn’t bother to help but the girl manager with blonde hair hurried as fast as she could and came to help no problem really making me feel wanted.

I go there for all my cosmetic needs but be careful the eyes sees what it wants and before you know it, youve raked up a lot of costs at the register. Go there with a clear head,determined to only buy what you went there to buy. Lol. Oh and the store clerks are wonderful and pretty.

This place has really gone down. Product is rarely on the shelf and and manager says they dont know when they will get more. The line is backed up down a narrow row of makeup products you cant get to unless you stand in that long line. The girls at the register have on so much make-up they look scary. I can do better at a CVS or Walgreens or Macys for my needs.

Ive been looking for someone who can cut my hair right for 10 years since mt last stylist retired. I finally found it! Everyone was polite and friendly. Service was fast. They offered me both water and coffee. A friend i was visiting had an appointment. They made space for me to get my hair done at the same time. If the Ulta closer to my home doesnt have a good stylist (Ill be checking in about 6 weeks) it will be worth it to drive the 1.5 hours to come back to Kristen in Redlands.They also have a HUGE salon shop with every beauty need you could ask for.

The girls are knowledgable and the Clinique rep is very kind. I have had nothing but great service, these girls are patient, give great recommendations about their products and to tend to all my questions. Its not so overwhelming with their help!

This beauty one stop spot has disappointed me several times when it comes to customer service. The shopping experience can be an issue if youre trying to get help. The gals at the register, oh lord. If youre lucky youll get an upbeat positive experience. If youre unlucky, youll get a snooty employee ringing up your items which will make you wonder why they even report to work. No bueno. Thank goodness for Ulta online shopping.

I felt judged as soon as I walked in by the lady handing out bags. The lady handing out bags didnt offer me one or my sister. Completely ignored us. All other associates were friendly and courteous.

Usually love Ulta, but this time the girl working the Nars section didnt know anything about the brand and couldnt help me find what I was looking for because she knew nothing.
