Melissa ruined my friends hair. My friend came back from her hair appointment crying so I had to leave a review for others to know Melissa’s work. This is unacceptable! I have seen bad hair cuts but this has to be the worst I’ve seen. It looks like a child took sisters to her hair blindfolded. We tried calling the manager multiple times and no answer. I do not know how Melissa got a license or became a stylist if this is how she takes pride in her work. When someone pays for a service you do your best to make sure your work meets expectations, and your customer walks out satisfied, if you cannot do that you should not be cutting at all. This was a massacre to my friends hair and her self esteem until she finds someone who can fix it. I hope people find this review helpful

Wait was long even with online check in. That was no fault of the staff, they just cant find people who are willing to work. There was only two girls in there and they were trying to keep up. The four star rating comes from the price of a haircut. Great Clips seems to continuously raise prices.

My boys prefer this location for their hair cuts. Lori is terrific, listens to what they want & makes sure theyre happy with their cuts.Definitely check-in online ahead of time, they are always busy, and youll still wait when you arrive (that many regular & happy returning customers).

The only problem wasnt really a problem. I checked my husband in online and it said the wait was 75 minutes but we had an unexpected meeting so we showed up early and there was no one there. So we got seen right away and the did a great job on his hair.

I got my hair cut here, took me right in. They are definitely quick. Very clean shop. My hair cut was just ok. It’s good if you need something done quick. Would I go back? No. My bangs came out uneven

Even though this salon is not the closest to my house, I still prefer to go here! They always remember my name and usually what I’ve gotten done in the past there. Lauryn made me feel very comfortable and included when I was there this most recent visit. When I told her what I’d like done, she understood perfectly and it turned out so CUTE! Yucaipa location had a 75 min wait so checked in at this location and was a 20 min wait. 10 minute drive and was next in line. My son loved his haircut and the hairstylist listened to what he wanted. We will just go there from now on.

Went in for a pixie cut a few days ago. I was a bit nervous because Ive never had my hair cut so short before. Johanna did an amazing job!! I am very happy with how my hair turned out and I will definitely be going here from now on. The other two ladies working were super nice and talented as well!

Just went there for the first time a little nervous Because Its your look were talking about here and I havent gotten a haircut in like a year and a half, once I walked in, I was treated like a King. Everyone was so freaking cool, down to earth, super friendly, and a lot of fun to talk to. if I wanted to be a stylist I would work here. Andrea cut my hair and it was absolutely perfect. I love this place!! Definitely going back! Everyone head in their direction! 👍🏽✔️

I love this place because its like family when you come in. I love it because it is close to home, you can check in online, and they are very talented even for picky haircut people like myself. The prices are spot on and I always enjoy hearing how everyone is doing when I come in. It really is a family atmosphere and I cant tell how much I look forward to coming in here every two weeks. It is definitely not your usual chain barbershop. I hope you will trust them with your hair too.

One of three Great clips in my area. I can reach any of them between 15 to 20 minutes. Always treated nice.

Cut was fine. Stylist was not as knowledgeable but others gave wonderful tutorial.

Great barbers.The past 2 times we have went the wait has he crazy. Even when checking in. I was given 20min was there 35 min before my son sat down to get his hair cut. Then waited another 30 while he got his hair cut & basically got it cut by 2 ladies since the 1st didnt know what she was doing. I didnt want to be rude but I should have known since we watched her need help cutting 2 other boys hair prior to calling my son to sit at her hair.

Took my grandson, she was very very good explaining to him. Lady that did mine was very good as well. Very happy with our new haircuts!!

Took my two boys here. Son A needed a complete haircut, son B needed a trim to fix a bad haircut. Son As came out pretty good. Acceptable. Son Bs looked the same as it did when we walked in. Still had long hairs around his ears, random shirt and long cuts around his head, etc. I gave $3 tip for each ($13 haircuts) and noticed the women looked as if I was a cheap bastard. Too bad she doesnt realize Im a very generous tipper for excellent work.

The hair cuts that I have gotten here have always been the way I wanted my hair cut. The staff is always curtious and do really well multitasking. Talking it up and cutting it up they can do pretty well. Scary but they can get it done and pretty quick as well. The option to get Your place in line on line is a cool and very convient option.

Very difficult place for me to get my haircut. I was asked what I wanted for a haircut. I tried to explain what I wanted. It was too difficult so another employee came and shaved my hair short into a cut I never wanted. Now that is in the records and the only cut I get if I go there.
