Dr. Medders was extremely nice. He took time to listen and then provided excellent care. I highly recommend Dr. Medders.

I sincerely appreciate Dr. Medders compassion as well as his thoroughness. When it was going to be 3 months before I could get in to see the ENT / Head & Neck surgeon that I normally see, I called Raleigh Capital Ear Nose and Throat since they were the ones who referred me to the doctor I normally see. Dr. Medders had the first available appointment so I took it. It was my first time seeing Dr. Medders and he greeted me quickly and warmly. After a thorough evaluation, he provided care to address an acute need - and - discussed an ongoing issue, the prognosis and an interim fix. The news about the ongoing issue was not good - BUT - Dr. Medders delivered the message with compassion and with a thorough explanation and he patiently answered my questions. Honestly, I feel blessed that it was him who gave me that news. Because of the care that I received from Dr. Medders and the staff at Raleigh Capital ENT, I left a little sad about the news related to the ongoing issue, but, also hopeful that I have both relief from an acute issue as well as an interim solution for the ongoing issue instead of feeling overwhelmed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Medders as well as Raleigh Capital ENT.

The doctor was very nice & friendly, however....seemed rushed. Did what he had to and on to the next person.And people of North Carolina are paying double for the same procedure being done in Arkansas.
