My family had a really positive experience at this clinic, the visit was for my two year old and we were treated very good by all staff we came in contact with! We saw Dr brown and I can’t remember the audiologist name but Wow, thank you for making it and easy going and great visit! My son was very well taken care of and I truly appreciate that as a parent.

Please visit and ask for Dr. Doyle. He’s kind and warm and gets you in and out. Then you’re checked out by a lady with the mist amazing smile and warmth. She’s been there for years and I love their consistency!

The Audiologist (forgot his name) was also thorough and caring and helpful going over procedures and my condition. He pretty much resolved my vertigo symptoms with a simple maneuver. This is the best ear specialist!My husband had an ear pain and went to 2 different doctors before with no success, his ear was closed with infection when I found out Raleigh Capitol Specialist appointment and that day was the best day for my husband ear the female specialist doctor cleaned his ears and put something inside them to open them and send him a very good drops medicine that helped him on his pain and infection! They gave us referral to a cheaper drug Farmacy because we are self pay! Very good service and good prices for self pay patients! To feel better again

The nice women in charge of all the allergy shots was super awesome handling my allergic reaction following my allergy test stayed with me until I felt better and was super nice.

Dr. Clarkson was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, answered my questions exactly, and actually listened to me. I would highly recommend this doctor. Very kind as well. It did take me a while of standing by the door before I was helped by the front staff.

I love Dr. Huemann. She has been the most aggressive concerning my allergies. I also like the woman who does the testing. She was very pleasant when my testing was done. However, the overall communications in the office is the worst of I have ever experienced. Over the course of 2 days and finally a demand to talk with the office manager, I finally got the attention of the nursing staff there. The nurse I spoke to offered no apologies for their mistake in overlooking or just not responding to my calls. In addition, I wasnt able to get the issue completely resolved by calling the doctor who was on call and luckily was Dr Huemann.Since my allergy shots are being scheduled, I hope this wont happen again.

I was given a quick appointment within 24 hours of my referral. Had an ear-bud from a hearing aid stuck in my ear. Took me right in at my appointment time. Only waited a couple minutes before the doctor came in. He extracted the object, checked out my ears, nose and throat, put some antibiotic powder in my ear and I was gone in 15 minutes.

I had not been back to this office for about 18 years my kids were treated here! Dr Boyce still there plugging along, wonderful and helpful as ever!! Friendly staff, clean old office! Great care!

Kind of rude. I have Cigna which is one of the networks they work with and the receptionist was very curt and didn’t really help me out. I have ear pain and tubes which means I should see an ENT. Not a good experience.

Dr Clarkson has been my doctor for several years. I couldn’t ask for a better ENT. He is straightforward, friendly, and to the point. I like Dr Clarkson a lot. He also became my husband’s doctor last year. My husband agrees with me.Just to let you know, both of my daughters were patients of Dr Hattaway way back in 1979, and approximately 1981 - 1984. I was happy then, and I remain happy with Dr Clarkson.

The staff was friendly and the doctors were very thorough.

My visit was quick and informative Dr Doyle explained and diagnose the issue I was havingand informed me of my options. The meds he prescribed solved my issue.

I came in thinking I had an ear infection, which I did. But the doctors were able to tell me exactly what was happening and how to treat it. They provided test to me to see how was my hearing because of this ear infection. Great place and friendly staff.

Dr. Laura Brown checked both ears and tubes in both. The left ear tube was out and once again she installed a tube in the left ear quickly with very little pain!

Dr. Was very pleasant. Audiologist broke my hearing aids. They was working perfect till she claimed only she did was changed tubing!!! Then offerd me a consultation for a new pair for me to pay for. No maam you will never get me to purchase anything from there you broke something that was working perfect. REPLACE WHAT YOU BROKE.

I came to Raleigh Capitol Ear Nose and Throat because of a sinus infection. Dr. Gerber was very helpful in prescribing an antibiotic and prednisone after examining me and answered all my questions. Their professional and friendly manner put me right at ease! The very lovely woman who checked me out has worked there for several years and never ceases to greet me with a smile! I have been an allergy patient here since 2010 and have been allergy-free for 7 years! I highly recommend their services!

I love the staff here. They are friendly and helpful. The wait times at the office are minimal. I have seen several of the doctors and they are very thorough and knowledgeable. They take your concerns seriously and will answer your questions in terms which anyone can understand. I was referred by my primary care doctor due to recurrent sinus issues and having been on an antibiotic off and on for a year. I was seen within a week. Dr. Brown the doctor I saw did allergy testing and my sinus problems were due to my allergies so I started taking allergy shots. I may get a sinus infection every now and then.

In this day and age of late appointments, imagine my surprise when I was greeted, and taken back for my 9:00 scheduled appointment at 8:30. Almost unheard of.Thorough, and very personable, the entire staff was concerned with my comfort and attempting to resolve my issue.

This is my 2nd and last bad experience with this practice. First time they were charging me $150 for a service my insurance didnt cover after surgery. I didnt find out til it was up to $450. With another charge coming. Then recently I had an appointment and with covid you cant just ho in. Thats cool but I arrived and sent a text that I was there as stated on the door. 3 different people showed up and all called in befor me, so I called. The lady was act like she didnt know who I was or why I was there. Then say oh you at 2pm. Are you out front? Yes I sent the text. She say okay we will call you in soon. 2 more people shop up they call one in but time they began to call the next lady in I about lost it. Told them to cancel my appointment. I wont be going back.

The artwork in the lobby is primarily from local artists and was interesting to view. All of the office staff, including front desk receptionist, nursing assistant and check-out person, were friendly and efficient. I really liked Dr. Doyle. He is mild-mannered and thoroughly explains things in terms which are easy to understand. I also liked the audiologist, Taylor Weddle. He was efficient and did a great job in explaining the testing and the results. Overall, it was a very positive visit. I would definitely recommend this office.

I was in the process of working with the midtown office and my health insurance to receive an estimate for a 3-5yr allergy shot program. My health insurance was consistently giving me incorrect estimates when I directly called, therefore relied on ENT and their insurance department to help me formalize an accurate estimate.I was directed to the allergy nurse, Patty, who tried to coordinate my questions with the insurance department. After much back and forth, she proceeded to yell at me over the phone, “I do not have time for this” which turned into a heated argument.Never in my experience with doctors and nurses have I been yelled to, as a patient desperately looking for options and help for a condition that has been crippling to live with.0 stars, will never go back, would not recommend, Dr. McMahon was not very helpful either, and hopes that Patty learns to never talk to patients that way again.

As usual, the audiology section of Raleigh Capitol ENG, Anderson Drive, provided excellent service and was most helpful, but his time Michele, my audiologist exceeded expectations. I had lost a hearing aid and expected to pay over $2200 for a replacement. It turned our that my hearing aid was no longer being made, but Michele found a reconditioned hearing aid, the price of which was just under $900. What a pleasant surprise!

I have been going here for many years! Currently I see Dr. Gerber. He is super professional AND he listens! He doesnt just sit there typing your response in the computer, he makes eye contact and ask questions. The staff is super nice and i have never had to wait for than 10 minutes for an apt...and that was one time! Have recommended and will continue to recommend Raleigh Capitol ENT to friends and family!

We were always taken at or before our appointment time so there was very little waiting. The staff was always very helpful and compassionate to my 4 year old daughter. Her surgery was scheduled quickly and easily and accommodated our families schedules. Dr. Clarkson was fantastic and went out of his way to alleviate my stress regarding my daughters procedures. The day of surgery his bedside manner was the best I had ever seen. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Dr. Laura Brown is a fantastic doctor and surgeon. My son needed surgery this summer and she provided excellent care. Dr. Brown took her time in explaining the surgery and made sure that my 11 year old understood what was going to happen during the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Brown and Capitol Ear Nose and Throat.

I was extremely pleased at the level of patient care that was provided to my daughter. They were very efficient, pleasant and fast. Ivy worked very hard to fit my daughter into their busy schedule and I am most appreciative! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I received a very courteous and friendly greeting by the reception staff which handled the new patient registration efficiently. The nurse who took my blood pressure and checked my medical history was polite and careful to see that I was aware of what to expect. Dr. Brown appeared promptly, introduced herself and exhibited a friendly and sparkling personality. She was the soul of care and gentleness in performing her examination of my throat and was reassuring in her comments on my condition.

This was my 1st visit to Raleigh Capitol ENT- Midtown. Everyone from the front desk staff, the nurses, the audiologist, Dr. Brown and the check out staff were extremely pleasant. The audiologist thoroughly explained what she would be doing during my hearing test and made me feel much less nervous. Dr. Brown was WONDERFUL! She explained everything very well to me and was awesome! It was a great experience!

Raleigh Capitol ENT is the most efficient doctors office I visit on a scheduled basis. No matter what time of day my appointment is, it is always quick check-in, very minimal wait time before I go back or the Dr McMahon comes in and Im exiting the office.The staff are all very friendly and courteous.I have also visited the Cary office and have had the same experiences.Kudos to all of you for realizing my time is important too.Most importantly, I get the best care.
