Front desk staff is just horrible. My daughter had an initial consultation last week on Wednesday, we where suppose to hear from the therapist this week but till this day nothing. Staff needs extra training, before I signed the initial paper work they had my information incorrect and it took them 3 tries to get the information correct. If your looking for immediate help or therapy sessions look somewhere else cause this place is not it. I didn’t want to believe some of the bad reviews on here but apparently they where right. I never said anything rude to them, I was more than patient but I never got the help I needed from them.

The doctor at this office is Awesome. There isnt one bad thing that could possibly be said about him. Now on the other hand is the front desk staff. They are in desperate need of training. When you work in this type of establishment there are certain laws that one must know and follow. HIPPA. Being the main one Im talking about. The front desk people are extremely unprofessional and say they will give the doctor a note .. but they dont even do what they say. They only say what they think you want to hear. This office would be the best if the front desk and the people answering calls worked on their professionalism and being trained to work in that environment.

This place is awesome. My family and I would be lost if it wasnt for Yanet. She is the best therapist in Raleigh. Great staff as well.

Dont care about patients. Very rude....wont do there job.....I have been waiting 3 days for them to send my script and all they say is they will send it when they get time.....wish i could find a new doc
