I always receive the best service at Mid-Carolina OBGYN. I absolutely love Dr. Tucker! She is so compassionate and friendly. I feel safe under her care. She gives useful information while providing the best care for her patients.

I was out of town and I knew I had a UTI and they were able to send in a Px to help me out. I love Dr Amy Gilbert and her nurse! All of the Doctors I have seen there for many years have retired and I she was awesome.

I called at an emotional time to schedule an appointment. I waited on hold and was told I was the second caller in line. Someone answered the phone and immediately hung up the phone. I called back twice with no luck in the line connecting. I called a third time and the voicemail said the office was closed at 4:35p.

I absolutely love Mid Carolina! They have held my hand through 3 babies, 2 of which were high risk and needed extra care. Dr. Tucker and Dr. Faiz are phenomenal and I recommend them to all of my mommy friends!

I recently had a baby delivered by Dr. Tucker, who I had never seen before at this practice. She is hands down the BEST doctor at this office!! She was amazing during my whole labor & delivery & I will continue to see her as a patient. I couldn’t be any happier with my experience with her! This practice has always been great. They delivered both of my babies which are now 30 and 25. Now that I’m Grandmother they are still impressing me. I call on a Thursday with an issue and leg a message on the nurses line and they called me back the same day and hade me come in Friday morning so they could work me in. I was ready for a long wait but they took me right in for an ultrasound and Dr. Wind came in took time to ask questions did exam so compassionate and caring and this was the first time I had ever seen her. She sent me over, no the nurses wheeled me over to the ER. Way beyond the regular care, still the best after 30 plus years. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 Lisa Mangum

The staff are kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Williams is so kind and has an amazing bedside manner and is why I chose to have her do my c-section. I was seen by many of the doctors in this practice throughout my pregnancy and they all were kind and knowledgeable and professional. If I had to deliver early, I wouldn’t have been scared or uncomfortable with the care provided by any of these doctors. The office even called to check up on me and baby about two weeks postpartum. The care provided during my pregnancy and delivery and postpartum time has been excellent and I highly recommend Mid-Carolina Obstetrics and Gynecology for any of your obstetric or gynecological needs.

Mid-carolina is the best of the best!!! Dr. Williams was the best when it came to my in office visits. She always gave me honest answers whenever I had questions regarding my pregnancy. Dr. Tucker delivered our baby boy and I am beyond blessed that she did. She kept my husband and I up to date during our labor and made sure our child was brought into this world safely. The entire mid carolina staff is wonderful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors. I would highly recommend Mid-Carolina to any expecting mom in the Raleigh-Durham area.

Excellent COVID protocols. Youre instructed by text to notify the office when you arrive.You do not enter the office until you receive a text telling you to do so. There are signs in the seats and on the floor to ensure social distancing. There were only 3 other patients in the office when I arrived and it remained that way my entire visit. Staff is super friendly and Dr. Tammi Williams is the best. I love her bedside manners.

Everything is great. The only problems were the 1/2 hour wait after my appointment time & I didnt receive the text about what to do when I arrive until after my appointment was done & I was in the elevator going home. Amy Gilbert was professional and courteous.

I have been visiting this clinic for years and so far I like it! I will say less than 50% of my visits; the waiting time is too long. I got couple of 1 hour waiting visits but others are around 30min. the nurse team is awesome to respond to the portal message very quick. Most time you got an answer in couple of hours.I will come to update my pregnancy caring experience couple of months later.

First time at this location and had a wonderful experience! A coworker referred me to this office and Dr.Wind was amazing! Front staff along with lab staff were also nice and welcoming! Efficient and quick from start to finish!

I so appreciated the helpful attitude of everyone at this office. The receptionist on the phone really took her time to help me figure out the best provider for me. The receptionist in the office (maybe the same woman) was super patient and helpful. All of the office staff were efficient and organized.Dr Maddison made me feel very at ease and was very thorough in making sure she answered all my questions. I was coming from a practice where everyone made me feel awful, and it was a breath of fresh air to find a place where I felt respected and confident.

I’m a patient who transferred from another ob office in another state after moving. This is the first time I have had to transfer care due to moving mid pregnancy and it went so smoothly. The office staff readily informed me of all the steps I needed to take to get established as a patient here. My first prenatal appointment went smoothly and the prenatal nurse asked me all the pertinent information for this pregnancy as well as any previous history they needed to be aware of. I was impressed by her thoroughness in the interview. The financial/insurance office worker was very thorough and clear with her explanation of my insurance coverage and what I would be owing during and after the pregnancy and answered any questions I had very well. The office staff from the front desk to the checkout desk were very kind and made me feel at ease with choosing this on office for my pregnancy. The doctor I met with for my first appointment was so kind as well. She was very knowledgeable and discussed my previous pregnancy and plan of care for this pregnancy with me and made me feel confident in their ability to give me and my baby the best care possible. I’m so glad I chose this ob office for the care of the rest of this pregnancy. I highly recommend this ob office for any of your obstetric or gynecological needs.

I received excellent care from Dr. Inge and his staff and felt they exceeded my expectations. Everyone there is friendly, courteous and professional. Dr. Inge takes his time to properly explain things and to make sure that you have a clear understanding of your recommended treatment. And they seem to take all necessary precautions related to COVID. Would highly recommend them.

This office only seems to care about the money. For my first visit, the first person I talked to was a billing representative who required i pay a huge amount of money every month for the delivery. They said they would not allow me to see any drs unless I agreed. Then they tested me to make sure I was pregnant. Afterwards I went to see a nurse who gave me so much information my head was spinning and I was afraid I wouldnt remember the things I needed to know at that time. (Even though on their website they specifically say they do not overwhelm with too much info.) The nurse was jumping all over the place, from find a pediatrician at 7 months, to are you going to breastfeed?, to make sure at 20 weeks you stop sleeping on your back. This was a terrible experience especially for someone who is going thru a first time pregnancy. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They didnt listen to my concerns and basically tried to lock me into a payment plan before I even know there was a heartbeat. That is not how you earn trust, and not how you show a patient you care about their health. I chose them because of their outstanding reviews but I really dont think theyre real at this point. I cant imagine anyone being happy and confident in this practice after an experience similar to this.

My experience at Mid Carolina Women’s Clinic was below my expectations. After my first and only annual check up with them, I was handed a huge bill, although before my appointment I had asked both women at the front office and two women in the billing office for confirmation that my insurance would cover the visit (and I was reassured at least three times that it was). I would not have continued with my appointment had I been told otherwise. Upon calling to dispute the bill I was told “no one has control over how much you get billed for” and the only resolution is to pay it. This was not an issue of miscommunication but a false assurance and a way to extort money. Please be aware if you are a first-time patient.

I love Mid-Carolina! Dr. Williams delivered my baby 6 weeks ago and she is the absolute best! I’ve seen pretty much all of the doctors and every single one has been amazing! Office staff is so kind and attentive and the wait times have been very minimal. I was referred to Mid-Carolina by a friend who had a great experience and I am so glad she did! Highly recommend!

The staff and doctors are very friendly. Any problem I have I can always call the OB nurse and leave a message and she’ll call back the same day. They are very thorough as am I and I really appreciate the level of care they provide and that I receive. Makes me feel good to know that I decided to get my care rendered in Raleigh versus where I live. Providers are horrible in Fayetteville.

One year ago I was faced with a hysterectomy. I was told it could only be performed by full.incision. Dr. Jack Inge performed robotic surgery and I was on my feet in 3 days. Incredible surgery and recovery. Had my annual check up today and I am in great shape.

I had a very positive experience. Upon entering I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. She was very Professional and thorough. The area was immaculate and had a sanitized dispenser in place. The chairs were properly labeled for social distancing. Dr. Teasley was great and very through. She addressed everything in detail and all my concerns . Those who worked with her was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. All in all the entire experience was outstanding.I would definitely recommend Mid-Carolina to others.Shirley F

At Mid-Carolina, my wait time is minimal not only in the waiting area but also awaiting my examination. My questions and examinations are also delivered in a timely manner. I had a Robotic Myomectomy with Dr. Inge on 2/1 in which he removed 18 fibroids. I am forever grateful and thankful for his skill set, professionalism and bedside manner. He explained everything to me and left me with answers for all of my questions. He did an outstanding job from beginning to end to say the least!! And the staff is awesome also; everyone from front desk, to RNs, to Techs, and assistants, literally I had a great experience with EVERYONE at Mid-Carolina! I’ve been coming here for 15 years - hard to believe! In that time, Mid-Carolina has gotten MUCH friendlier staff, but maintained the high level of care givers. I wouldn’t say it is my favorite appointment of the year (lol), but they make it less stressful. I have had two beautiful babies delivered by the wonderful OBs, and had a great experience both times, despite being high risk. Now I just go for my annual exams, but they are thorough, friendly, and don’t make you wait too long. They ask a lot of good questions and you don’t feel rushed. Highly recommend if you are in need of an OB/GYN in the area. ❤️

I’ve been with Mid-Carolina obgyn since I moved here in 2005. I’ve had some ups and downs with my gyn health and my doctor has always been consistently supportive. Dr. Myra Teasley has never pawned me off to another doctor. She is attentive and spends a reasonable amount of office time with me and she covers all my concerns. I’ve made referrals to her and they love it here too.

I dont enjoy coming here. Each time I come for my monthly check ups I wait for over 30 minutes to speak with the doctor for less than 5 minutes. Im rushed through my questions and brushed off.

Friendly staff, excellent quick processing, excellent follow through. I highly recommend them!!! Dr. Teasley was phenomenal. Took her time and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand but wasnt condescending. And they were fun!!

I am not exaggerating. They make the most awkward medical procedures comfortable (socially and physically). I cannot say enough good things about both of them. I have never written a review for a business before but I have to brag on Nurse Claire for always getting back to me so promptly since the beginning of my pregnancy and always making sure I am being taken care of. The doctors in this office are also great, but behind the scenes, Claire is just amazing at getting everything taken care of. I seriously can not express how much her swift attention has made my pregnancy anxieties so much easier to deal with.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I cannot say enough great things about place. Amy Gilbert is the most amazing gyno I have ever met - I had an IUD insertion recently that ended up being a difficult procedure but they were so kind and caring throughout the entire process and held my hand throughout the entire thing. The nurses are also so amazing, Hannah in particular, and literally care for you like you are their own daughter. I am overwhelmed by the support they provided me that day, I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without them.

I was referred to Mid Carolina by several friends but was hesitant to book an appointment after reading some of these negative reviews. Luckily, my experience with Mid-Carolina was AWESOME.The entire staff from the front to back office, nurses, and doctors was unsurpassed in my 34 years!! I was expecting my first child and was lucky enough to meet with every doctor at the practice. They were all kind, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, on-time, and made my pregnancy experience better than I could ever imagine.Dr. Cooley and Dr. Tucker were my delivering doctors. My experience couldnt have been more calm, encouraging, or supportive. Dr. Tucker was our discharge doctor. She spent extra time to answer all of our questions making us feel more confident and comfortable taking our newborn home. Dr. Tucker treated us more like family than patients. I cannot say enough about this office!! I have had a rough pregnancy being high risk with some problems. They have always reassured me on everything and do everything they can to not just tell me my baby is okay but to show me! Baby girl and I have had to be monitored closely, had more appointments and hospital visits than I thought and they never make me feel bad for calling or for my questions. All of the staff, from front desk to billing to lab to the nurses and doctors, are incredible!! They have become a very memorable part of this first time, mama to be’s pregnancy!

With Covid outbreak, I was a little hesitant about going for my yearly check up. I decided to go and the staff was very kind and helpful. The wait time was minimal and the office was totally prepared and following the guidelines of covid upon arriving at the office door. Have been going to this practice for 40 years. That says a lot!

Ive been with this practice for 4 years and have met every doctor at least once. 95% of my visits have been wonderful, they really try to get to know you and put your health and education first. The wait in the waiting room can be long for non-ob appointments but usually theyre efficient.

All of the doctors and staff at Mid Carolina are AMAZING! I recently had my first baby and everyone there was so kind, caring, and helpful through the entire process. I met with almost every doctor during my pregnancy and I honestly cant say who I loved the most. They are all wonderful in their own ways! Thank you to everyone there for helping to make the experience a good one!

I came to Mid Carolina in January of 2012 for prenatal care. I had the best experience with everyone from the front desk, to the nurses, lab techs and doctors. They are all incredibly sweet, patient and genuinely happy doing what they do. I saw Dr. Stephens (now Dr. Williams) and Dr. Creighton through the majority of my 41 week pregnancy. They were both so amazing - I couldnt have asked for better physicians. At delivery, Dr. Creighton was there for the beginning of my induction. She sat down with us and got to know my family and made us all feel very comfortable. A few hours later, Dr. Williams took over. We had a MAJOR complication and she saved my babys life via emergency c-section. She is our hero! We now have a happy, healthy and incredibly smart 15-month-old. Needless to say, Im a big fan of Mid Carolina!
