I had a massage with Meg that was the best I have ever had. Meg takes her time to connect to her clients on a spiritual level and ask the necessary questions to make sure your massage is not just your regular massage but an healing experience. She is soo gentle and caring. Meg takes the time to ground herself and stay grounded during the entire massage and because of that you can feel healing and her love & passion for what she does in every touch. For me it was a total spiritual moment where I felt total & complete wellness! I am thrilled I have found my massage therapist for life. You need a team to reach optimal health and I am so glad Meg will be joining the team!!

Two months later and Im still so happy I scheduled a Sound healing and Reiki session with Lisa. It was my first time on a BioAcoustic mat and oh my gosh it was AMAZING! I felt like I was floating and emotionally supported/encouraged all day! Ill be booking again soon =D

Amazing place. Carolyn Sheehan changed the way I look at my health and life. Incredible healer with spiritual abilities I don’t yet understand.This was my first Reiki therapy and I did know what to expect. Some things happened that make think there is more to healing than a medication. I could feel energy at some times, when crystals were placed on my throat I immediately started crying with no ability to stop it, I could feel sensations of flow at some points on my body and certain words would form in my mind immediately on some occasions.All I know is I felt better and slept better after that first therapy. I highly rerecommended Carolyn to anyone looking for more ways to feel better.

The Sagewood center is a professional place of healing. The staff is lovely and the rooms are therapy comfortable. There is a special energy just being in the building. I value the wide range of holistic services they offer Would definitely recommend!
