Ive never met Jennifer Ito, ND in person. Ive only had phone consultations. I had done a lot of research on my own on my condition. She endorsed some of what I was already doing, suggested her own approach, introduced new supplements and modalities I would have never known about without her. She would dispel her knowledge, which is deep, and summarize it later in a report for me to have. She uses a dispensary that DOES offer high quality supplements at the lowest prices available (believe me, Ive checked). Every time I had a side effect, or didnt adhere to her advice, she never chastised me, she only supported and encouraged me. Shes part naturopathic doctor and part counselor. Its been about 2+ years since I began with her, and I wouldnt be doing as well as I am without my numerous phone consults with her. Everything she suggested has improved my condition and me as a person. If I didnt follow certain advice, I did later on and the results validated everything she said. Im grateful for Dr. Itos influence on my life, its been invaluable. I highly recommend her to anyone considering a ND, no matter their location.

Dr. Ito is amazing! From the first appointment, she was very warm and actually listened to what I had to say. Shes definitely an expert in her field, and the interventions she recommended were incredibly helpful. Its hard to find both compassion and knowledge/expertise in a doctor, but Dr. Ito has both!

Shes amazing! I am a patient, of Jens, with Crohns disease, and was not doing well for 2+ years. Jen changed all of it! Not only is she one of the smartest people that I have met, shes the most empathetic. She really WANTS to see you succeed and does everything she can to get you there. My first appointment with her was 90 minutes!!! 90 MINUTES! Youll never get that at a typical physicians office. Not only did she greet me with kindness and compassion, she was well prepared for every appointment, not to mention the amazing reiki sessions. Also, your appointment is only part of what you get. Theres plenty of work that Jen puts in behind the scenes. Shes constantly reading and researching for her patients, and I feel like shes thinking about us throughout her days. I cant urge you enough to make your appointment!! You WILL NOT be disappointed.
