Johns motto the best massage of your life is the TRUTH! I have chronic neck and back issues and Johns knowledge and craft has changed my life. I have much more range of motion in my neck and am in virtually no pain after seeing him on a consistent basis John always knows what techniques to use to help me, whether it is cupping, scraping, hot stones or just manual massage. One size does not fit all and John is always learning new techniques to stay on the cutting edge in helping his customers live better and feel better. I can not recommend him enough!

I went to John because I wanted to combine physical therapy with massage therapy to accelerate the rehab process from a shoulder injury. John is knowledgeable in kinesiology. His massage therapy decreased inflammation, increases circulation, and efficiently repairs damaged muscle and fascia. The recovery promoted through massage therapy has allowed the physical therapy process to progress faster. In addition, Johns calm and relaxation of massage puts the body into a healing state. John targeted soft tissue work to release tight muscles that limited my ability to move the shoulder blade. Immediately, I raised my right arm with almost no pain and with a greater range of motion.In physical therapy, I learned the movements to re-educate and strengthening to address all aspects of my problem. However, I needed more time dedicated to loosening those tight muscles. Massage therapy with John was the answer. John spent an hour or more dedicated to relaxing the tight muscles. John is a consummate professional. This was the first massage I had in months since the pandemic and it was worth the wait. He prepared a very comfortable, spa like experience complete with diffusing of essential oils and warm towels. I appreciated his adherence and support of safety protocols and it was one of the best massages I had in years. I cant wait to book my next one! Definitely doing 90 minutes next time.

John is utterly amazing! He is thorough and makes sure he knows exactly what you want and most need. His care and experience are evident. He offers many options including hot stones, warm towels, home massage, aroma therapy, etc. Hell check in with you to make sure youre comfortable and that pressure is appropriate. He actively listens to his clients. Weve had a lot of massages from skilled therapists; he is by far the very best. We highly recommend him to anyone needing or wanting a high quality massage!

Exceptional! Best massage I’ve ever had! I was traveling for work and made a last minute appointment for a 30 minute neck and shoulder massage. It was so incredible I came back two days later for a 90 minute full body! I will definitely be booking a massage with John every time I am in town.
