She has designed, packaged and self-marketed a treasure trove of incredibly high-quality aromatherapy products. She helps people to take more control over their day to day experiences, by introducing the subtle shifts that can be made in ones mood or ones aura. Kristen removes the tired old excuses that would have us believe we simply cant be spiritual anywhere, anytime. We can, via a simple action like spritzing yourself with an herbal remedy. It just works. I use the Clearing Spray once or twice a day and the Relax & De-Stress before sleep. I have noticed that it does shut my brain down a couple of notches. It only takes 3-6 spritzes and the calm drifts over me, so the bottle lasts a long time. Im also a huge fan of Kristens Archangel sprays. They actually smell like what (in my mind) I imagine Angels would smell like :-)

I have had several Reiki sessions with Kristen including a Raindrop Reiki session and have been thoroughly amazed every time! Absolutely LOVE her products!!! My personal fave that I carry with me that I fell in love with is A Calm Focus it is made up of Lavender, Peppermint, Rosemary, & Lemon.

I have been to Kristen for both Reiki and Raindrop Reiki. Both are relaxing and enjoyable but something about the oils in the Raindrop Reiki make me feel so much better when I walk out. She makes this muscle rub that is awesome too--the tendonitis in my elbow is giving me no more problems, and I rub it on my temples if I feel myself getting a headache. Really good stuff. In fact, all of Kristens products do what they say they will do! I will definitely be back!
