I was nervous when I came due to prior bad experiences. Dr. Atari is wonderful and the staff is great no matter who works with you. They were very accommodating and understand of how anxious I was. This is by far the best experience that I have had! I am no longer anxious, no more tears, and my last visit actually felt relaxing! If you’re nervous or worried about pain this is the place for you! They take care of you! Shout out to April who has been great the entire time and helps me to feel comfortable while working on my teeth!

Just had fillings done with Dr. Atari and had nothing short of a great experience! I had a lot of anxiety about novocaine and being numb after the procedure. I opted to not use novocaine after discussing with Dr. Atari. Of course, she mentioned if I was experiencing discomfort throughout the procedure, I could reconsider. However, I felt no pain at all! Dr. Atari and her dental assistant, Amber were fantastic and ensured my comfort throughout the entire procedure.I see April for my regular dental cleanings and she is incredible! She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and personal.Overall, everyone at the office is kind and welcoming. The office is a beautiful and pristine space. The staff was great but the dentist made me feel uncomfortable and I felt pressure to get what she was recommending even though I said no. I’ve never had a dentist do this before and I’ve been to 5 separate dentist. You can look at some reviews and I’m not the only one that thinks that.I don’t want to make it sound like I had this awful experience because I didn’t but it was just the pressure part that really irked me me so I won’t be back again

I just had my second visit at Smileplicity and had the best experience. I had a last minute need for a cleaning due to my insurance running out and they were happy to fit me in the schedule. Checking in was very smooth and the wait was short. The dental assistant was so nice and very informative, along with Dr. Atari who did an amazing job. After watching Netflix while getting my teeth cleaned, I mentioned financing and they were happy to explain their Smile Forever Plan. Turns out its a whole lot cheaper than dental insurance, so I will definitely be returning uninsured. Upon departure, I was handed a goodie bag. I highly recommend going to Dr. Atari for any dental needs, thank you again to all the kind staff!!!

I had bad tooth pain last night and called their emergency line. They called me back within an hour and I had an appointment today at 8am. Had a root canal, finishing up crown tomorrow. Incredibly fast, helpful, very friendly staff that I enjoyed talking to and interacting with. Extremely transparent pricing. I had a wonderful experience!

April is a lovely hygienist. She’s pleasant and does a great job at cleaning my teeth. Dr. Atari is fabulous, personable and takes her time with you for questions. I highly recommend this wonderful team. Take a chance with Smileplicity!

I just moved to the area and chose this dentistry for a cleaning. I saw they had good reviews so I decided to give it a try. Both the hygienist and dentist were very pushy about Invisalign. Couldve been understandable if I had went in for cosmetic reasons but I was just there for a cleaning. Attached a pic so you can see what Im working with. I dont believe there is any reason for that kind of lifetime commitment for my teeth. Also and more importantly Dr. Atari said I had 2 cavities and wanted to proceed with treatment. I went for a second opinion 4 days later and was found to have no cavities by another dentist. Just reporting my experience. I would not recommend them.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had. The entire staff so helpful. Everyone from front desk to Dr. listens to your concerns and input and comes up with a game plan. How in the world do you get an extraction with MINIMAL pain?! I don’t know but it happened and I’m grateful for this practice.

My fillings either cracked or popped out like gel nail polish approximately 1.5 months later while brushing my teeth. It has caused mild pain, and am chewing on the other side of my mouth to avoid tooth nerve sensitivity from that side, although the other side also has some mild tissue pain/irritation (unrelated) that I have to work around with. I was able to schedule an appointment for follow-up for the next opening business day.Otherwise, the office is nice, clean, with amenities like a tv within each dental room. Ive found that they dont habitually inform you during the dental procedure what is going on, and if that bothers you (like it did for me), you will have to make an effort to let them know so that they will accomodate, and they will do better. They may follow different guidelines surrounding the alotted time for proper nerve blocking prior to dental work, as it has been my experience of which youll have to actively voice when they ask, to say No, it is not numb yet which might be difficult if you dont know what the final numbing result should feel like. I dont know whether the use of less lidocaine was involved or if it only shortened time for induction of nerve block prior to dental procedure.They have good appointment availability, you can get in right away, with the convenience of being able to schedule an appointment online.

It’s a warm and welcoming atmosphere to be in, and I appreciate that especially being a new patient. Visits to the dentist can be intimidating, but I felt very comfortable. I had a very good experience today. I got 2 cavities filled, was shown images of my teeth and was encouraged but with very little pressure to get a mouth guard. It must be hard to be a dentist. I think it must be very tempting to tell people they are doing a terrible job maintaining their face. Hahaha. But nobody did. I will go back.

Update 1 year later- I realized I made my first review a year ago and although I came 6 months ago for my last cleaning and everything went great, today was yet another reason why I love this place… When I checked in the ladies at the front desk both wished me a Happy Birthday! It was yet again a nice touch to my visit. Her office environment is just so pleasant and I love it here. April her hygienist also greeted me with birthday wishes when she came and got me, and was so personable as always, and Dr.Atari came in to check on me and also wished me a Happy Birthday. I mentioned this last year, but I just can’t get enough of this place. Love it here. Once again… thanks ladies!I had my first appointment here today and am literally sitting in my car in their parking lot writing this review. Long story short they were AMAZING! From the minute I walked in, you can see the attention to detail in every sq ft. Everything is very clean and bright. You get to choose a flavor of paste when you walk in which is super unique and a nice touch. April cleaned my teeth and she was so sweet and personable. She was very detailed and informative during my visit. She told me everything she was doing from start to finish, and most importantly she took her time. I didn’t feel rushed or like just another patient. The Dentist came in and listened to my concerns before even looking at my teeth. I know that might not be noticeable to some and a small detail but it shows a lot. Overall a great experience. Thank you ladies.

Wow where do I start? If you are looking for an amazing dentist Dr. Atari is among the best. My son had a baby tooth that had become stuck and just wouldn’t come out. It was really bothering him and Dr Atari and her staff were able to squeeze him in last minute before their day ended. The entire experience was a breeze from start to finish. Dr Atari and her staff were so friendly and caring with my son and put him right at ease. The tooth was taken out before he even knew it. I came after having had a difficult experience at another periodontist’s office. The off was clean, friendly staff and very professional dentist and assistant. She explained things carefully, wore masks to protect others and very thorough. I will gladly go back.

I really appreciate being seen on time and the service was very good; x-ray, cleaning and exam. I also had technology questions regarding whitening and the dentist took extended time to explain options and trade offs in detail without being rushed. Very personable and friendly staff all around!

Had such a wonderful experience today for my cleaning. Dr. Atari and her staff were a pleasure to meet. They made you feel at home while listening and addressing any concerns. I was seen on time and didn’t have to wait which was very nice. The office is bright, modern and has a very welcoming feeling. After my X-rays we did find a cavity forming which I was able to get filled right away and didn’t have to deal with making an appointment to come back. I really love the connivence of scheduling appointments online as well as filling out all required forms instead of dealing with all the paperwork when you arrive. You can watch Netflix during your appointment and they even offer a blanket for extra coziness. Loved the staff, Dr. Atari was such a joy and I look forward to coming back.
